Thank you to everyone from REM who has been involved with my home up grade. Starting with Trevor to Daniel and finally the teams who undertook the actually work led by Shaun the site manager . I have met nothing but professionalism and friendliness. It has not been just the final upgrade but the attention to detail which ensured my home was correctly upgraded to suit the needs of the house. A big thank you to all involved not forgetting Tanya who kept me informed at every stage. Thank you, I totally delighted with my home refresh.

Absolutely fantastic! Although it was a hectic time having so many people in our home, all the guys were great. All fantastic personalities, worked with us to make the whole time go as easy as possible. All my family are neuro-divergent, ADHD anxiety and my son has autism. They went out of their way to make sure my sons room was completed first so he had a safe space to go back to. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone looking to have work done. Shaun was an absolute god send, constantly keeping us up to date with what was happening and what the next step was. If I had one negative thing to say is none of these lads can sing XD but thats my only issue! Thanks again guys for making the transition an easy one. Our home is actually warm now and the system is fantastic!

Our experience with Renewable Energy Management (REM) has been excellent from beginning to end. Heather was brilliant at organising everything and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. The installation team were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in our home. The work was carried out efficiently and with great attention to detail, and the house was kept clean and tidy throughout. Communication was clear and consistent, and we always knew what stage the work was at. The team even followed up after completion to ensure the system was running as it should, which really showed their commitment to quality and customer care. We’re delighted with the results and are already noticing the difference in how warm and comfortable our home is. This company has been an absolute lifesaver. When another company let us down Damon went above and beyond to help. Friendly and efficient service from a lovely local business. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I’m so grateful that I contacted them. I’d definitely call them again.

Just want to thank Heather,Dan, Luke , Sam and Marks team so much for everything. Thanks so much to Heather for making this all happen. Fantastic communication at all times, they carried out the work efficiently, to an extremely high standard and were very clean and tidy all through the work being done. Everyone was very friendly and kept me up to date with what was going on. They ( all the team) !! even came back after the work was finished the next day to check everything was working ok. We now have a lovely warm house which we are so grateful to them. Highly recommend this company and if you get Marks team to do your house you will be very lucky. All the guys did a bang up job. Everyone was so efficient and tidy with the work, also were very kind and friendly especially with my mum who is blind they accommodated always. Thanks to Mark, James, Craig, Shaun, Sam and George! Anyone else who had attended a big thanks to you as well it was a very big job and you never once complained.

We had an air source heat pump and solar panels fitted to our property and have to say that the lads from REM were ace! They were very accommodating with placement of radiators and were very thoughtful and considerate whilst in our home. All were extremely polite and very helpful when it came to how to use the new system and explained potential savings we could typically see moving forward. We did have a few small issues after install but the guys came straight back each time to fix them which was reassuring. The fit is of a high standard and it’s clear that each person knew their trade very well which shows in the end result. Would I use REM again for any future works? Without a doubt!

Lovely bunch of hard working lads,take pride in their work,on time reliable,and clean as best they can.Made a big job less traumatic and consultant you when needed well done lads keep up the good work and would recommend to anybody sensible who knows just quite is involved in the installation

Had a retro fit of a heat source pump and new heating and hot water system fitted . All trades men were polite and respectful while they were here kept me informed of the whole process from start to finish. Main points of contact were mark and James who talked me through everything made sure I was happy with what was being done and made sure everything ran smoothly went out of their way to make sure I was happy with everything . left everything neat and tidy once finished .

The best. Heat pump and solar panels were quickly installed. Totally professional. Friendly gang of workmen and most importantly to me they treated my home with respect. Highly recommend. Great job.

The solar panels, heat source air pump and new heating system all went smoothly. Everyone involved did a great job. Mark and James were very efficient, helpful and friendly. I was kept updated throughout with what was going on. The area was kept tidy and safe. All in all very pleased with REM

Thank you to Sam and his team, especially Brandon, Ben and Sean, who worked thoroughly for almost 10 hours. They were polite, professional and respectful of my home, leaving it clean and tidy, once they had finished. The whole day ran like a well oiled machine, thank you all once again.

Sam and the team were great when they came to install my storage heaters . They were friendly , happy to explain what they were doing and respectful of my home . When you are a single woman, having 4 strangers in your home is a big deal but I felt comfortable and safe with the 4 of them . Thank you

With thanks to a grant from the Northern Power Grid, our community centre was able to have solar panels and battery storage installed by REM. With the ongoing financial struggles charities like ourself face with rising utility costs, the addition of solar panels and battery storage will help relieve some of those pressures, and will allow us to give back to the Community. Damon was instrumental in helping us with the application for the grant, the whole team were very efficient, knowledgeable, polite and professional. An excellent service all round.

From consultation to installation, the team at REM did great work! Our finished product is incredible and aesthetically looks amazing, too.
