One of your drivers - didn't catch his name - noticed that our chimney was on fire, and made a 4 mile u-turn to tell us. Even though he was on his way home at the end of a long day. Please can you thank him? He didn't have to turn around......above and beyond the call of duty!!!

Agreed costs for electrical test and PAT testing of portable equipment to allow rent of apartment to proceed. Turned up on time, friendly staff and totally professional approach asking questions to establish exactly what was wanted even advising that some of the things were not required and reduced costs accordingly
