We had FLO Renewables install air conditioning in our Glasgow home and the service was excellent from start to finish. The team were friendly, professional, and left everything spotless after the job. The system has completely transformed the house — cool, comfortable, and energy efficient. FLO installed an air-to-air heat pump system to heat and cool our top floor tenement flat. The system has five room units with the external unit positioned by hydraulic platform in the roof valley. The system is simpler and more effective than an air-to-water-to-air heat pump, it has point of use water heating so it does not need to maintain a tank of hot water. The system has been working perfectly since installation is easy to use and economical to run, very economical if you sector heat or cooling to only the area of the flat you are using. FLO were neat, methodical and conscientious in their work. The installation is sound and workmanlike. The external unit is secure and safe in the roof valley the pipe and cable runs are well laid and protected in the attic void and the room units well placed in the five rooms they heat and cool. I recommend FLO without any reservation. They did a great job for us.

not impressed. Not their fault but a referrals company sent them my details with incorrect address ( I'm sorting solar panels and a battery for my parents place who live hundreds of miles away, but company sent mine, I already have SP. I've never touched Flo's own website till today). Got a call from Flows rep 2 months ago, I will politely call it "challenging" (it was difficult to get the concept of address has gone wrong / this sale lead is wrong across). I asked them to delete my details (I've had referral company delete me off the system too), Flo confirmed I had been deleted (nearly 2 months ago), Today I get another, I'm pretty sure from the same person, with equally difficulty in conveying the address error across. I am actually in the market for additional Solar panels and a battery for my own house (once i've finished my parents set up), but I've crossed Flow off my list of possible companies in the Glasgow locale.

Gas out heat pump in!

From the word go Joe and the team took control and made great suggestions. They accomodated my thoughts and were super easy to deal with. We had the gas boiler removed and an Air Source heat pump and new radiator system installed along with an integrated cylinder which is situated in our celler accessed from outside. I thought this might cause issues but the team recycled an old radiator and created a circuit to keep the cylinder warm in winter. At all stages we were informed, all questions answered and the full process explained. We have had a very pleasant experience making this jump to a renewable heat source.

New design of ASHP and radiator upgrade

Joe and his team recently designed and installed Air source heat pump and radiator upgrade for our system. From start to finish the team at FLO were a pleasure to work with, from helping to arrange funding to even getting the carpets re instated on the final day of the prjoect no hidden surprises with price Joe and his team. Delighted with my solar, battery and heat pump install from Flo Renewables. It's been in place now for around 9 months so been through good and bad weather and not had any issues. Great efficiency with the heat pump and seen massive savings with the solar and battery storage
