Sold me faulty led GU10 bulbs, although was given a cheap price for them at no point was there any mention the bulbs were faulty. Bought a whole large box which is now worthless. They only last a few months if that.

I am most impressed with these BriTek GU10 LED lights. I bought the set of 20 at least ten years if not more like nearly 20 years. I have most of the lights still working great all this time. I can recommend the BriTrek LED lights.

I bought about 20 GU10 led lights. The make of the lights is BriTek. I bought these so long ago when the led lights first came on to the market. well over 10 years ago more like best part of 20 years ago. I am so impressed with these led lights as most of them are still working. Awesome bright colour output. I can recommend these lights to anybody.

Fantastic Service! Had all our office lights changed over to LEDs around 8 years ago, they still look great! Just recently had to change the bulb in the gents loo! Cant begin to think of the amount of times it's been switched on and off, incredible value and quality!

Great service and goods delivered on time. Mo was always available to answer queries even after hours to get the led lights that I needed urgently.

Bri-Tek have been instrumental to our business. They provide a great range of modern LED lighting that's very reasonably priced which has helped us when compiling our LED lighting savings proposals to clients. Our business relationship goes both ways and I'd like to ensure any readers that the support we have received from Bri-Tek has been superb. Even when issues have arisen they've been quick to step up and completely sort everything out for us - things like this provide a great confidence boost to our clients. I envisage working with Bri-Tek for a long time. I've attached some photos of our projects using Bri-tek's lighting of which the client was over the moon with.

Excellent kit but factoring of invoices not good …

Excellent kit but factoring of invoices was chaotic and we received threatening letters despite having told them we had paid. There was no notification that paying their invoice to the factoring company was required. Need sorting with clearer advice to customers
