TRUSTMARK INSPECTED OUR HOUSE AND FOUND 8 MAJOR FAULTS INCLUDING UNSEALED GAPS, DPC LEVEL NOT RIGHT, GAS PIPE WORK,CAVITY WALL HOLES NOT FILLED PROPERLY AND ITEMS CHARGED FOR BUT NOT FITTED. NOW WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO HAVE THEM BACK IF YOU HAVE HAD YOUR ROOF EXTENDED GET IT CHECKED. They rewired our outside lights that now blow the trip and the wiring is buried under the insulation !! 3 months later my house is finished I hope ! In February we had scaffolding put up to start the insulation work which kept changing dates. Eventually they started work and the insulation was finished in just over 2 weeks. The workmen worked very hard and long hours .One day a load of roof tiles turned up and I asked what they were for and was told the roof needed extending because of the loft insulation, nobody told us !! The workmen did the roof and we thought that was the end of it until my neighbour sent me photos of the roof which we couldn't see from our side as the scaffolding was still up, it was horrendous. I asked a roofer who was working down the road to look at it and he took 30 photos of faults. We had to have a professional roofer out for 4 days to put it right. I was then told the roof needed vents that could be done from the inside, yet again it was wrong information!!! They both smoked and left there cigarette butt's everywhere they worked. I was told before Easter that the scaffolding could come down ,it didn't. Someone from the company turned up at 8.50am on a Sunday morning, without any prior notification from the company. Then the roofer then turned up this week to fit vents to the roof which I was told could be done from the inside ,so another day's work. The painting isn't finished, the scaffolding is still up 9 weeks later despite them saying for the last two days it was coming down. There is no communication from this company ,people just turn up unexpected, they don't let you know when jobs are going to be carried out. I'm grateful for the house looking better and warmer ,but the stress has taken its toll on my health . I'm just hoping that the scaffolding will come down tomorrow and the painting finished on Monday especially my neighbours wall which they were supposed to paint as they drilled it for the cavity wall insulation and that's the end of what was supposed to be a 2 week job !! I have sealant all over my brown window frames ,silicone render all over the roof tiles ,windows and front door. It would be nice to see what the house looks like with the scaffolding down !! Update the scaffolding is still up despite promises that they would definitely come on Saturday. I have my driveway being cleaned on the 6th May because its got silicone render and some other stuff all over it ,the company are paying for that. I've cancelled it once already because of unfinished work, now it's because the scaffolding is still up. UPDATE The scaffolding is down and the installers didn't clean the scaffolding or tidy up after they vanished while I took my partner to hospital, so i had to do it and as i have multiple health conditions, plus i was looking after my partner who had a knee replacement its something i could have done without, but the driveway is cleaned and 90% has come off , but now all the phone line and satellite cables are coming out of the wall due to the wrong clips being used. They won't paint my neighbours wall which they had to drill to do the Cavity wall insulation and they said they would paint the wall, they sent workers out to paint the filled holes.The office are trying to finish other people's job because of their deadlines , They rewired our outside lights that all now blow the trip and the wiring is buried under the insulation I want my house inspected and RJM to finish the work that is now into 3rd month !!!!! A TWO WEEK JOB HAS GONE INTO ITS 12 WEEKS ,IVE COMPLAINED TO NICIE AS MY HOUSE ISNT COMPLETE.

Had a Heat Pump and solar panels installed. I cannot fault the service from RJM and would highly recommend them.

Poor service all around, trying to get them to fix the covered air bricks which is causing mold to spread under living room floor. Littered while working on property Rubbish in my garden and pond. Stuck live electric feed to house. Broke our sink waste pipe. Siliconed a down pipe onto the wall with no fixings or brackets. Damaged are toilet seat due to cutting with a saw atop. And I will add now they have been back to do the remedials which are not finished because drilling a hole into solid brick and putting a airbrick in there because you can't find the originals and are incompetent doesn't fix or create any air flow. you have damaged my house and not fixed what is incorrect in the first place and now have more remedial work to do.

Fantastic, friendly and professional correspondence. Work was excellent and made a real difference to the warmth of my house and therefore my comfort and wellbeing. I would thoroughly recommend RJM Insulation.

I must say I was apprehensive about having the work done at first but I am so pleased I did. The difference it has made is amazing. The workmen were very hardworking and often did very long hours and if you have any queries the young lady in the office is extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this company if you need works done.

I have new heating system,loft insulation and a new bathroom roof. Work was carried out very well. Clean and tidy. Tradesmen were very friendly and i felt very comfortable with strangers in my home.

Very happy with my newly insulated home!Today is a windy, very cold day but inside is so worm and cozy.No more draft and cold feet.The work has been done perfectly, quality materials, attention to details. Very happy with the external wall insulation work carried out at my property. It has saved us money in heating bill. The house is always warm and cosy. Before, winter time was a nightmare- always cold. The work was carried out in an excellent manner. The workers were always polite, courteous and nothing was too much of a trouble. Excellent work. We have used this company for external wall insulation through green home grant. And price was reasonable not like other companies they quout double the price and no point having green home grant. I used this firm to apply for a Green Homes Grant. They were fine up until the point that the Green Homes Grant was approved. At that point, they did my loft insulation which was fine. However, they took a 8 weeks to appoint the surveyor for the double glazing. They were vague about the reasons with this. Something about falling out with the subcontractor. I asked them to sort an alternative out because the voucher was expiring at the end of October but only after countless phone calls and emails did they do so. By which time, it was too late and all the effort I had put in applying for the voucher was wasted. This company is staffed at a back office level by people who don't get back to you and don't follow through on their promises. Avoid.

They did our exterior wall insulation. very good work and finished on time. very clean and did whatever colour we wanted without any fuss. they are a great company and very responsive. I would recommend this company and i would use them again if ever i need any work done.
