Absolutely shocking from start to finish. Failed to turn up for multiple appointments for the install, it was eventually rushed through by one worker who was going on holiday the next day. Result? Multiple broken slates, slates not fastened onto the roof, gaps between slates and multiple leaks. Contacted them and they were'nt interested. Beware Carbon Rewind in Cornwall.

Everyone carried out outstanding work, especially Kelsey. Very impressive work and incredible customer service skills. If Carbon Rewind has more staff like her, then they will be very successful! Thank you! 🙌

I had the absolute pleasure of having Kelsey come to my house and fit three electric extractor fans and ducting through the loft to the outside she did a great job very polite and very knowledgeable with her trade and just fantastic at her job very tidy very pleasant and very happy with what I had done very hard-working. I can not praise the service I have received from Carbon Rewind enough. They have been excellent from start to finish. The installation by the electrician Liam was excellent he was very respectfull and cleaned up behind himself. The new storage heaters are brilliant I am very happy with them.

Yesterday we had Liam from Carbon Rewind to replace our extractor fans. He was very polite and patient and worked so hard on our solid 1930s bricks which are notoriously difficult to drill into. Liam stayed until the job was completed and made sure he tidied up after himself. He explained everything as he went along and taught us how to operate the new switches. He was so professional and pleasant to have in the home, we were really impressed with Liam. Well done Liam!

I had a combi boiler fitted, had loft insulation. Frankie and Danny worked really hard and I think they did 2 days work in One day. They were very helpful, polite and respectful and nothing was too much for them. Holly who helped set up the all the visits was excellent and I cant thank her enough. In fact, all staff were lovely. 😀

Ron did a fantastic job insulating our attic & fitting trickle vents. He explained everything very clearly, was efficient and left the place as he found it. The whole Carbon rewind team were fantastic throughout the whole process of organising our job & Amy in the office was also really helpful. Highly recommended.

Cladding not yet finished but have to say all the builders and staff have been amazing. They are very caring towards my disabled husband and really polite and hard workers. We had Kelsey in today and she was amazing, a great credit to Carbon Rewind!!

We had an excellent experience with Carbon Rewind, thanks to the amazing solar panel installation engineers Liam and Lee. From start to finish, they were incredibly polite, professional, and a pleasure to have on-site. Their workmanship was top-notch, with great attention to detail and quality. Liam and Lee were not only highly skilled but also very knowledgeable and helpful, answering all our questions and explaining everything clearly. They went above and beyond to ensure the installation was completed to the highest standard. Thank you, Liam and Lee, for making this such a smooth and positive experience! The communication from Carbon Rewind head office could have been better, with letting me know when everything was arriving such as scaffolding and equipment but otherwise very good experience. EDIT - Engineers are brilliant, but correspondence from Carbon Rewind is almost non-existant. No answer on phones, or emails. We were only told our installation date, no dates or time for scaffold erection/taking down, no delivery dates or time of equipment.

Was seen by Ram and Tony. Wall insulation in my flat, which required various different jobs. Very polite and professional. Careful with my belongings when working and answered any questions in a patient and friendly manner, always keeping me updated. Cleaned up thoroughly and very quick to finish, the work was completed in around 1 and a half days (2 visits) and my flat isn’t small. Would definitely recommend to a friend. (My name is Aaron)

Excellent work from Craig and Luke installing a heatpump, Bruce, the electrician and Cory who fitted the solar panels. They were all very polite, professional and friendly. They were respectful of my home and were always clean and tidy in their work. I was kept informed of all job details as they progressed. I would certainly recommend Carbon Rewind.

We just had solar panels fitted, Austin the electrician did a fantastic job installing fuse box and inverter, he is polite and answered any questions we had, a credit to the firm, we are well pleased with it many thanks Mr Pryor

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You have been warned. There are other companies out there running on the ECO4 scheme, use them instead. Here's an overview of the issues we've encountered: Initially, we reached an agreement with the surveyor regarding the placement of the heat pump and water cylinder. However, on the first day of installation, the engineer informed us that these items couldn't fit as planned. Consequently, we lost our larder space and had to demolish a wall to access our fridge. Despite assurances from their customer service department, we never received promised callbacks. There was a lack of communication regarding the work schedule, leading to wasted days waiting for absent engineers. Moreover, the installation included copper piping incompatible with our UPVC piping in the new bathroom. The suggestion to remove the bathroom entirely was met with our strong disagreement. Subsequently, we endured a week without a bathroom while we hired a plumber to rectify their errors, at our own expense. Additionally, the heat pump consistently leaks, and the radiators arrived damaged, among other numerous issues. I’ll add a picture of the radiator installation, would you be happy with this? Not even central….and the state of the air source heat pump leak fix….

Great installation of heat pump. Install was completed as planned within the time estimated. All the installers tidied up after completing various tasks. And all packaging rubbish was cleared. Very happy with the entire team who attended.

Ram and Callum completed a job on behalf of carbon rewind. They were professional, polite and have done an absolutely amazing job. I highly recommend both Callum and Ram. The room looks fantastic now and our house is noticeably warmer. Callum & Ram left the whole area spotless

The rendering guys Ladislav and Marek were just outstanding. Their professionalism and skill was amazing. The Customer care skill of Ladislav was just superb. The insulation and rendering was beautifully done. I could not have wished for more. The scaffold and finishing team were also great. Plus Ashley in the HQ who was booking works in with me and constantly updating me and checking all was going okay was so professional. Great company great team.

I was highly impressed by the workmanship carried out by Martin & Boris. The hours that they put in, cleanliness, explanation and advise, were all of the highest calibre, despite some adversity they sadly experienced. I cannot recommend Carbon Rewind highly enough. Were the same service needed in the future, I would consider this company before any other.

Carbon Rewind did an excellent job with the installation of my Solar Together Solar PV System with EV Charger, So no hesitation in awarding 5 Stars. All 4 steps of Scaffolding, Equipment Delivery, Panel Installation and Electrical connection were completed in an efficient, professional manner as scheduled by the excellent, friendly Eleasha in their office working around my availability and providing outstanding customer support. I was especially impressed with Gentian my Electrical Engineer. Having discussed & listened to my requirements, He found solutions for equipment location and wiring in an elegant and neat manner working extremely hard to finish in a day including taking the time to setup and explain the Solis App. Thank You.

External insulation installed by Callum and Ram. Working on an old property always comes unexpected problems. Callum and Ram worked their way through each one and were a pleasure to have around the house. The fake brick detailing is amazing.
