Just had my first EV charger installed, from start to finish I-Protech have been fantastic, well organised and really helpful. Stuart the installer arrived when he was ment too, we had a quick chat about what was happening, and he just cracked on and get everything sorted. All in all a great service and really happy with the product 👍.

An Ecoflow modular "balcony" system. Work scope involved wire run, main isolator switch and Shelly smart monitor hook up to my consumer unit to satisfy UK electrical regulation. Great communication with company throughout with emails and phones quickly returned. Hook-up had some hardware issues.....identified and rectified in quick time. Would recommend for any Ecoflow works and appeared knowledgeable and helpful throughout the install.

This was a particularly difficult job to install the Tesla charger as our house is very old built in 1850. There is not much space under our floor and it is further obstructed by support struts. Our fuse box is also centrally located so not easy to run the cable to the external wall. Our external wall is made of very thick granite. Despite all these challenges, the i-Protech technician (Nathan) did an amazing job, taking no shortcuts and we were left with a professional, clean installation. The job took longer than expected and i-Protech rearranged Nathan’s other appointments to ensure our job was completed without delay. We are very happy with this company and would highly recommend them.

My generation metre was faulty so got these guys to come and replace it, labour was charged at £96 for the 15 minute job, the electrician lived locally and didn’t have far to travel to get to me and his next job was also 3 miles away so felt the minimum hours labour charge was excessive. I then asked for a quote for a battery system to go along side my solar panels and a member of the sales team arranged to come out and see me then he phoned to change the date then phoned again to revert back which I thought a little unprofessional. He gave me a lot of information and I had a lot of questions, he went away and I had time to think about it and decided to get him to come back as I wanted to go ahead but had more questions, when he came, I ended up even more confused than before. My brother had a system fitted from the same company and told me to contact a different guy in the sales team and when I explained the situation he said he would deal with it and get back to me after the weekend. Unfortunately for I-Protech, they never got back in touch so I ended up going with a different company and got the same system over £1000 less than they quoted, they were also going to dig a track from my house out to the garage which wasn’t required, they were going to do a G99 form and charge me £399 which wasn’t required and on top of that they were going to leave my old inverter in place to work along side the new inverter and told me when the old inverter eventually packs in that would also need to be replaced at a cost of over £1000. I was left completely confused by them and ended up getting what I was expecting but from a different company.

The iProtech Team designed and installed a renewable energy system for our Village Hall, including fitting 40 PV panels on the roof and 3 batteries. From the initial inquiry they were friendly and approachable and we were impressed by the quality of their work. We are happy to recommend iProtech.

We recently used iprotech for installing new wired smoke alarms, a new heat sensor and carbon monoxide detector. They did a fantastic job! Very efficient and pleasant to chat to. The new smoke alarms look fantastic too. Very happy with the result and I feel safe knowing our flat is kitted out in case of a fire!

I was doing some renovations at a client's house when I noticed in the wall there were loads of wires dangerously connected and were all exposed. We called them and the same day with in a few hours someone was there to fix the problem. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

We used iProtech to conduct work in our retail premises, they supplied fire extinguishers and training, in addition to this they ensured that our signage was compliant. The main reason for the 5 star review was how quickly the i-Protech team were able to install 3 x CCTV, secure door entry, new alarm system and security lighting, with top quality workmanship.
