The service i received from Midlands Airconditioning was first class from the initial survey to the installation. It was a seamless process and my needs were listened to. I was never over sold anything I didn't want or need. Not forgetting the office staff who where efficient and friendly The installation was completed wuth a very sort time with no delays, in fact the the installation was bought forward so that server to installation was only a matter of a few weeks,Anthony even referred me on to a solar panel installer after I advised him that I was giving a problem finding a reputable company, again this also was completed within a few weeks., therefore I can only recommend both companies as both are first class. And both reasonably priced

Air Con Installation by MAC

MAC fitted two AC systems for me over a four day period. The process could not not have gone smoother, both the guys (Jamie & Reiss) from MAC were professional and approachable and did a great job. They kept everywhere clean a tidy and kept me aware of installation throughout the process. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

the installation team kept us informed at every stage of the 4 day job - what they were going to do and when. because it was a domestic situation they always removed their outdoor shoes when working inside. they cleaned up after them every day and ensured there were no access/exit obstructions. there was no smoking, no profanity and no horseplay, they just got on with the job.

A professional, knowledgeable and efficient service

The response to our enquiry was prompt, flexible to our needs and professional, from the site consultation, to the office support and to the installation. Since installation the support and advice has continued and nothing is too much trouble. We have tried the units on the heating setting and are happy with them especially as the electricity is cheaper to use than gas which runs our central heating.

Having put up with useless and very expensive storage heaters for many years and also a home that got far too hot in the summer I decided to take the plunge and look at an aircon system that would give me cheap good warmth in the winter and lovely cool rooms in the summer. I decided to go with Midland Air Con and Facility Management after perusing several other air con installation companies and I am so glad I chose this company. Surveyor was out quickly, knew exactly the best units for my property, gave me a quote that didn’t require even thinking of haggling down as it was so good. From enquiring to installation was a matter of a few weeks. I now have a lovely warm home at a fraction of the cost I’m used to. As for the installation crew, I don’t believe a nicer bunch of lads could exist! Jack and Callum the installers were extremely polite and friendly and willing to answer any silly questions I had. Again the same with Jack the electrician, the whole team were a pleasure to have around the house in the two days it took to complete the installation. My units not only provide warm air in the winter and cool air in the summer, but they also act as an air purifier and also a dehumidifier which is great and solves my wet windows every morning this time of year. Best purchase I’ve made for a very long time. If you’re considering using these guys, stop considering and just go for it. You will not be disappointed.

Everything was fitted to a high standard and work space was left clean and tidy. Jamie and his team were super friendly and took time to explain and show the install, equipment and how to use our new air conditioning unit. Would highly recommend the team & company - 10/10.

Service beyond compare...

From the outset when looking for home Air Conditioning, I was blitzed with many companies offering a 'deal'. Whilst price is important, so is having a company there for the long term with a proven track record of quality installation, great reviews and proper after sales service. Only one company met this criteria- Midland Air Conditioning. I enquired online, was able to get a guide as to cost, without the need to speak to anyone at this stage. I researched them online and ' checked them out'. All seemed in order, so I called to arrange an actual detailed quotation. Anthony, the director, duly came along to my home and gave excellent advice as to what would work best for me. He pointed out a few things I had not considered and was generally helpful and professional. Detailed written quotes were supplied listing everything we spoke about. Next day I decided to proceed and paid my deposit with help from Charlene in the office - and Lucy - always on hand to assist and advise. A fitting date was agreed and booked in. During this time I was updated and kept in the loop - great. Install day arrived, and Matt and Jack arrived on schedule and worked throughout to fit and test. Both are to be commended for a sound work ethic, and pleasant manner. The electrics were next, and these were done at pace to a high standard. So all in all, I was 100% right to place my trust - and money- with M A C. Seldom do you find a complete service from start to finish but with these guys and gals, you can. There is so much to recommend them, try it for yourselves and see... 😃

What a difference having air con in…

What a difference having air con in living room . For years I’ve had to shut windows and buy blinds that cut out the sun so every day in the summer I have blinds shut . This was worth every penny and didn’t think it was expensive . The 2 lads Jack and Matt worked very hard especially trying to get through my blue brick. They cleaned up after them and were very friendly . Took shoes off in house, very courteous. Well done lads working in this heat . Surprisingly quiet too.

Worth every penny.

I had 4 units installed in 2023 and to date I am very happy. The installation team were superb and after installation they even gifted me a wonderful bouquet of flowers with a lovely note. Since then I have had it serviced and even the service has been top quality . The excellent and very professional services includes the interaction with the people being the scenes answering phone calls and responding to emails. PS they need another service :-)

I value my time too much to deal with them

Called to ask about getting an installation, they told me to send some details to a specific email address and I would be called soon. I send them over, 4 days later no call so I call them. Apparently they gave me completely the wrong email address that doesn't get checked anymore. I send details over to the new email, many days later I get an email back saying I will recieve a quote soon. It's been like another 5 days and still nothing. This is how the process of "can you guys install ac in my house? yes? ok here's the money" goes with these guys. I get being busy but after wasting my time by giving me the wrong email and then never notifing me of it you'd think you could get a quote done in less than 10 days considering your website generates them automatically and you already have a profile on me. Literally pick any other company.

Highly recommended to us by a very good friend - thank you. A very professional team Lee & Craig came and installed airconditioning for us on one of the hottest days of the year thus far. They first came and gave us a quote and explained thoroughly what was required and what it would entail. On the day they checked that we were happy with everything and talked us through the whole process again. Two really professional, polite guys. Very happy with the unit etc too. Super happy with the result. Great work from the whole team at Midlands aircon. From appointment through to installation they were perfect. Install is nice and clean, as you can see from the photos. Pipework straight up into the attic and out to the alley beside my house. I was concerned that the one unit would struggle with my large 8.8x5.4m attic room, but honestly it's fine. Attached a chart, the blue line is a thermometer on the opposite end of the room from where the unit is installed. So that's 25 minutes from 19.5°C to 22°C on heating mode. The fans are also powerful enough to circulate air around the room reasonably well. Will be in contact soon to sort out installing some more of them :) Edit July 2025: I ended up getting the whole house fitted with them, so we have 12 indoor units now. We've had them for a year, everything gets a solid recommendation from me. People complain about heat waves and we're comfy. There's a lot of value in a nice cool bedroom that is the same temperature year round.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. When Alan came out to view my property he listened to what I was looking for and explained everything really well. The office staff were friendly and welcoming and kept me updated regarding the installation so a shout out to Charlene for that. The 2 guys that came to do the installation Jamie and Luke were excellent. They spent the time talking me through the process and their work was very tidy and professional I couldn't recommend them highly enough. If anyone is considering having air con fitted then speak to Midland Air Conditioning.

I had a Mitsubishi Air-Conditioning Unit installed into my house this week and couldn’t be happier. Juliette and Charlene in the office made the whole experience flawless. They are such happy people and nothing is too much trouble. I threw questions at them they couldn’t answer but within a day I was told what I wanted to know and even then they kept me informed. Arranging the Engineers and Electrician was at a convenient time of my choice. The installation was completed by Wayne, and Luke with Billy doing the Electrics. They were all Friendly, approachable and knowledgeable in their fields, true professionals in my view. Their work was outstanding. They needed access to a neighbours property who had previously been difficult but they respected his property as they did mine, like their own. They explained what they were doing as they completed parts of it as I was interested and they were happy to explain whilst also getting on with the work in hand. Very quick but also very thorough. My interior and exterior was left as found. Billy was just as thorough insisting a breaker was fitted because it was his work speaks volumes. My previous installers didn’t bother. I then paid my invoice as easily as I paid my deposit and sitting in the cool as temperatures heat up outside. I can rest assured that it will be easy to breathe this summer. I did take out the service contract to keep my guarantees valid again at a reasonable price. I would wholeheartedly recommend Midland Air Conditioning to anyone wanting Renewable Energy (Heat Pumps/Solar) and Air Conditioning. Quality products at good prices I feel with a professional service. I left this review as I felt those employed are worthy of recognition and a good reflection of a reputable company.

I recently had a split unit AC installed in the loft of a Victorian house by MAC, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The team was punctual, courteous, and clearly knew their stuff. They took the time to assess the space thoroughly and offered a solution that was both efficient and cost-effective. On the day of the installation, they worked quickly and cleanly, making sure everything was set up perfectly and that I understood how to operate the unit. The difference the AC has made is amazing – my loft is now cool, comfortable, and quiet. MAC delivered exactly what they promised, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail and customer-focused approach. I highly recommend MAC. Great service, and quality work.

Amazing service

It was easy to arrange a staff member to come out and evaluate the placement for a new aircon unit we wanted to install. Once I accepted the quote it wasn’t too long before I got a date for installation. On the install date the engineers arrived promptly and got on with their work, they were really friendly and kept us updated on their progress. Once installation was finished they cleaned up nicely behind themselves. The engineers unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances had to come back to move the outside unit but again arrived promptly and were really friendly and went on about their work. This is our second aircon unit from Midlands Aircon and if we want anything further we will go back to them. The service I received was excellent and they are top notch.

We found MAC online searching for local installers and was impressed with what I read on their website. I did a quote for a single room initially and following a brief hiatus on the project got back in touch and spoke to a lovely lady on the phone (I now forget her name) who booked me in at a convenient time for a visit and assesment of the job by Anthony the company Director. Anthony was very helpful going through different options and we actually ended up going with a split system to feed two rooms (master bedroom and office). We took the plunge and couldn't be more happy with the service we received. Dan and Wayne were our installers and they were absolutely fantastic, installing the system without any fuss or mess. They were very helpful, considerate and are a credit to the company. We would highly recommend Midland Air Conditioning.

I found MAC to be a trustworthy company who were professional and courteous. Anthony, the lead, came home and explained the air conditioners (Mitsubishi) and the installation. Callum, who installed the air conditioner and Dan the electrician were excellent. Gareth was brilliant and even came home to set up the wifi after the installation. The price quoted was competitive though not the cheapest. I am very glad I went with MAC and will gladly recommend them to any one interested in air conditioners.

Had my aircon supplied and fitted a year ago by MAC (Midland air con) and it all went very smoothly. Just had my first service and once again, all went well. I can highly recommend MAC. Fitters and service personal were efficient, tidy and clean.

Excellent job! Can't be better :) Everything is finished and all work is carried out to a high standard. The engineers Mark and Alex were very friendly and professional and the installation is flawless, in both engineering and aesthetical point of view. There was no rubbish I had to collect after their work - clean, no boxes, not even dust from drilling! Excellent job! :) The price is a bit higher than the average, but it is worth it any penny. The warranty is comprehensive and hassle free as the company seems stable and will be there in case of issues. We 've chosen MITSUBISHI Electric and we are very pleased so far. I would definatelly recomend Midland Airconditioning!

The guys who came out to install did a great job, looks really clean, and they were really respectful and tidy. 5* service from MAC, Mike (sales) was extremely helpful when quoted, there was abit of a delay with the units I had ordered (no fault of MAC, just a supplier issue) so they upgraded my units to ensure these would get installed in July, fantastic customer service! Katy from customer service was extrmely efficient and prompt in answering all of my many questions. Callum & Tyler were really professional installing the units over 3 days, I literally didnt know they were there, kept me informed throughout the day and were so friendly, cleaned up as they went and finally Dan (electrician) was very efficient and they finished the job of installing 3 air con units within 3 days. Will recommend to all my friends and family.

Excellent Overall - House Installation. 3 off Mitsubishi MSZ-HR25VF 2.5kW units with WiFi & Remote control units plus a Multi-split Condenser unit MXZ-3F54VF3 wall mounted outside. 7 year Manufacturers Warranty + 12 month Anvillary Warranty included. Mike Sales was very helpful in the initial technical sales recommending installation options. Planning Co-ordinator Katy very efficient responded same day on emails which was nice to see. Installed July 2023 on planned dates - no delays! Two Engineers (Callum & Tyler) took 3 days + Electrician (Dan) 1 day to install system. 10 out of 10 neat installation - no mess / Like the black ducting externally. Recommend MAC - I plan to use them again when I do an extension.Units cool the rooms and perform quietly.

Recently had air conditioning fitted at our new restaurant and from the beginning of the process with Anthony coming to quote to Jamie and the lads fitting absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and it was fitted so neatly. Happy to recommend to anyone and use again in the future.

I chose to purchase and install my EV charger from MAC as it was important to me to have the installation done properly. My garage is detached from my house by some distance and my electrical distribution boards are probably not conventional by current new-build standards. I felt immediately confident from the initial sales conversation and I was able to choose the brand of charger that I felt would satisfy both my current and potential future needs, perhaps if I decide to install solar panels at some stage. The installation went very smoothly and the communication was great throughout. I have no doubt that my neighbours will ask me about my experience and will also be using MAC for the EV charger installations in due course.

I find it so rare these days to get a service as good as this was. I genuinely couldn't fault them. The guy who came out to price-up was really nice and we felt that he had time for us, to understand our needs and deliver on them. The installation team were even better, if that's possible! The lead installer was a great chap, extremely professional, took my concerns seriously and answered all our questions. They did a great job, the finish is really superb. The office always answer when you call, are very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone I interacted with seemed to value my business and have time for me. They might not be the cheapest but, blimey, I have never been happier with a decision. We know someone who had a similar experience from them, so I doubt it's just me! I would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic service received from Midland Air Conditioning who have installed a 7.1kw AC system in our residential property. We would highly recommend them as the installation went very well. We were impressed with advice we were given from the company on the make and system size to go for and the the quality of the installation was superb. They even cleared up after themselves which my wife was very impressed with. The engineers were very polite, organised and professional. Absolutely great service from MAC. Thank you! 1 year update: During the heatwave on 18-19th July 2022 this system was able to keep all our house cool, it worked great mainly keeping the upstairs (3 bedrooms and bathroom) a cool 20c when it was 40c outside, we found that it also keeps it cool downstairs around 23-24c. Also MAC recently serviced our system and checked it was in good order, thanks again great service.

Had a single-room wall-mounted AC unit install which was on the first-floor. Engineers on site were both professional and very clean with their work. No clean-up was required after they had completed their job. Job was done super neatly as well, with everything trunked nicely and outdoor condensor unit installed neatly against brickwork. Customer Service both pre-install and post-install has been fantastic and excellent. There might be slightly cheaper installs available in the West Midlands, but I have NO REGRETS going with this company, due to their warranty policy and quality of engineers/level of work + customer service. Been a pleasure and look forward to using this company in the future for maintance of my new install and possibly new future installs!. Cheers!
