Used LC electrical contractors for a EICR report , the tester left my freezer turned off ruined all the food in the freezer offered me a pittance of £30 for the contents , not even a good will gesture or an apology from Lee , wouldn't use or recommend this company.

LC Electrical recently (2025) did electrical work at my house, including a full electrical test, replacing downlights with full fire-rated lights, installing additional lights and switches, and generall improving electrics. Mel from LC Electrical is exceptionally thorough and neat in her work and I highly recommend her.

Arrived on time. Supplied a quality appliance. Did a clean,tidy,professional job. Explained everything to me and stuck to the quoted price,which was cheaper than others had quoted. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them to others.

This is the second time Mel has done work for us. We are really pleased both times with how she carried this out, and left no mess. Thanks again

Very pleased with the responsiveness and quality of service on the day. Also pleased with what was a very fair price fo whar was was effectively an emergency call out. The electrician ( whoever name I hqve unfortunately forgotten) was very polite, thorough and helpful.

Luke the electrician did an excellent job in installing a new cooker hood. It was not as straightforward as we had expected and involved alterations to the flue and surrounding woodwork, all of which he did very methodically and efficiently.

Hired LC Electrical Contractors to add some plug sockets in a few rooms, move light switches and update the fuseboard. Lee visited to prepare a quote for the works and answer my questions, and it was a very pleasant interaction. I was provided with a quote broken down per each room so we could decided what to carry out and when. Work was carried out on time and very well by Jamie, we were very happy with it. We plan on using their services again soon. Highly recommended!

L.C.Electrical came to fit some bedroom wiring for me today in Wilburton, Cambs. Josh and Lee turned up exactly on time (8am) with smiles on their faces, which is unusual for contractors these days. That is the personal touch you get from dealing with a local family oriented business. The thing that I was most impressed by was that they listen to what the customer actually wants, rather than simply following their daily tradesmen short cuts. You don't get a one size fits all routine electrical job from the back of a van; instead you get the fittings and features that are tailored for the specific job. Totally professional. They are clean and tidy with pride in their work. They wouldn't leave until I was completey happy with what had been done. This is coming from a cynical b"*sta%d who complains about people a lot. That really is saying something 👏
