Having used Helios previously for Solar panel and battery installation I contacted them again when I needed to replace an old EV charger. They provided advice on options and provided a competitive quote. There were issues with the charger that was supplied which took a long time to resolve with the manufacturer but Helios were fully supportive and went out of their way to assist in getting this resolved. I would highly recommend them as a company to deal with.

A great experience using Helios for an additional Tesla Battery. Laurence quickly surveyed and quoted a very competitive price. Installation soon followed with a great service from the Helios team who did a very neat job and then conducted a thorough test of the new unit. Looking forward to the benefits of such a brilliant system and when asked by friends and family for recommendations I had no hesitation in recommending Helios and I'm pleased to report that both have also opted to use them. I'm sure they won't be disappointed.

Great customer service and support post installation. I had a problem with the bird guard for the panels a year after installation. Helios fixed the problem without quibble and very speedily. It’s great to deal with a company that you can rely on.

Such a great firm from planning and design after home visit, to fitting and replacement of faulty inverter for PV panels and powerwall 2 battery. All working fine. Already saving money. Charming fitters, (special mention to Gav). The owner (Will) fell and damaged his back at his home requiring in-patient treatment but still kept in touch. His Son Laurence took the reins smoothly and coordinated scaffolding, fitting and replacement of the faulty inverter to suit my schedule. Great Job. Many thanks from a very satisfied customer.

Laurence and his team did a fantastic job installing my Sola Panels and Battery Storage system, which involved going to extra lengths to insure it was integrated successfully with a Heat Pump supplied by others. Nothing was too much trouble, a great bunch of guys

I have an existing solar and battery installation and needed an additional battery. I researched several companies and chose Helios based on price, location and knowledge. I found them to be very reliable, and they kept me informed every step of the way. I found them to be thorough in asking me what I needed and the best way to implement my needs and to deliver and install my products efficiently and to always clean up afterwards. This si the company the others should aim to emulate.

Laurence is a very pleasant and friendly electrician. He did a good job and left the area clean and tidy. Very happy with the work and will definitely call him when we need more work .

Very pleased with the work done to reinstall my solar panels following roofing work. The guys worked so hard in over 30 degree heat. Polite and cheerful throughout. Panels working well again. No hesitation in recommending to others.

A week or so ago, my solar panels stopped working properly and nothing was registering on my generation meter. I rang Helios and received very prompt attention with a visit from Will to investigate the problem, a swift and reasonable quote which I accepted and the work all completed within days. I was extremely impressed with the firm's speed and attention to detail and would highly recommend them. Current Covid rules on social distancing and mask wearing at this time were fully followed. Excellent work!

Helios repaired damaged garage power supply, upgrading the cabling to accept car charging - I hadn’t even considered this future proofing. The quote was fair, and matched the final invoice. The work was carried out quickly, was very tidy and obviously done with care/pride. Laurence and Will were friendly and knowledgable. I will use Helios again, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Helios installed a Zappi car charger for us and were excellent. They thought through the individual requirements with me and we have exactly what we want. Their follow-up when we had a small problem was fast and effective.

Helios installed sixteen panels on our new roof in October 2015. Throughout the process from design and quotation to installation, which involved liaising with the roofing contractor, Will and Laurence were very professional, accommodating, pleasant to deal with, and their communications were excellent. We have enjoyed, and continue to enjoy, the generation of electricity which reduces our electricity bills hugely, and we get pleasure from 'doing our bit' for the planet. It is also reassuring to know that if we have any queries, being local, Helios are easy to contact and they respond quickly.
