Emailed on multiple occasions about the government backed “100% FREE Energy Efficient Measures for your home” since August. Heard nothing back

I would definitely recommend JM Eco. They installed a boiler and roof insulation for my elderly parents. From the outset, all work was carried out efficiently with the whole team working tirelessly to complete the work quickly but thoroughly, respecting the needs of my parents. Customer service was exceptional with regular updates and communication throughout, from the initial survey to completion. Many thanks to everyone involved.

Brilliant company, from the initial survey by Aaron, through to the work being carried out. All the guys were very friendly and professional. From the loft insulation team to the new boiler installation by Seret, I couldn't be happier. House was left very clean and tidy. Excellent company. Absolutely fabulous company from the first surveyor(Bob) to the boiler installation and removal of old back boiler, loft insulation, all windows vented and fans fitted. All workmen excellent and friendly + the cleanest workforce I have seen, not one speck of dust remaining. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We've just had loft insulation and a new boiler installed by JM Eco Installers. Right from the surveys through to the end of the installation these guys (and lady) have been absolutely brilliant. New boiler fitted and problem after problem manager dosent ring back to sort problem moved all loft insulation in loft broke a lot of my childhood toys loft man came so rude raising his voice talkin if I was stupid then problems with pressure a few time idel came and sorted the problem and I got told 3 leaking valves they replaced still waiting for call 2nd time now radiator has got a hole in it so no heating in bedroom I'm very poor health please read this if you have elderly parents

I had all my jobs done today...tricle vents. Fan in bathroom, thermostat on all radiators..loft installation...and amendments how to use my heating better and more efficient...all the guys did a REALLY GOOD JOB and cleaned up following these issues so thank you all GREAT JOB...ALSO THEYGUY THAT DID THE HEATING ISSUES he was so knowledgeable and informative..don't know his name but.please pass my thanks to him...I would certainly recommend this company with the highest regards ....so thank you again..Sheila keogh..30 tetuan road leicester

Had survey for boiler loft insulation etc told I qualified did hear for 6 months ,so I rang .told my home was E rated so they don't do them look on gov Web site I don't have a rating. Do they get paid for collecting your information.

Fantastic job no mess very professional loft insulation removed and renewed next day removed old boiler fited brand new boiler thermostats on all radiators neet pipework very impressed

Excellent customer service from JM Eco. Phoned them yesterday as I was experiencing a problem with my extractor fan flue that had been fitted the same time as the boiler. I was assured it would be sorted asap and they came and sorted it later in the day. Well done and thank you.

Avoid like the plague, this company were a nightmare from start to finish. Made a complete mess of my house, could not even get the correct size radiator for a room, I had to point out to them that the wrong size had been installed. They did come back and change this but stained all my carpet when removing the radiator. Numerous other issues, which they eventually did come back to sort out (after a fashion). Customer service appalling, would most definitely not recommend them to anyone.

Fantstic company. We had our boiler installed and 9 months later had a pressure issue. They sent their plumber straight away who was polite, courteous thoroughly checked the pipework and rectified the problem. Responded fast due to emergency of no water. Would recommend them to all my froends and family as a quality service.

Had. JM Eco installers to do my loft insulation, vents in the windows and extractor fan in the bathroom. Also they have installed a new boiler. I'm completely satisfied with their work. There installers were outstanding. Thanks
