Fully recommend Kuki and James from Synergy Power

Good experience with a Mitsubishi Ecodan airsource heatpump from Synergy Power. Kuki was professional and provided a good price. This was important for me as I was paying everything my self and some companies does seem to have quite en inflated price due to the government scheme. I am from Denmark where heatpumps are very common and it was clear that James knew what he was talking about when he came out to do the survey. No silly sales talk, just facts so knew I was likely to be in good hands then. And I was not wrong, the install by James and the electrician was done very nicely with tidy pipework and minimal mess. James was great at considering the options for cylinder placement as well. This is our second Ecodan airsource heatpump and it has been running since December. My only regret is that it was not installed with antifreeze as our other heatpump is. I now worry about the outdoor unit freezing if we have a longer power cut so I will need to speak to James and Kuki. James did explain that it is ever so slightly more efficient with water rather than the glycol option. I do also find it anoying that the pump is running for most of the winter also even when there is no call for heating, just to prevent the outside unit freezing. I would definately not hesitate to use Synergy power again.

This is the company to use if you want an excellent service. We have a Givenergy solar system which generally works perfectly. The problem is successfully be able to make contact with them when required. Because Synergy added a 2nd battery to our system, it meant that we could call on them for help. Lizzie and her team have been extremely helpful & supportive throughout our problems, culminating in a visit from Matt who was successful in correcting the issue. We can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you to an excellent team.

Synergy provides an outstanding service

How refreshing to deal with a company that actually gives an outstanding service to its customers. Another novelty you actually speak to human-beings rather than a robot. We had problems with our Givenergy installation and after 2 months of trying to get technical support from Givenergy the problem was solved by Synergy. The staff at Synergy had also tried in vain for 2 months to get help for us from Givenergy and will now try to get Givenergy to pay our bill due to the total lack of help from Givenergy. I advise anyone to use Synergy and take their advice which products to use to ensure you can get the help you need if a system fails. A great pity other companies do not provide the excellent service that Synergy and its employees give.

We recently had four solar panels fitted to our home and Synergy Power Ltd provided an excellent service from start to finish and were very accommodating of our specific project requirements. Every member of staff we came in contact with provided a friendly and very professional response. If you’re considering solar technology I would highly recommend them, five stars for service.

Used this company for solar and battery installation, they also replaced my ageing consumer unit. Absolutely great experience with this business from beginning to end. My experience was looked after by Roger in the office who may I add was one of the main reasons I decided to use this company. There were a few issues as the instal progressed but these were dealt with promptly and effectively. Every member of staff i interacted with were knowledgeable and professional and to put icing on the cake were actually really nice friendly fellas. If you want a company to trust with your installation look no further, not the cheapest but thats the whole reason they can offer a great service. Fabulous experience from a well…

Fabulous experience from a well established company. Great service from start to finish, we had a couple of problems that were dealt with quickly. Roger in the office kept in touch almost daily and chased all the relevant certificates etc for us. If you want a company that knows the business and will deliver exactly what they say they will look no further. Don't trust the cheap company's they are cheap for a reason. Help when needed

Increasingly Solar Energy companies disappear soon after completion of installations. This was my experience and an obvious concern was getting another company to help with issues going forward. I have SolarEdge equipment and they recommended Synergy, who have upgraded my equipment and offer a presence and communication response I can rely on.

Very impressed with this company and especially David Pogue. He came out the day we called and his service, expertise and knowledge of my Generac generator was way beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent Service

Had 14 panels, a 10kW battery and hot water heating controller installed. Kuki and David are absolutely amazing and look after you throughout the process. Particular attention is paid for quality. They walk through every stage. Synergy Power Ltd are good at what they do. Highly rated.

No quibble replacement after storm damage

High winds had removed and damaged the anti-bird skirt around pv panels. Although first promise of response was not followed through, after I contacted David Todd he organised for the full skirt to be replaced without charge. The work has just been done promptly and quickly.

Following a recommendation from my son I contacted Synergy Power and arranged a meeting with Kukie. He talked me through the options and I ageed on a 16 panel array built into the roof with SolarEdge inverter, battery and hot water conteroller. During the installation the entire roof was re-tiled and the panels set into the tiling. From signing the contract to receiving the SEG DNO was 12 weeks. The installation teams were very skilled and quickly overcame any problems that occurred. To date I am thoroughly satisfied with the performance of the system and the roof appearance highly satisfactory.

12 weeks from start to finish

From signing the contract for the installation of a 16 panel array and SolarEdge inverter, battery and hot water controller to receiving DNO appproval was 12 weeks. The roofing team and electricians were skilled and quickly resolved any issues that cropped up while re-tiling the roof and installing the PV system. To date i am very pleased with the system performance and appearance of the of the roof. I would certainly recommend Synergy Power.

Home installation

Synergy recently installed a Tesla Battery and ancillary PV panels to our home. The whole installation process from placing our order through to having the system up and running went smoothly with the Synergy team both professional and tidy when at our property. Any issues were minor and quickly resolved. I have no concerns about recommending them to others interested in an integrated renewal energy system.

I have used Synergy Power three times now. Initially to install PV Solar Panels, then to install a Zappi car charger and now to install some large batteries. Very good service as ever - a very professional company!

Amazing

From start to finish, the scope of information given to myself and my husband was amazing. Initially my husband liased with David who talked him through the process of installing solar panels in detail. As my husband was very anxious about the installation due to us just having a new roof, we asked plenty of questions and David was only too happy to answer them until we fully understood what was required for the install from start to finish. The roofers who came out to do the install arrived on time and again talked us through what they would be doing. They finished promptly and even showed us pictures of what the panels looked like once installed to our roof. We were so happy with the install that we decided to get some more panels fitted to the front of the roof. The electrician (scott) was also very helpful and he set up the inverter so that the panels could start doing their job. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to get solar panels to go with Synergy power. I've never left a review before but honestly believe that this company is worth leaving a review for. All certificates were sent through by David and we had no trouble throughout the whole process.

Synergy have supplied and installed solar panels and battery set ups on numerous projects. Kuki and his team have always provided competitive quotes and then followed through with hassle free fitting and commissioning. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to new customers.

My experience of Synergy Power has been excellent. From my first enquiry through to asking them about additional panels on different roof orientations we ended up with a 27 panel system (11 South , 10 North , 3 East and 3 West) all feeding into a 10KW SolarEdge inverter (with independent optimisers on each panel). This connects into a dual Tesla PowerWall 2 system which can store enough solar production to power the house for a couple of days if there was a power cut. During my quotation process the rules on VAT on my invoices changed and Kuki was able to keep everything up to date which the other people who also quoted for the work did not do. I have already recommended Synergy to a number of my friends - two of which have gone on to order systems through them. So overall a great friendly team who have performed a great installation for me. 1 YEAR UPDATE ********************************************** My system has performed better than expected (8.7MWh actual vs 7.4MWh predicted). For those people wondering if North facing panels are worth it - here are my 1 year comparisons. North facing have produced 53% of my South Facing. East facing have produced 68% of my South Facing. West facing have produced 75% of my South Facing. I have just asked Synergy to add a further 12x435W panels into my existing system (6 East 6 West) on to my garage to feed into the existing inverter (called Overprovisioning) to help maximise my exports during peak export price times. So far my most productive day has produced 63kWh which is great - and the new panels will help me with "Grey Day" power when it doesn't care which way the panels are pointing.

Very satisfied with the 10 panels, 10kw battery and car charger fitted by synergy power. Well fitted and works seamlessly with the myenergi app. Sound advice from knowledgeable owner.

Couldn't be happier with the service/installation from the team at Synergy Power. Despite doing a fair bit of upfront research we had a lot of questions which Kuki, Rosie and John went through with us in great detail, to ensure we got the best solution for us. They processed the application that we needed for install and did what they could so we could be up and running before our existing contract changed. The teams that they used for the installation (scaffolders/roofers and electricians) were all courteous and did a superb job to ensure a smooth and prompt installation. Took me a while to find a decent installer - it's not just the quote that matters, everyone's offering solar but only a few have been around long enough. Do your research, you won't be disappointed. After contacting and receiving quotes from a number of companies. I got in touch with Kuki Dattani @ synergy. He gave a very competitive quote and came round and did a physical site survey. I decided to go with Synergy as they were the most professional and I liked the fact that they use all their own installers and don’t use any 3rd party contractors. I had 6 kw system with a Solaredge Inverter + Jinko panels + Tesla Powerwall 2. When the install came around, scaffolding went up with no hastle . The day of the install all went with a breeze and no complications. Everything about the installation was top drawer. If you want a professional install that is top quality then look no further than Synergy. Very highly recommended.

We contracted Synergy Power to instal solar panels on the roof of our church. They were extremely helpful from start to finish, offering a competitive quote and supporting us through the various approvals processes (Diocese, grid, structural assessment of roof). During installation they had to cope with bad weather which delayed roof painting and fitting of the panels, but they were adaptable and worked hard to complete the project to everyone's satisfaction. I have recommended them to others already.

After a good quote from Synergy, I ordered a 8.2kW battery to go with my solar panels. Kuki at Synergy was good at providing any information I requested, and he was very pleasant. Unfortunately, due to the supply problems existing in the world, installation took a while, but the battery is now installed, where I requested it, and the work was carried out neatly and efficiently. All packaging and rubbish was removed. Would recommend.

Synergy quoted for a Givenergy Hybrid system with 8.2 kwh battery and 3,6 kwp PV system. There quote was comparable in terms of cost with a similar quote from another company with good Google reviews, but I felt there solution was technically better. There was some delay in getting the system installed, due to the global supply-chain problems the world is experiencing, and also the current demand for PV systems. The system was eventually installed and I have to say I am very happy with the solution, both in terms of it being sized appropriately for my needs, and it's ease of use. The actual installation was performed professionally, without leaving any mess, and is quite unobtusive on my flat roof, which was a concern originally. Overall I am quite happy to deal with Synergy again, or recommend to anyone.

Synergy did a fantastic job on my inset solar panels while my roof was being replaced. The look is very sleek and I am very happy with the way it looks. Much more integrated than the usual on roof systems. The team are very quick and the exceptionally high service levels meant that the whole experience was very easy and stress free. I can see why they only use quality materials and equipment and it shows with the consistent performance of my panels and the technology for monitoring the panels. Synergy are highly recommended to anyone looking for renewables tech and want an easy to deal with, experienced and professional team.

Very pleased with the service provided by Synergy. I particularly liked the fact that Kuki came round to the house to do a proper onsite survey rather than doing everything through Google Earth. Our system is quite complicated with arrays on three different roofs so benefitted from a proper planning and design process. The PV installers and electrician were good and left no mess.
