Very poor Customer communication

I sent for a project quote to compare to an existing quote that i had from another PV installer . I received no acknowledgement of receipt of my request. I had to call on regular time intervals to check on the progress of my application, and still no written communication. After 4 weeks, the existing quote was due to expire, and after a written inquiry I received an email saying : "we are up against it and we can't provide you with a quote, sorry we haven't been in touch". That is their level of service and communication! Please be warned in case you are getting quotes from various SPV installers for your project, do not count on Ivegate to honour your deadlines. If this is the "standard" of their customer service at quotation stage, I wonder what it would be after they are awarded a project and received full/partial payment?!
