Very happy with the installation of our Air Source Heat Pump system. Kieran and Liam worked tirelessly and professionally to complete the job in 3 days. So too, the electricians (whose names we forget) completed their work in a very timely and professional manner. We certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend Infinite Renewables to anyone wishing to have similar products installed. Thank You again to all at Infinite Renewables for all their help!

3 men arrived early they were neat and tidy shoes left at door carpets covered and worked non stop I am pleased to say we still have a few friendly/excellent tradesmen who do a great job thank you guys. In my opinion simply the best.

We had an air sourced heat pump installed in mid November by Kieran and his team. Although they are a relatively new company the advice given and detail in the quotation got them the job. The removal of my old gas boiler, installation of the heat pump and changing of 9 radiators took one day, albeit a long one. The electricians arrived the next morning and had the pump up and running for lunchtime. Kieran programmed the system and explained the interface, he telephoned the next week to check all was OK and has visited today, after 3 weeks, to fine tune the system and make it more economical. I get the feeling I am dealing with a company and it's staff that really care and will go the extra mile to ensure their customer is happy. Hopefully their after care will follow suit. They delivered on time and within the original quote, sure there were a couple of hiccups but these were dealt with in a sound professional manner.

We had a solar inverter that had failed. Infinite Renewable Energy were on site quickly, diagnosed the fault and replaced the inverter very quickly. Lots of advice offered including that we had pigeons nesting under panels. Should be moved this week and mesh installed by others. I fitted the USB WiFi to the Growatt inverter and Infinite were kind enough to give me their installer number so I could register the WiFi myself. Kind, considerate, friendly, and efficient throughout. Would definitely recommend

We had an amazing experience with Infinite Renewable's. Unfortunately we had cowboys fit the system at first who were recommended by the council. Infinite renewables stepped in after the system went wrong and the company had gone bankrupt. They helped us with a claim with our credit card company and were patient with us until the claim went through. I would highly recommend Stewart Dickson who helped with the engagement. The installation team were efficient and very courteous. The retrofit went extremely smoothly and we are now producing about 3 times the amount of electric than before the system broke.

On19 January 2022 I placed an order for a solar panel system with Tanrec trading as First4Solar for completion 6 weeks later. Well, at long last, 23 months to the day the order was placed my system is fully functional AND my paperwork has been completed. First4Solar procrastinated with the managing director and many of the staff lying time after time coming up with 24 different excuses as to why the system had not been installed. Eventually their unqualified electricians turned up in December 2022 but they left me with a botched non operational system and incomplete documentation. Eventually my patience was exhausted and I had to make a claim under the HIES insurance. Then the company went into liquidation in May 2023. Cathryn Wolfenden of HIES appointed Stewart Dickson of Infinite Renewable Energy Systems Ltd, with the task of completing the work and finalising the G99 and DNO certifications. I am pleased to report that all is now complete. After nearly two years of worry and frustration Infinite Renewable Energy Systems Ltd sorted out all my problems – my system is now working perfectly and, with the documentation complete, I can sell my surplus electricity to Octopus. I am most grateful to both Cathryn and Stewart who were very supportive at a time when I most needed help and reassurance.

The service was professional and went well . communication was excellent and workmanship great. there were some minor delays due to various reason not the fault of the company . The company communicated well and resolved this quickly. They deserve 6 stars

Infinite carried out an overhaul of my roof. The whole experience was great - really professional people and an excellent job done for a sensible price.

We're delighted with the work that was carried out. We struggled to find someone who could do repairs to a roof with solar panels, but Stewart and his team quickly identified that bird nesting materials were causing the problem. They removed the panels, cleaned the roof, and fitted vents for better air circulation in the loft.

We were introduced to Infinite Renewables via HIES after our original supplier went into liquidation. Very impressed with the speed of replies to our questions and queries at the planning and survey stage. Equipment delivered when promised. Electricians and Solar Installers arrived on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Lee and Richard the electricians were top class and done an amazing job, we had initially been told the wiring from the solar panels to the battery would be external but they found a route from the attic to the ground floor without having any wires showing... Very Happy, just hoping for a lot of Sun now

We had been let down by a company called Daylight Energy which went into liquidation taking our deposit with it. However HIES had backed this company and arranged for Infinite Renewables to complete the work for us at the same price, absorbing the cost of the deposit so that we would not be out of pocket. We were, understandably, a little concerned as at that stage we had no information about them, however we had prompt replies from our queries, and the team employed by them arrived on time as arranged. They were neat and tidy and completed the work in a professional manner. The system is working well and it seems that virtually all of the electricity that we consumed during September has been solar generated. The only issue was a bit of a delay in getting necessary documentation which we needed to arrange a new tariff with our electricity supplier, but I understand that this was out of their control.
