I had 15 Solar panels fitted by Solar Partner In 2014 and have had no problems with them at all. I get about £850 from Feed in Tarif and save on the electricity bill as well. I am in the process of selling my home and needed a bit of supporting technical information which is not normally part of the service pack. I called Tony and even though he said it might take him a couple of days he provided the information I needed in double quick time. Really truly personal service that was above and beyond. Thank you Tony.

I had an old set of solar panels that were tripping my electrics. I contacted Tony to see if he could help. He came and had a look and pointed out that one was broken and said he could bypass that one to find out whether that was causing the problem, and if not the inverter might need replacing. I asked him to go ahead with that and cleaning and bird proofing the panels. This was all done, and Tony was able to replace the broken panel with a second-hand panel that is nearly indistinguishable from the originals. Unfortunately the electrics were still tripping so Tony checked this by replacing our inverter with one of his own. This worked so he then ordered and installed a new inverter. I am very happy with all the work done. Everything is functioning correctly. The panels are working better after having been cleaned, and I don't have pigeons banging on my roof in the mornings. Tony was polite and friendly. He was great at keeping me informed of what was happening and explaining the problems, and what my options were. The work was done quickly and everything was left tidy. The cost was very reasonable and I was only charged the original amounts quoted for the two jobs, even though there was more work and investigation carried out than originally expected. I would definitely request Tony's services again if needed.

Solar Partner installed our ground mounted array 14 years ago! Three double height rows of panels with two Fronius inverters which are reliable and continue to outperform expectations. The ground mounted panels have survived mega storms & winds! 18 months ago we added a battery and again Solar Partner did a great job. Solar Partner has done an excellent job fitting solar panels and a battery, along with all the control equipment, to my house. The work was done to time and budget. Tony has been very helpful with follow up queries, and especially helping me to register with my electricity supplier's SEG scheme.

This is a catch up review, for back in March 2023 we had our failed Inverter replaced with a Modern Much Small unit by Tony from Solar Partner. We gave then a 5 Star Review for that install as to work carried out was excellent at every stage. This review was requested as Solar Partner asked how is their Install doing! Well all I can say it is 5 Stars again, because the Inverter has never skipped a beat, It has been working without fault and producing more power than before through our original 16 x 240w Canadian made panels. British Gas phoned me to query my system as it suddenly went from a % reading of 90.7% to 97.8%. They asked if I had any other work to the system since my Inverter swap, I told them no, the only thing I had done was having the panels cleaned and treated with a dry on anti fungal & Moss treatment that once dried lasts for 2 years. British Gas was happy with that as was I. So Solar Partners Inverter is working better than we expected, hence this follow up review. At 71 years young and our system is staring it's 13th year I am hoping if I live long enough when our Feed in Tarif ends we might consider converting to a battery system fingers crossed. So if you are considering going down the Solar Road then we would say contact Solar Partner's the quality of their advise and work in every way is amazing. Regards RB

Tony at Solar Partner was very thorough at every stage of the process, from the initial discussion and installation to signing the job off. We maximised the available roof space to install a 6 kw system, for the price of a 4 kw quote elsewhere. The panels were installed as part of the roof rather than fitting on top.

We have known Solar Partners for over 13 years, when they installed our first system. Tony looked at what would best suit our property, instead of selling us the concept of 'one systems suits all'. Their technical knowledge and customer service has always been first class and we have found buying a solar energy system from a small company has many benefits. On the rare occasion we have had an issue, we have received excellent customer service, and a quick solution found. Solar partner completed a very complex job for us, which involved taking down our existing solar panels prior to our loft conversion project, then returning on completion of the conversion and re-installing the system. This was a rather awkward job which involved various complications. Half of the panels (8) had to be mounted on a frame designed and constructed by Solar Partner which is on a flat dormer roof. The other panels have had to be arranged around new velux windows on the existing pitched roof. Also, the inverter, which was previously situated in our loft, had to be moved and re-installed - now under a canopy on the external wall. All the work has been carried out faultlessly, and we are delighted with the result. The team were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable and they worked admirably to complete this complicated project!

Tony and his team fitted an EPS switch to my solar system. He also recommissioned my system, as the original installer is now in liquidation. From start to finish, Tony was helpful, informative and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend he and his team highly enough.

15 years ago, Solar Partner provided us with successful solar panel array. Recently they installed an amazing high tech house battery system which has substantially reduced our energy cost and carbon foot print. The are friendly, knowledgable and efficient, great people to deal with.
