I cannot praise this company and the team enough. They installed my system two years ago and their aftercare and customer service has been stunning. They worked brilliantly with my roofer to install the inline solar panels - which look fabulous. A year later we had an issue with one set of panels which turned out to be a cable connector but that was resolved with two days of reporting it. Recently despite the issue caused by Octopus they helped me to reconfigure the Zappi charger so it worked normally when the car was plugged in. My system has 12 panels and in the summer was generating in excess of 30Kw. I didn't pay any dual fuel bill from May-Oct which means I am well on to achieving a payback quicker than we thought. Win win for all us.

Spoke to Cameron, who knew what the issue was just from a phone call. Came round and sorted the issue straight away, definitely will use again for my solar

Agreed price with no pressure from the sales team ,order placed and a installation date was agreed ,from this time the company kept me informed by email with all the paperwork I needed ,the installers arrived on time and carried out all the work in a polite and professional way I had a small problem with the dongle and this was delt with with no fuss at all . I will have no problem with recommending this company to anyone in the future with the experience we had.

Matthew and team did a very professional job in installing our solar panels. From the start Matthew was helpful and knowledgeable with his advice, without being pushy. The install team worked efficiently and were very friendly and tidy

Great installation of my air source heating. The guys installed underfloor heating to my new extension and integrated the system to our existing radiators and hot water. The old system was a calour gas combination boiler. We have doubled the GF area and would say we spend less on energy bills now. Installed over 2 years ago and problem free. Thoroughly recommend this company.

I cannot recommend Matthew enough, I recently had an EV charger fitted at my home by Matthew, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Matthew did a highly professional job, ensuring everything was installed perfectly. After the installation, I had an issue with my supplier, This issue was not Matthew’s fault, but he was incredibly understanding and helpful. He even returned to fit a new part free of charge, despite it not being his responsibility. His dedication and customer service were outstanding, and I would highly recommend him for any electrical work. Thanks again, Matthew!

Just had an EV charger fitted

Just had an EV charger fitted, Matt was quick to respond, turned up on time, fitted a lot of cabling that can’t be seen, explained fully what was happening, and made sure everything was clean and tidy before he left. Checked back in afterwards to make sure I had the correct paperwork sent to me. Really impressed.

Seriously impressed with Matthew’s approach to advising and then fitting 2 Pylontech solar batteries. I got three quotes and Eco Energy were not only the cheapest but have been very professional throughout. No hard sales and happy to answer all my questions before, during and after the install. I’d happily recommend Matthew & Eco Energy to any of our friends.

Excellent friendly service. I needed to find a local installer to replace a faulty meter on our 13 year old Solar PV system which had been installed by someone else. Chris was very quick to respond and give me a quote so the meter could be replaced promptly. He also gave detailed instructions on what information we needed to give to our FIT provider etc. Very pleased and would use again and can highly recommend.

We connected with these folks through a recommendation from friends who had had solar panels installed. They were great to talk to, very knowledgeable about not only the technology, but also the current green energy environment. They helped us clearly understand the options for solar and battery set up, pointing out practical options and advising what the best value for money would be for our circumstances. Based on those discussions, they provided us with a number of options through their professional website and answered very promptly via email any further questions we had while choosing the solution. Once we were ready to go ahead, they arranged everything from start to finish: assessment of the house and what was possible for solar installation; application to and approval from UK Power Networks; scaffolding and related power line sheathing; electrical installation of battery and inverter; and finally, solar panel installation. Their team of installers were very friendly and polite and, as well as installing efficiently, they cleaned up after themselves. A very professional team, very reasonable price, and we are very happy with the whole process.

Eco Energy Install fitted panels, inverter and battery to my flat roofed self build project. I spoke to a lot of solar companies in the 5 years spent planning the project, but Eco Energy Install were refreshingly different. Not knowing the energy demands of an unbuilt house, they were the only company who didn't push me to install a huge, unaffordable system, but instead specified a system that had flexibility to grow. Furthermore they were the only company who considered the location and flat roof required a bit of attention & due diligence and worked with my structural engineer during the quote stage to ensure the mounting system was appropriate. Cameron & Chris have been very helpful throughout and I have already recommended them to others

It took me a long time to decide what kind of solar installation I might need, and I watched a lot of You Tube videos to gain product information. Then, I had the daunting task of trying to choose an installer from the myriad available. I gradually whittled it down until I decided to use EcoEnergyInstall Limited. With hindsight, I feel that I made the right choice. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable & diligent in their work, and I am happy with the final result. Chris, back at the office has been instrumental in making this all happen, and I send especial thanks to him. Initially, I never had any idea how much regulation and admin. there was associated with solar, but Chris seamlessly dealt with it all on my behalf. He has also patiently responded to a raft of questions. The team has been very friendly and supportive post-installation. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

Matt visited me to provide a quote. Very professional and informative with a fair price. Once we had given the nod to proceed we agreed a date to install and Matt and his team installed our EV charger within 2 hours. Friendly team and would definitely recommend to others looking for an EV charging installer. Overall - very happy with my OMHE charger and very tidy install!

We were very impressed with the work and advice Eco energy install gave. They were quick & efficient from start to finish with all the staff going above & beyond their remit, showing great willingness to make sure we understood the whole process & were completely happy with how it all worked. If you are looking for Solar Panel experts in the North East, I'd happily recommend ECO install... Just completed a 20 panel system on my property and the quality of workmanship was exceptional... Can't thank Matty and his guys for being so professional in everything they did...From the scaffolding going up the the commissioning of the system today, just 1st class... Good on price, but it was the little extra, that made them stand out... Cleaning out the gutters, which we would never have been able to do, was just one of many little extras they happily provided... 5 STAR indeed

16 panels with a 4.8 kw battery…

16 panels with a 4.8 kw battery installed last week. I am so surprised how much it has generated even on the Cloudy days. The team that turn up was amazing thanks Cameron, Pete, len , Charlie and Danny. The day after got my mcs Certificate and already getting money back for exporting to the grid when my battery is fully charged. Thanks Eco energy install

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with from my first contact to completion of the work. Chris and Cam have changed my view that all home improvements companies just want to take your cash and run, The quote system of 3 different levels along with and explanation, when the survey was done they were on time and explained everything in as much detail as required, on the day they completed the work without any fuss and left house clean and as found. Horror stories of not getting paperwork for weeks after fitment were dispelled the following day when all the paperwork arrived as promised. If you are considering Solar panels and storage the give them a call you wont be disappointed.

4kw system with a small battery…

Had a 4kw system with a small battery installed by the guys at EcoEnergyInstall. Amazing team nothing was a problem for them Even fixed my outside light 💡 Thanks team eco. 🤩🤩🤩

We had a retrofit battery installed by a different company 6/12 ago. We had strong suspicions that it wasn't working correctly. The original company did remote diagnostic tests and assured us it was. We then received our electricity bill, which showed zero savings. Cam and Chris came out and checked out our system and told us it wasn't working. They then wrote us a report, stating their findings. This was forwarded on to the original company, who yesterday came on a site visit and confirmed it wasn't working. I have been assured it is now all working correctly, and appears to be on the app. Cam is however going to come and check for himself. I would thoroughly recommend Eco Energy Install. Polite, friendly and professional, an excellent experience from them. Shame we didn't go with them in the first place.

You can't fault these lot. Quoted me for a system, and two weeks later they came, and installed it within one day. Even on my strange metal roof (they found the correct fittings for my specific roof type), and three storeys up, with no access to the back of the house at all. What's more, they moved my sprinkler system's control box because it was in a ridiculous place blocking where I wanted the battery, and even saved my daughter's pushchair from the rain. System working superbly, generating me 5x more power than I need, so ready to make some money selling the surplus back to the grid!
