Very happy with electrical work undertaken by Max of Coutts Electrical, and his team. They installed an electric radiator and new light in the kitchen. They offered advice and were professional and tidy. Would highly recommend.

Max and his team did a great job fitting anti-bird blockers around my solar panels, and removing the pigeon dirt and grime from the roof and gutters - not the pleasantest of jobs! Very efficient and prompt.

Max was very friendly, responsive and helpful in advising us when we needed some solar panels installed by the previous owner temporarily removed to allow for a new roof and an internal light switch fixed. Max and his team were excellent in removing the panels, cleaning them and reinstalling them with some new brackets as we changed the type of roof tile. Rearranging the time to reinstall them due to delays to the roofing caused by bad weather was not a problem. Would definitely use them again. Thanks

Max and his team came to do a site survey and after a few emails back and forth to iron out the details, they delivered me exactly what I wanted. Quite simply the best customer service I've experienced ever. Max and his team fitted our solar panels just over a year ago, and they were great throughout the process. But what really stood them apart was when we recently had an issue with a small leak around one of the panels. I emailed Max on a Sunday night, and by 0830 Monday morning scaffolding was up, the panels removed, the issue isolated and fixed, and the internal damage repaired. How a company responds when an issue arises tells you a lot, and they were absolutely first rate. Thank you Max and team 🙏🙌☀️

Solar installation

We used Max and Coutts to fit solar panels and he and his team did a great job. Everything was handled very well and they worked with us to install the equipment in the best possible way, particularly the installation of the cables to the fuse board, and finished within the timescales set. Coutts Electrical Contractors Ltd installed 11 Nr. rooftop solar panels for us and we were very pleased with the service we received. The installation was completed within the estimated time and a full set of handover documents was provided. Sorted an intermitted fault

Called Max between Xmas and New Year as we had an intermittent fault with our kitchen ring. He got us going during the holiday period and then came back to trace and fix the issue. As a result of our experience, we had him back to run electrics in the garden. He helped us work out what we wanted and then returned to do a professional job installing it, making good and clearing away packaging etc. Would recommend him to anyone with electrical faults or needed new installations.

Superb job done quickly and correctly …

Max at Coutts Electrical has done several pieces of electrical work ranging from ceiling lights to electrical sockets in the garden and has always been polite, professional, efficient, clean with minimum disruption to me (or my family) whilst I work from home.
