Stuart and the team at Genren have taken over from my original installers who went bust. The communication, problem solving and quality are excellent. Tyler recently replaced a distribution unit and added some extra sockets in the garage for us. Not only did he do a great job he also stayed late to make sure he finished everything. The general team have also been helping out by removing solar panels for me while the roof is being repaired, fitting that around other jobs to make sure we don't lose time on the roofing work. All in all, excellent service, well thought solutions and good value.

Very helpful staff. Discussed options for installing a battery. Couple of problems with connecting to the internet and downloading the app but the staff sorted it all out. Working fine and looking forward to reduced bills.

Recently taken ownership of a property in Myddle and needed an EV charger installed quickly. Found Genren and arranged a meeting with Stuart who, apart from local, was knowledgeable and passionate about green solutions. We agreed on a charger unit I am familiar with and in next to no time it was installed. Neat and tidy job, no complaints. I will be talking to Stuart about battery storage, heat pump and solar roof, I'm keen to get going on it!
