Lotus consistently give top class service and go above and beyond what is required. When a job needs more time and trouble, they give it uncomplainingly. They are attentive to detail and thorough, in the hardest of circumstances. Also I have been very impressed by their simple courtesies, always leaving a place tidier than they found it. They cannot be recommended too highly.
