Prompt and reliable service. My job was a tricky one but the price and work carried out was excellent. The plumbers were friendly and respectful.

After 10 years use with regular servicing, my central heating started failing in the recent cold spell. After 3 visits by very experienced engineers, the problem was finally sorted by a new PCB control board being replaced.very courteous service by all concerned from a quality company! Hinckley Plumbing & Heating Services fitted our new boiler shortly after we moved to this area 10 years ago. They recommended a Viessmann boiler, which has proved to be an excellent choice for us. Their engineers have serviced the boiler regularly and have always been prompt, helpful and friendly, as well as professional.

I have used Hinckley Plumbing and Heating for many years for a range of various jobs including boiler installation, maintenance and general plumbing. They have always been very professional. Engineers arrive at the agreed time and are very experienced.

Amazing service from the moment I booked the appointment. Our underfloor heating has been broken for three weeks and have struggled to get anyone to come and look at it, we rang four other companies who never even bothered to turn up. When I rang Hinckley Plumbing and Heating, we were given a date and a three hour time slot which was do helpful. Andy arrived promptly and was lovely; very polite and friendly and fixed the problem quickly, a true expert. Seem someone going Full Karen on fb about this company. However the way i read it.... Transparent pricing. Extremely efficient. In and out in no time and fixed the issue within quoted price, is what the review should have said.... So to counteract Karen. I thought id leave you a 5 star. Ps £90 call out for a plumber is cheap. 🤝

Great service for gas boiler from experienced engineer. He came to fix the immersion and fixed the problem with the boiler as well.

Excellent work carried out by Hinckley Plumbing & Heating. They installed our new oil boiler over 3 days and were very courteous, polite and considerate throughout. The boiler is now fully operational and very efficient. We highly recommend Hinckley Plumbing & Heating.

We had a quite serious pass on our internal boiler pipe and we were told by another boiler company this would be a very extensive job and might not be able to be resolved. Called Hinckley Plumbing and heating and they came round straight away and fixed it with a simple valve replacement. Really reasonable cost and the guy who came was brilliant

We recently had Hinckley Plumbing change our central heating system, which involved new pipework and some new radiators. Lewis and Alex were hard-working, efficient, helpful, friendly and polite. They left everything clean and tidy and finished within the time expected. We highly recommend them, and would happily use them again.

We had a very old obsolete warm air heating system that had stopped working. It proved difficult to find someone local to even have a look at it until I phoned Hinckley Plumbing and Heating! They visited the next day to have a look and give advice about our options. Two weeks later they came back to replace the heater. All of the people who visited were professional, polite and friendly. All very knowledgeable and reliable, arriving when they said they would and keeping any disruption to a minimum. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone with a plumbing issue 😀

I needed the plumbing for a washing machine and also hot water in my new utility room. Stuart and Jamie worked well to install the necessary pipe work. They were polite and respectful. They cleaned up afterward and put the machine in place. I was delighted. Alex is an expert in all things to do with heating and plumbing, quoted me for the work. I totally trust him and know that I can rely on him to give me honest and upfront advice about what needs to be done.

We had a new boiler, cyclinder and central heating system installed. From start to finish the quality of work and customer service was nothing less than outstanding. Dan provided a quote and showed great patience and understanding in answering our questions, Alison and her team in the office are responsive and will pull out all the stops to get an issue resolved. Stu and his other colleagues worked tirelessly and with a great sense of urgency to get the heating back up and running. Absolutely impeccable! :) Fantastic company :) I’m so pleased with the service that I’ve been provided with. My overflow pipe was dripping! With short notice they managed to book me in and arrived on time. A friendly and very knowledgeable plumber diagnosed the problem instantly and replaced the part there and then! I’m a very happy customer :) the total cost also a great price for the work he had completed. Overall excellent, fast, friendly and efficient service! I would 100% recommend :)

Our boiler had broken down amidst the current virus crisis. Within a day of contacting Hinckley Plumbing my boiler was fixed. From the point of contact through to the engineer visiting our home was a stress free and professional service. Very friendly and honest people which I appreciate. It's worth noting that the engineer took protective measures regarding the virus situation so we felt at ease straight away. 5 stars, highly recommended.
