Recently had a solar and battery system installed by the team. From initial quote through to project completion everyone has been fantastic. Communication at all stages was clear and they were always happy to answer any supplementary questions. Install proceeded as planned, and again the team were friendly and happy to adapt to some of the quirks of my property without a grumble to be heard. Can't recommend Blue Electrics enough.

Recently had solar and battery install, from the start of my journey to the completion of the install the communication from Rich at Blue Electrics has been very good with helpful and clear guidance as well as answering all my questions straight away. On day of installation the electrician Paul talked me through the installation, we also discussed best way to reduce how much cabling going to be visible. I would recommend Blue Electrics and after the install Rich has continued to make sure I am happy with the system and answer to any follow up questions I might have.

Blue Electrics installed our 16kw Sigenergy battery storage along with a 12kw inverter and Gateway back in April. Due to building work that was about to take place, we have only now been able to have the 8 445w JA solar panels fitted. From initial enquiries all the way through to handover, the staff at Blue Electrics have been first class. I look forward to dealing with them again when I need more storage or solar in the future. I would highly recommend this first class company.

From the very first call, Rich was superb – guiding me clearly through the whole process, explaining how to get the very best from the battery system, and always quick to respond to any question. Ahead of installation we were kept fully informed on timings and exactly who would be attending, which was a refreshing change from most contractors. On the day, Paul led the install with absolute precision. The workmanship, cabling and overall finish were meticulous – clearly a team that takes pride in what they do. Since commissioning, the system has run flawlessly from day one. Rich still checks in regularly, monitoring our setup and even liaising with the Grid on an over‑voltage issue (completely unrelated to Blue Energy’s work) to make sure everything stays optimised. It’s rare to deal with a company that delivers this level of care, expertise and follow‑through. I would recommend Blue Energy without hesitation – a fantastic outfit and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Blue Electrics installed Sigenergy batteries and an inverter for us last month. Had to wire up new garage and find solutions to the challenges of connecting system to our old house whilst also future proofing it for solar at a later date. Blue Electrics are a model company for quality customer service. Having taken the decision to explore the installation of solar panels and battery we approached a number of companies. Blue Electrics were recommended by a number people living locally who had had solar solutions installed by the them. The company took the time to really understand our needs before providing a detailed proposal. We discussed a number of scenarios which modified the initial proposal, without feeling pressure to make a decision. A detailed quote recorded our final decision. The installation team were totally professional . The installation was quality assured following commissioning. All in all we are highly satisfied with Blue Electrics and would be happy to recommend them.

This is about a solar and battery installation. We had lots of companies visit us and discuss our options. We had a number of quotes for various systems. We chose Blue Electrics for a number of reasons. Our installation turned out to be quite complicated and required us to install a three phase system first. Rich at Blue Electrics helped with this process long before we actually engaged the company for the solar/battery installation. He is very knowledgeable . He listened to what we needed to do. He did not try to bamboozle us with technical terms and complex information..We were confident in what we were being told. We had a competitive quote for a great system (sigenergy). All questions promptly dealt with. They are fairly local to us.The guys that did the installation were great and knew their stuff. Highly recommend this team.

Excellent service from start to finish! Rich was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the best options for replacing our broken inverter and choosing the right battery storage solution. His advice was clear and helpful, giving us real confidence in the decisions we made. Paul and Johnny arrived on time and worked efficiently, carefully planning the cable layout to ensure it was as convenient and discreet as possible for us. The installation was carried out neatly and professionally, with the battery placed exactly where we requested. Rich also popped by during the job to check on progress and advise us on the best energy tariff options—something we really appreciated. Johnny was fantastic in setting up the app and walking us through how it all works, including what to monitor going forward. The quote was fair, the work was tidy, and the customer service was excellent throughout. We’re very happy and looking forward to seeing a reduction in our electricity bills! Highly recommend.

They fitted solar panels, an inverter and new battery system at Banwen Allotment and also did a great repair job at the St Patrick's monument in the village of Banwen. Blue Electrics and their entire team provided an absolutely amazing and seamless experience from start to finish with my new Solar and Battery system! I wholeheartedly recommend them. From my very first contact with Rich, his enthusiasm was infectious. He was incredibly knowledgeable and truly listened to my specific needs, patiently tweaking designs at my request without any pushy sales tactics. He provided detailed information, sun path diagrams, efficiency estimations and even used a drone to assess the roof suitability and sent the footage to me. I had a number of companies quoting for me, some never even visited and just provided generic quotes from using google maps, with Blue Electrics they really have the personal touch that makes the difference. The installation team was equally brilliant - fast, highly efficient, polite and exceptionally respectful of my property. Every aspect of their work was incredibly neat and tidy with all cables expertly routed and hidden. The battery and inverter installation in the garage is remarkably non-intrusive and looks fantastic, the engineers consistently checked in with me at each stage to ensure my satisfaction. Shaun and Dave deserve special mention for their incredible job with the roof & solar panels - I've never been a fan of how solar panels look but the sleek black panels truly look glorious on my roof! A thoughtful touch that really stood out was their use of a portable power station, which allowed me to stay connected and continue working from home even when the mains power was temporarily off. Furthermore, the pricing was transparent and highly competitive, with every item clearly listed. Following installation, all certificates were promptly lodged and provided and Rich even popped over to provide me with advice and help me with setting up the correct tariffs. I was looking for a Solar and Battery installer and found Blue Electrics through an approved installer search. Richard and his team were amazing throughout and is always available to advise and answer questions. Richard visited promptly to survey the property (including drone survey of the roof), talked through the options and was able to explain and answer all the technical questions. Richard is genuinely passionate about the technology and was sure to advise on the best fit for my requirements. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the installs which gave me the confidence to proceed. A fully detailed quote and survey results were turned around in days. The quote was at the right and fair price. The service provided was so much more professional than another supplier I contacted. I went for the EcoFlow PowerOcean Hybrid Inverter/Battery and All Black Panels which were professionally installed by the team in 2 days. The team were fantastic at every step, such a quality installation with no issues. Honestly could not fault it and I am a very much a perfectionist. My solar journey began when I got in touch with Richard at Blue Electrics after being slightly messed around by another installer. Richard had all the time in the world to discuss our needs and quickly came up with a suitable system design. I found the quote competitive and arranged a free and no obligation visit where Richard came to survey the property and make sure the proposed system would be suitable and safe (even brought a 4k drone to create footage for the roofers!). After this visit which was both informative and completely free of pressure to proceed, I was certain that Blue Electrics were the company I wanted to use for my Solar and Battery installation. DNO application was fast-tracked to ensure it was back in time for the dates that I proposed for installation and the scaffolding was erected on the first day as promised. On the second and third days the team from Blue Electrics arrived when they said they would. They were friendly, hard working and clearly care about the quality of their work. Everything was installed and up and running in the timeframe Richard had suggested and is looking smart and working as promised. The team left no mess whatsoever. Following install I have been in regular contact with Richard who has helped me switch to the best tariff for our situation and has stated that should I ever have any questions or problems they are always happy to hear from and help their customers. I am more than impressed with my experience with Blue Electrics and would very much recommend them to anyone looking into a Solar and/or battery installation. Fantastic service from a lovely local company. I contact a few companies at the last min during re-roofing my house to inquire about PV and battery installation. Explaining that I had a very tight schedule, Rich promptly visited the house and within 24 hours sent the output modelling, quote and had applied for DNO approval. A week later the installation team was on site, and the full installation was completed the following morning. Rich contacted me to set up the app, inputed all the required details. The building approval notice and MCS approval were also received shortly after. The installation could not have been better, installed to a very high standard, long guarantee provided for materials and installtion and the price was very competitive. I will be using this company for another install later in the year.

From around the end of September I have been in contact with Richard at Blue Electrics, I had a lot of questions about different types of installations, and Richard was very helpful and knowledgeable, but at no point did he give 'the hard sell'. This is what I like - no pressure selling. Anyway, fast forward to now (18th November 24) and we had finally settled on a battery storage system and inverter with no solar panels. The guys arrived promptly with all their equipment and made an immediate start. (not even a cuppa first). There were 3 lads that came, Paul, Jonathan, and Dylan, super friendly and polite, and always asking if I was happy with what they were doing and showing me what they were about to do before they did it. (Running wires, drilling holes etc). Shoes were always removed before entering and they cleaned up after them and left no mess. 👍. When the job was complete, they gave a full run through of how everything worked, and Richard helped with sorting out the Octopus Tariff. I would highly recommend these guys if you are thinking of solar panels or battery storage systems they are a great company to deal with.

I chose Blue Electric to install our Solar panels after a very professional presentation and quote at the front end, which flowed seamlessly through the installation process until completion. Very happy with the service I received. A quick and polite site visit, followed by a clear, itemized quote and a prompt start date. Paul was on time, efficient and super tidy - I've not found any pvc cuts or mess, the guys even hoovered and wiped up after themselves. This was a single phase to 3-phase board upgrade, new 16mm SWA garage feed, sub-board and lights/sockets plus 6mm EV ultra charger cable all buried under patio drive blocks. Through no fault of their own the board upgrade caused problems that resulted in the guys staying until 2:30am to finish and make safe! Amazing service!!

The advice, support and service I received from Blue Electrics for my solar panel and battery installation was second to none. Richard was very knowledgeable and communication was superb be it via phone or email. The site assessment with Paul was very thorough where the design was adjusted slightly. After this I knew I was in safe hands. Post install Paul ran me through the whole system so I understood it and the required paperwork from Richard followed swiftly as did his help with changing my tariffs and getting an export MPAN number - this saved weeks of waiting! It’s been a month or so now and everything has run like clockwork and even on wet overcast days I’m surprised how much is being produced. Blue Electrics are a class leading example of how a market provider should operate - I cannot recommend highly enough!
