Very Insightful

Quality service

After a boiler failure YES energy solutions were very quick off the mark with a sympathetic response. They had a good appropriate boiler installed within just over a week. We were delighted with the project management and the quality of the engineer who did the fitting. He even dealt with one or two minor issues to do with radiators. Delighted to recommend them. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Facing a broken boiler and a freezing house YES moved into gear and got a tremendous engineer to fit a new one in just over a week. Superb communications and service. Thanks Emerson

Definitely more than five stars ... ... ...

I wish there were more than five stars for the service I have recently received. I was so lucky Justin picked up the telephone and he patiently listened to all I had been through and immediately sprung into action in an effort to help with my situation. He was so very kind, polite, professional, positive and just so very nice. I instantly felt better. Within days he had made my dire situation a complete turn around. His emails were full of information and help (I am truly completely useless with technology - he was so patient) and he kept me informed all the way. A truly excellent service, he really is as asset to YES Energy Solutions. Thank you Justin. May I give a mention also, to the two Emma's I spoke to, as they were lovely too. What a lovely team!

You don’t even deserve a 1 star rating. This service is absolutely appalling. I am disgusted with the way that this company has ruined my Nan’s house. When they “leave everything as they found it”. My advice is not to hire a bunch of cowboys to do a job that is expected to be done professionally and to a certain standard. Where do I even start with the mess you have left with my Nan? Shall we start with the plasterers talking rudely about my Nan in her own home? With her in the room right beside where they were working thinking we can’t hear them. Arguing with my neighbours. Mocking the Welsh accent and shouting and swearing at my polite neighbours because they parked the company van on their drive because they were politely asked to move. The lack of respect for the property was disgusting. Marks and glue stuck to the brand new sofas. Stains on my carpet. Marks over every wall of the house. Even rooms they weren’t even working in. My glass bedside table has a massive chip in it. I have 2 Ariel sockets that have been taken out and not covered back up resulting in my walls having 2 big holes in them because they can’t even finish off a job. My sockets don’t match what the house originally has. Plasterers have messed up the job and covered up the main bedrooms lovely wooden windowsill and replace with plywood. A ginger bloke from the valleys that came to do the outside insulation was rude and disrespectful, going through and helping himself to my grandads work tools. He then began to talk about my Nan calling her every name under the sun which is recorded on CCTV, he later found the camera and knew he’d messed up so decided to stand around with his hands down his pants then rubs those same hands all over his face. My nan comes back to her home after a few nights away to find rubbish all over the garden and drive, even in her own home. Plastic lids, drink bottles, cardboard, paper, strong bow cans all over my garden and drive. I had open packets of donuts, crisps, pasta pots all over my kitchen worktops and table. The carpet had to be pulled up in some rooms to change the pipes, pointless then even putting the carpet back. It’s like they’ve just placed it down and not bothered to fit it properly. I can still pull the carpet up from any edge because it’s not done properly. The electrician, people doing the solar panels and the guy doing the boiler, Josh. Were all lovely, they were polite, respected my home and apologised for the mess. This company needs to rethink which companies they hire to do the job because the plasterers are the most rude, disrespectful people I have every met. A bloke with one eye and 2 young cowboys have disrespected my nan and her home. Absolutely disgusting I wouldn’t recommend using this company free of charge or not

I was supposed to get an in depth assessment but the appointment time never had a call so I don't know what happened I sat here waiting on the 26th March for it which was. Supposed to be between 12pm and 1pm

Very helpful and informative telephone conversation. I came away with three companies to contact to see if I was eligible for assistance and an assurance that if I had further queries regarding the telephone call I should call again for help. I was also told (firmly) that if in the future I was struggling to pay my fuel bills I should (again firmly!) contact them for help. I was very impressed and very pleased that I agreed to SSEN referring my phone number to YES energy solutions.

Prompt service, thorough discussion and lots of clear information, but all basic, generic stuff, despite all the questions. So if you're new to energy saving, great, but if you already know the basics and are looking for tailored advice, you won't find this helpful. While SSEN said it was government-funded, this company said they were funded by SSEN, which obviously affects their motivation and personal data collecting.

A very helpful energy solution provider . They gave me brilliant energy smart saving tips, to help me manage my energy use. I also received a free home help pack with some handy gadgets that help keep the home warm. Customer service agents are mega helpful, as i had an in.depth asesment and they helped me loads . I 100% recommend this service to anybody who needs that little help keeping up with bills and staying warmer especially with winter approaching🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thank you cadent yes energy solutions. YES Energy Solutions never return calls or emails. When they did a site survey on my bungalow, they never told me they had not included solar panels in the air source heat pump survey. After much research, I found out that an air source heat pump would be more expensive than my electric under floor heating. The Heat Loss Report I finally obtained from another source had various errors and it stated that I was responsible for checking everything was accurate. Buyer be aware as heat pumps may be more expensive to run. But if they don’t supply the report, how do you know if it’s accurate??? Update: I had a reply from Adam via Google, with regards to my review and I rang the number he gave me. The lady I spoke to could not find me on their system. She also said I had selected the wrong option, but she would email the right department and get them to ring me. Well, guess what, I have had a phone call from YES today, saying someone will be in contact within 2/3 weeks to see what can be done about fitting solar panels. Watch this space. 🤷‍♂️

I would like to say a very big THANK YOU to Philip who came to knock our door to introduce us to this scheme about new boiler and under floor insulation. He is extremely helpful and very polite. I would also like to mention Amy and Ian who answer my telephone calls every time I call. They are brilliant people. Please keep up the good work. You are amazing people and doing an amazing job.
