We recently contacted Dan at Royston Solar Solutions, on making that call in the afternoon Dan returned our call the same day and came round late that afternoon after breaking away from his daily schedule. We already had 12 Solar panels fitted and was looking to upgrade our system by installing a 10kw solar battery pack. Dan spent around one hour surveying our system and advised us that we could upgrade our 12 panels by producing more from our system. The quote we received was very competitive, we found Dan very knowledgeable and clear regarding our needs. The work was completed in the given time to a very high standard, and we were kept informed throughout every stage of the installation. After the installation we are very pleased with the performance and production of the whole system and aftercare.

Dan and his team were excellent. They were very hardworking and very conscientious. He returned a couple of times post installation to check on and improve things. He was helpful to me in my planning as I live in a Letchworth heritage area. He installed battery and inverter in my loft which minimised the disruption and loss of downstairs cupboard space. I would highly recommend him if you are thinking of getting solar.

Dan was very knowledgeable and helpful from the outset. Dan kept us informed of when the panels were arriving, what we should be doing and arrived promptly to fit. Very professional service and full of advice and help when we asked. Definitely recommend.

Great, very quick and efficient service from Dan. He came out the same day to give us a quote, and within three weeks the system has been fitted and we're generating electricity! He explained everything very clearly, gave us a good value quote and did an excellent job with the fitting.

Dan was brilliant from start to finish. He planned everything with us meticulously and even suggested a better layout, which allowed us to get 19 panels on the roof! We also had battery storage installed in the loft by him. He was very efficient at putting up the panels, and we had no inconvenience at all. He was able to fit in our install really quickly and completed it with high workmanship - treating our house the same as he would his own. Dan did a great job fitting my solar, really fast and clear communication. From quote to install in only a couple of weeks. Worked out a lot cheaper tha my other quotes from octopus and solarfast. Would recomend Royston solar to anyone.

Daniel took time to understand the requirements for our home and had a wealth of knowledge for all products and services offered, helping us make an informed decision for our solar needs. Aftercare service has been great, we have been able to contact Daniel with any additional questions, we also have access to an app to monitor the solar efficiency. We had solar panels fitted, on a very awkward site with limited access. Excellent job and completed on schedule, the site was always left clear of rubbish and safe. They kept me updated, before and after the job was completed, also helping me set up the online account. So I could review my amount being generated, and also sent back to the grid. I now receive very low electricity bill's (summer it was standing charge only) and refunds for power sent to the grid.
