The team at Shires Energy Hub, from our first inquiry to installation were excellent, after a couple of site visits they put together a detailed and competitive quote for solar panels, battery storage and a car charger, providing estimates for payback, utilisation rates and talked us through what the installation process would entail. The installation was managed really well, causing minimal disturbance and was completed to a very high quality. The installed equipment is top quality. In addition they took the time to make sure we were set up, and knew how to use the brilliant app, to monitor performance and have really good customer support after install. Brilliant to have the reassurance of using a local firm, with a high street presence who are really knowledgeable and do a great job, can't recommend enough.

I always prefer to use local professionals where possible and contacted Keith and his team about specifying and installing a PV system last year. Their quote was competitive and as they had all the industry accreditations I was happy to ask them to install the system. From the initial contact through the installation and commissioning I was delighted with their work. They made sure the system was functioning correctly and communicating with the SolisCloud app so that I could view the panel performance. 18 months later I am just as delighted with the benefits I am getting from the installation and would highly recommend Shires Energy Hub to others.

I used Keith Bentley to install a Ground Source Heat Pump at my property. The system failed almost immediately. Keith tried fixing it, failed, and then refused to communicate with us. It still doesn’t work and he has walked away from a £35,000 installation leaving us with no working heating system.

I called into the shop in early March and was initially really impressed with the help we received. I left feeling confident that a local company could and would help us with servicing our heating system. However, after a promising e-mail that Keith would call out I have heard nothing more to date and I refuse to chase them. I have now found someone further away but I find it very disheartening when I try and give my money to local tradesmen. This would have been regular servicing hence regular money!

"The Old School house needed some TLC, it had a very poor EPC rating and totally inefficient storage heaters which didn't even warm the building. Keith designed a system for the Old School House which allowed the building to keep all of its characteristics. Keith and team installed a state of the art underfloor and air source heating system and 5.5KW battery solar system. We are so pleased with the system and is now saving us loads on our energy bills. Keith and Team were totally professional and would highly recommend them."
