No hesitation in giving Dan and team 5 stars, I highly recommend. I went with Dan based on a neighbour's experience and, from our initial meeting onwards, it was obvious I was getting someone who was honest and knew what he was talking about. The system I chose is working brilliantly even in winter. The install itself has the neatness and attention to detail I expect (but rarely get) and Dan talked me through the whole thing. Follow up advice and questions have been dealt with very quickly.

Awesome work from Dan and the team. I had 32 Aiko Panels installed across three roofs, with a Sigenergy battery, gateway and car charger. It’s been amazing to finally use solar and cheaper overnight tariffs but waiting for spring summer to hopefully be 100% on self consumption. 
The install has been great and have done a great job with making everything look aesthetically pleasing, especially when it comes to the wiring.. Sach and Joe the roofers were absolute legends, don’t know how they do it working at those heights! Jack was brilliant lined up that gateway perfectly… Don’t hesitate to go with Dan, you won’t be disappointed.

I had a fantastic experience all the way through. Dan was very helpful in explaining all the options up front, and worked with me to figure out the best balance of cost vs quality when selecting components. I ended up going with the Fox kit because of the value-for-money. Dan and the team were amazing on the installation day, taking care and working efficiently, and accommodating my requests (like putting in a larger sub board for future expansion). They did a very neat wiring job everywhere, even in the loft where no one can see it. And after install, Dan came back a couple of times to sort out a teething issue with how the kit was interacting with my existing EV charger, which I hugely appreciate. Everything is working beautifully and I can't recommend Capital Solar enough.

Faultless, stress free and professional installation. I have been impressed with every part of the process. Dan responded very quickly to my initial request for a quote. We discussed my options and he gave me his opinions. Quotes were amended as I reviewed and modified my setup. Once we settled on a configuration, Dan gave me an install date which he kept to. The team turned up promptly on the morning of installation and despite a couple of challenges made an excellent job of fitting all of the equipment. Once the work was complete everything was left clean and tidy. Dan commissioned the system and patiently explained the operation to me. I would class myself as a demanding customer and could not recommend Capital Solar more highly.

Dan and his team installed 17 panels across 3 roofs with a Sigenergy system. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. All the work was completed tidily and the team worked until the sun was down to get everything done in one day, having allowed for two! Would absolutely recommend to anyone considering a solar install.

Overall good experience, Dan was happy to amend the quotations a number of times as i changed my mind and came across compatibility issues with inverter i initially chose and solar panels suggested. Scaffolding went up a few days prior to install, that was all good, and it was left up for a week or so afterwards in case of any issues. Install day came, and the team were onsite around 7:30 and straight onto it - delivery of all the kit from their supplier was fairly early, which was very good. Installation is fairly neat, and its been working faultlessly for almost 2 months now. All paperwork (napit, building control, MCS, G99) all came through really quickly, and i was being paid for export within 2 weeks. I have recommended Capital Solar to a number of my friends, neighbour and family - and two of them i know are having solar installs by Dan and his team - I should be on commission

Dan and the team provided such a great and friendly service with the quotation, scaffolding workload, 24x panel installation (12x front and.12 on the rear). Between quote and install the work took 2 weeks and I wish I had done this ages ago. The workmanship was first class and if there is anyone else that wants a solar installation book Capital Solar would recommend them totally.

Dan provided a great service and lots of good advice on your solar panel installation. The Friday before the scaffolders arrived and quickly set up in our neighbour's garden. 8am the following Monday Dan and his crew turned up and set about installing the panels on our South and West facing roof spaces. We hoped for the maximum number of panels so Dan bought a couple extra which weren't needed so were returned at no cost to us. We were kept informed of any issues and by 5pm the job was complete; 15 panels, 7Kw inverter, 10Kw battery and a Zappi car charger. Apps installed and Dan talked us through the system. Next day we received the handover documents and within two days the G99 document so we could change tariff with Octopus. The process has been very straight forward and Dan has responded to questions very clearly and quickly. Once Octopus do their final checks we should get paid for our energy exports. Highly recommend Dan and Capital Solar. Nice to deal with a local small company than the large corporations who wanted to quote everything from a Google Maps photo of the house. 5 stars !!

Dan Reed's attentiveness to our project's design and his overall solar experience has proved to be excellent. Capital Solar installed our solar energy system of 28 x 460 AIKO panels and a Powerwall 3 system across three roofs. We are very pleased with the professional work Dan Reed (owner), Sasha (roofer) and Jack (electrician) undertook and completed in just two days. It is so neat and looks amazing. The Capital Solar team are nice guys, all easy to chat with and they went the extra mile to make sure everything was installed to our liking - they even noticed and then repaired a couple of broken tiles. I would highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Dan, an exceptional electrician, to handle some tricky wiring issues at my home, and I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with his work. From start to finish, Dan was a total pro—his out-of-the-box thinking saved me from what could’ve been a much bigger headache. He came up with creative solutions I hadn’t even considered, and they worked like a charm. What really stood out to me was how tidy he kept everything. I’ve had tradespeople in before who left a mess behind, but Dan? Not a chance. He cleaned up after himself like he was a guest in my home, and I really appreciated that. Dan & his team responded quickly when my Solar iBoost (installed by another legacy provider around 10 years ago) failed. He resolved my issue even though it was a relatively minor maintenance job and had me up and running again in no time. Great communication throughout. Many thanks - will contact again when needed and recommend to others.

Efficient, friendly and responsive. Dan was able to fit us in for some lighting electrical work at short notice and did a great job - chatting through the options, working quickly and considerately and ultimately fixing the problem. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them

Dan could not have been more helpful in advising on the work needed and was very responsive in communications. He fitted us in earlier than the scheduled date which was very much appreciated and we are really pleased he’s sorted out our issue with the solar inverter. Would not hesitate to recommend Capital to anyone needing solar help.

Great experience. Dan is extremely knowledgeable, punctual and skilled. He patiently explained the solar system and all the processes and documentation to novices. It was all done in 2.5 days and already we see the impact. All his colleagues were also cheerful and worked exceptionally hard in hot weather on the roof. We have had some electrical work done by Dan, related to our solar panel array, battery storage and hot water heating. It was a pleasure to have Dan doing the work.
