Brilliant service from start to finish. Very friendly staff. Full day and couple hours following morning an that was the solars up and running and wall charger finished. Highly recommend. Thank you

The engineer turned up on time as informed. He spent some time re locating the equipment into our garage and not as originally discussed the attic. This made it easier to install the equipment. He was very helpful throughout the installation

I am generally satisfied with the services provided by the company and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others. I found the company's work professionals to be punctual and professional, with agents patiently explaining all processes and waiting for clients to respond. I do not advocate the use of aggressive marketing tactics. It is a significant undertaking and requires a considerable investment of time to collate all the necessary information. The agent's role is to act as the company's representative and face. The agent arrived in a timely manner, was polite and patient, and understood the topic, answering all my questions, which was a crucial aspect of the service that I was looking for. Despite the ambiguity surrounding the commencement and conclusion dates, the work process was completed efficiently. I was somewhat concerned about the length of the installation process, as I had anticipated it would be lengthier due to the winter weather conditions. I was impressed by the efficiency of the installation team. I also had to redo the work, but I did not reduce my rating because there was no dispute. The engineers took responsibility for the initial misunderstanding and apologised for any inconvenience caused. Their actions demonstrated a high level of professionalism. The team displayed courteous and efficient work practices. In the event of any parts being missing, the issue was resolved promptly by visiting the store itself. I would also like to acknowledge the team members who made decisions promptly when they were running late and called to apologise. It is commendable that someone values your time. While the process was not without its challenges, effective solutions were identified when issues arose.

NON-STOP HARASSMENT - LEAVE ME ALONE!

No idea how this company got my details, but for the past 2 days I have had non-stop calls, despite the fact I have POLITELY explained my name is not Gavin and I'm not from London!!! The calls started yesterday (Monday) and it's only just Tuesday now - yet I have had 27 calls from them! The massive problem is, when I answer, explain that I never gave my details and then block the number - they call from a different one! And on a few occasions they have been extremely rude and aggressive, blaming me for not being Gavin?! What the actual fu....!! This is just HARRASSMENT at this stage and unfortunately my number is for my business so I can't just ignore unknown numbers as it might be to do with work. PLEASE STOP CALLING ME!!!!

We had our solar panels installed in November and the service was great! Micheal our sales rep was amazing, he explained everything to us and told us exactly what would happen. The installation was spilt over two days as the weather wasn't good but typical Scottish winter for you!

Excellent service throughout; from consultation with knowledgeable salesman to friendly and professional technicians and installers. System up and running very quickly and providing surprising level of Power even in a Scottish Winter. We are delighted with our installation and would recommend Eco Energy to everyone.

Poor work, damaged tiles and no reply to e mails.

I had solar panels fitted by this Company in October 2025. The salesman came to see and surveyed the roof with a drone and he commented on how the roof was in a good condition. After numerous delays and issues the work was done. About a week later I noticed the bird proofing had large gaps in it which rendered it useless and made the company aware. It is now the end of January 2026 and I’ve heard nothing back! Worse was to come. A week ago I noticed a broken ridge tile on the roof. My builder went up and found that two ridge tiles had been damaged along with a number of tiles. He had been up previous to the panels being fitted and noted no issues. These tiles appear to have been damaged during the fitting process and I was not informed, and since that date water has been coming into the property when it rained. I have sent numerous e mails to the company, all of which have been ignored I will now have to seek legal action against the company to cover the cost of damage. The company have finally replied and are stating that the damage was caused by weather, even though no other property in the street were affected. My builder went up to replace the tiles and found that someone had carried out a poor attempt to repair them……not sure this is something Mother Nature does? Then the people in the office we're very helpful and always came back to me quickly with the information I asked for. And last but not less the Roof and election installation gangs we're clean and quick 👌

Provided the company the suitable hours of contact for receiving a phone call as evenings and weekends. However, contrary to this, they proceed to contact me during working hours. Needless to say, it has put me off using this company if in the first instance they're not prepared to listen. It doesn't bode well.

Great experience with solar panel install

Roofers came first to install the solar panels, did a quick and clean job and I didn't need to be there for the install. Electricians came a few days later to hook them up on the inside and they were very friendly, informative and also clean.

Great experience. Ordered them and a few weeks later the solar panels were delivered and fitted took two days. The fitters were very quick very helpful and most of all pleasant. The office staff were delightful and again very helpful and kind and kept me informed at all stages of the fitting. A1 service.

We had solar panels installed by Eco energy in Dec 2025 and they were brilliant from start to finish. Our consultation was with David and he could not have been more helpful, he answered every question we had and more. He was not pushy and left it up to us to decide whether to proceed or not. Once we decided to go ahead he explained the expected timelines and installation process and he was spot on. Eco energy themselves kept in regular contact with us in regards to installation dates, paperwork status and how to proceed with informing our energy provider of the installation. The installation team were brilliant, the gents were polite, friendly and were done in a few hours. They tidied up after themselves and made sure we were aware of how to use the app including requesting support if we noted any issues with the panels We've had the panels for just over a month and they've been good so far. Would highly recommend Eco Energy as a solar panel supplier and installer

Had a cold call from a angry call handler today who began shouting at me when I politely requested to stop calling my (NHS) work phone . Had already made the same request on multiple calls from same company. Unprofessional, rude and ignorant. would get 0 stars if it was possible

Rang me several times in one morning. I don’t live in Scotland or anywhere near it, kept calling me holly Mitchell? Vile attitudes on both people I spoke to. One of them screamed down the phone “HELP ME” and then ended the phone call? Have no idea how they’ve got my number but since I’ve opened my eyes this morning I’ve been nothing but harassed by this company.

Unsolicited call, no idea how they got my number as my number has been registered on a do not call database.

Avoid company . This company came and looked at my roof , agreed a price , there were a few issues with neighbours but all this was explained and agreed it wouldn't be a problem. Company said job would be complete within a month. Surveyor came a week late , all good. Company took a large deposit and a month passed with no correspondence so I called and called eventually got someone to be told jobs had ran on it would be another month . Again nothing , had to call and call and was told constantly someone would get back to me . Months of hassle . Eventually spoke to someone and was told that the job would need looked at again so someone came and added 2 Grand to the price and they would do it for an extra 1600. By this time I had lost confidence that they were a decent company so asked for a refund , again someone would call me back . Chased them for another 2 weeks phoning every day but no one called back . Eventually got them and it was refunded but asked to speak to a manager and again they would call me back , I'm still waiting . All in over 4 months wasted of my time and stress . So avoid this company if you can .

Really happy with my solar installation & price. My parents are getting installed also next week.

After sales service is just non existant... been trying to contact Marc and the company for weeks to get advice and additional batteries as it appears the batteries supplied to us are obsolete. Installation was done March 2025 and happy with the solar panels and installation work, but just not the battery situation. Will the fact our batteries are no longer manufactured affect our guarantee?

If I could give zero stars I would. I booked an appointment by phone with this company, they confirmed it by email and insisted that both myself and my partner were present as we both own the property. We rescheduled our work diaries to accommodate this and no one turned up! I emailed them to ask if they were still coming and got a call from a chap who said he had rung my number yesterday and I hadn't called back so he didn't come! He actually said "why did you not return a missed call"? Who rings a random missed call number when no message has been left? I asked him if he was joking and what sort of business plan was this? He said "goodbye, have a nice day" and hung up on me. Absolute joke of a company, complete time wasters, do not use!

Don't bother! Made appointments for a survey twice. Didn't show or call me. Bloody shower!

Do not give these people your information. They’re relentless. Call every day, interrupting my meetings, etc. then send texts and automated emails. I have blocked several numbers, told them to stop calling and they keep coming. Today I told them to stop calling again and he literally said “if you’d answered the first few calls it wouldn’t have been this bad.” Yikes. I told them on the first call to email me info instead. They never did. Exhausting.

Have been spam calling me for SEVEN MONTHS, at first I answered the calls and politely told them I have not registered any interest in solar panels and they assured me my number would be removed from their calling list. They continued to call, so I started blocking the numbers but they just keep calling from different numbers. Huge red flag, even if I became interested in solar panels I would not use this company as they harass people

Been 8 working days trying to get the deposit back and not only the agent is ignoring calls and messages but when speaking to the company's accounts team, the staff are arrogant when trying to speak to them, not wanting to listen and in a hurry to shut the phone
