AR Power installed an upgrade to our existing solar panel array and a Tesla Powerwall battery in 2020. The AR Power engineers were knowledgeable, efficient and polite and we were very happy with the new systems. Last week we needed to upgrade the inverter connections after installing a new broadband connection. AR Power were very helpful in negotiating the complexity of the connections and I would particularly like to mention Ian Marshall in the office and Jack the engineer who came round to reconnect the system. The day of installation was very cold but they remained cheerful throughout! Office staff have also been great to deal with. AR Power were fantastic, the installation process was completely straightforward from start to finish. Everyone we spoke to was very accommodating which was hugely reassuring. I received regular updates (before each stage) as to what was taking place, with relevant risk assessments / method statements for that part of the process received in good time. It really was effortless. Any required 3rd parties such as welfare facilities / scaffolders etc were managed by AR. The installers were always tidy and the installation itself is incredibly neat - we are delighted with the result. We lost a couple of days due to the weather, which is unavoidable but other than that everything was on time. I received the handover file within two days of the project being completed! Would definitely use AR Power again and would highly recommend them.

After a few phonecalls to other companies I was eventually put through to Dawn at AR Power. The time and help I was given off her was phenomenal. The information I required plus much more was provided off Dawn, and I can't thank her enough. I rarely say this in my reviews, but if I could have given her 10 stars I would have.

I was fortunate to find and use ARP in August 2016 .I was looking for a solar panel system but not necessarily from ARP ! But Mark and Maria were so helpful and informative without ever trying to pressure me into buying that i felt these people know what they are talking about , unlike the other firms i enquired with,who were all about just getting the sale ! Anyway ARP installed a 5.1KW system for me and it is fantastic . To add to the above it is now 2024 and I needed assistance from my installer AR Power and to their credit even though my installation is nearly eight years old now they remembered me and without any delay helped me out ! How nice that all these years later they remembered me ( hopefully for all the right reasons) and gave me the technical assistance I needed . Such a piece of good luck for me finding such a genuinely good company like AR Power Thank you to all of the AR Power team you deserve your accolades.

I found AR Power to be a very competent, professional company completing work to a high standard and providing a neat installation. Communication was very good and someone always available before, during and after installation for any queries.

I had my system installed by advanced renewable power and it has worked flawlessly since.All the work was carried out on time and felt a reassuring sense of professionalism. The office management led by Dawn was always there for advice and showed great patience to help me understand how my system worked with their professionalism. We had solar panels fitted about 10 years ago when storage batteries weren't available. Due to rising fuel costs we looked around for companies to supply and fit a Tesla Powerwall battery system and AR Power were able to supply and fit the system in the location we required. From first contact with Dawn we were kept fully informed of the status of our order (There was a considerable delay due to demand), and when it became available they were able to install at a time suitable to us both. We couldn't be happier with the service and the resultant improvement in our energy bills. Strongly recommend AR Power.

Had my solar + Tesla Powerwall installed about March/April 2023. Waited a year to leave a review because you obviously can't tell how well it's gone until it's bedded in. Had no issues whatsoever, a great yield on my PV array over the year and the battery in conjunction with overnight and feed in tariffs has drastically reduced my bills. We had 2 electricity outages in our area over the past year, the Powerwall kicked in immediately and it was like nothing happened. The install team was absolutely first class. Rob who was in charge of the electrics side (battery, gateway, setup etc) was brilliant, he showed me everything I needed upon completion. A really great team to deal with and would fully recommend. Full up front explanation of the costs, a proper survey so there are no hidden extras. My advice, choose a specialist like AR Power over a roofing company that has decided to do PV/Battery, these people know what they are doing.

Added another 5KW of solar to our existing system, along with 2x Tesla Powerwalls. A great company to work with, that handled everything. Couldn’t be happier with the system. Combined with Intelligent Octopus Go, and we actually make money overall, despite running two EVs.

5 Star service by AR Power to supply and fit Tesla Powerwall system. Excellent work coordinated by Dawn and professionally accomplished by Dan and his assistants. The combined solar panels, heat pump and Tesla battery all performing well with large reduction in energy consumption in conjunction with the Octopus energy agile tariff. Thanks for a job well done!

Installed solar and power wall for me. PROFESSIONAL Company to be highly recommended. Planned and executed the full project including properly documenting the system and obtaining licences to interface with the grid. Do it correctly use professionals! Nice people too.

We chose AR Power to install our Powerwall 2 battery and were not disappointed. From the moment of placing the order they took care of everything, right through to completion of the project. They were always happy to explain and update us on progress or explain any technical queries we had. Their installation engineers were competent, polite and tidy. We have ended up with a very neat and tidy job giving us exactly what we set out to achieve. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again (but have now sadly run out of space!!!) and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

I would just like to thank EVERYONE at AR Power for the fantastic service we had from everyone we had the pleasure of meeting/working with! & also all the staff who worked behind the scenes that we never got the pleasure of meeting! Great workmanship & great products !

I enlisted AR Power as my number 1 choice when it came to a huge project at home to make the house more self sufficient. We had decided that solar power and an air source heat pump would be the way to go. We were also going for electric vehicles an battery storage so needed a company that really knew the renewable energy market inside out. The service we received & quality of workmanship is second to none. Great advice, great range of products & friendly staff. Not only that but we hardly use any grid electricity and run the house on solar power & battery storage - brilliant !
