While the heating system is good although I don’t think much cheaper than other fuel options the employees and sub contractors are horrendous. 2 boys were really good other 2 stank of drugs made my 2 year olds room stink of drugs. Had to pay a new plasterer to fix all there one’s mistakes massive cracks on every wall. holes left everywhere skirting boards not put on, behind the radiator not plastered. Most of the guys were nice and polite with no issues but some of them were extremely unprofessional I’d look at who you hire personally becuase making peoples home smell like drugs for days is not a good look.not to mention damage to personal property by electrocutions and the absolute state they left my house in

Eco T have recently installed a brand new heating system, solar panels and loft installation into my property. Wow, what a difference its made to my home. So cosy - particularly over the winter time. A few hiccups along the way, but have always been accommodating to fix any issues. Russell, has been a pleasure to communicate with. I had a very alarming experience with an Eco-T driver. Their driving was completely unacceptable — they sped up behind us and came close to hitting our car. To make things worse, someone in the vehicle threw plastic waste out of the window while driving. I tried calling the company immediately after the incident, but no one answered and I received no call back. If I don’t hear from them soon, I will be informing the police, as I have video footage of the incident. This kind of behavior is dangerous, irresponsible, and completely unprofessional. I expected much better from a company that claims to care about the environment.

Been getting the run around for over 1 year now absolute joke can't run more than 1 water source in 1 cottage new pump eventually fitted, to no avail, It now the water source what is the problem, no problem before!! And cupboards striped out for plastering still not done!! Any shelfs ripped out not replaced! Place still a building site! Carpets ruined!! Holes in walls! Marks in ceilings! Plastering to be desired!! Tables wrecked! Al old system left scattered all over garden! Any drilling work cores left in grass! AMAZING SERVICE!! And very little contact,, this 1 is not in office,,Oh need is he absolute joke!!!

Absolutely horrendous work men and customer service. Left huge holes in the ceiling where the pipes were put, left a wall unplastered for over 6 weeks. Phoned a few times to ask when the plastering was being done and got fobbed off. When they did turn up there was no phone call or text beforehand to ask if anyone would home. The only decent workmen were the electricians, they were polite and had good manners. Can wait until we are done with them.

Good evening all at ecot I have just had my air source pump and heating system and solar panels installed everything up and running quality of workmen was second to none all the workmen were 100 percent efficient clean and tidy and very pleasant and extremely tidy in what each and every one of them did would recommend you to any one that would be interested in getting this system installed in a efficient and friendly manner Kind regards Michael Mackie

Do not go with this company. No ground sheets were laid on our very expensive wooden floor which you can't get anymore and heavy metal tools kept getting dropped on it. The young apprentice fell off the ladder and kicked our white wall marking it, he then carried a radiator through our kitchen door hitting the door frame damaging it in 2 places. Multiple radiators don't even get warm, not even the pipe work leading up to them since fitting. Since fitting our screen has shown an error message which they've failed to fix multiple times. They cut a hole in our path for drainage but then mounted the unit on an angle so it leaks on the left of the machine. When we had it installed we said we wanted to add batteries in future, we were told that would be OK. When they jnstalled the system we were told we can't add batteries unless we change the very expensive inverter. We were also told we would have a 4kw solar system and 3kw heating. We have a 4kw solar and a 10kw heating. They've also drilled multiple holes and just added caulking. They've also hacked our ceilings and stuffed it with caulk and left one wide open. We are just fed up now, we've asked multiple times for it to be rectified and still not. We were told someone would be here last month and nobody has been. So the heating is useless. Even without the heating our electric bills have gone from £100 a month to over £170 the fust month it was installed which was back to back sunshine. Stay away. I'm now passing this over to our solicitor.

Very helpful visit when ordering what I wanted and no pressure to buy. Fitters were polite and cleaned up after themselfes. Good value for money for the underfloor insulation which I had fitted.

EcoT marketing installed my loft insulation and underfloor insulation in my house and done a great job. Ian also arranged an EPC afterwards. The job was done at late notice which was really helpful and the quote was honoured even though it was given almost 9 months previous. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic team of tradesmen, hard working and courteous. They were faultless in every way. A fantastic job, the house feels like new. Very highly recommended. Sad to see them go but welcome for a coffee any time.

Mark and Will and their electricians worked super efficiently, they all got the job of fitting solar panels and extraction fans in our house done very neatly. Really lovely guys recommend them 100%

Plumbers Scott and Ross did a very good job. Very tidy and efficient. Worked continously and were very helpful. They were well knowledged and interpersonal skill were very good. Very satisfied with the job done.

Very happy with Ecot. All the workmen and various teams who came were very friendly and professional and the work done was excellent and left tidying up after themselves. Would recommend Ecot as a good company. Welldone

Eco T were the only company we could get to come and quote for under floor and internal wall insulation. They fitted us in before Christmas, turned up when they said they would and tided up after themselves. We did have an issue as we went under the floor and saw they had left a roll of insulation and not completed 1 room. I raised the issue with them and they turned up that same day and fixed it. Overall I would recommend but just check the work is actually completed!

Well where do we start. Initial consultation went well aside from the fact they forgot when it was and turned up a day late. Measurements taken etc etc. Was told it would be a 2 day job to fit the radiators. Outside work commenced, 110mm insulation and a render. Cut a fence with what i can only imagine was a butterknife. Left it hanging. Outside work took 2 weeks to look anywhere close to finishing. 5 weeks later its still a shambles. Fence still hanging. See photos. Started installing radiators on a wednesday, run into issues when only the upstairs was done on a friday. Left the house with no heating over the weekend. Continued on monday and tuesday, electrician didnt turn up so the house is left without heating again. 6 days. For a 2 day job. To say im a little peeved would be an understatement. In summary, a sloppy job compounded by bad time management and a complete disregard for the chaos this process causes and the effect on the resident.

Eco-T came to put in some room in roof insulation. Team were prompt , got on with the work and were friendly. They were tidy and cleared up afterwards. Job completed as per quote. Happy to recommend this company for your insulation work and the benefit is they are a Scottish government appproved company for grants.

From start to finish it was a great experience. My house was fully insulated along with new solar panels and air source heat pump all free of charge through government grants. Fantastic company 👏 👌
