Can't recommend AR highly enough

Can't recommend Assembly Renewables highly enough. The whole world of eco-energy options was new to us but having looked at a few options fairly superficially, I'm very glad we went for AR. They couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The process was straightforward, as was the installation a few weeks later. Everything was explained and done in such a way that we didn't feel like complete morons(!). Everything has been working well and efficiently since.

Excellent Teamwork on Double Heat Pump Installation

Team turned up promptly on agreed start date and installed two systems - one in the main house the other in the granny annex. The installation was completed within 6 days with my wife and I in residence with minimal interuption of cooking and heating facilities. The two heat pumps were installed obove head height at the back of the house preserving the usable patio area. The installation of the pressure vessels in the loft and removal of header tanks has doubled my loft storage area although the installation of the larger main tanks on the first floor has taken away the airing cupboard shelf above the old hot water tanks. Slight dissapointment at losing my power showers but the loss of pressure has been more or less restored by installing mains pressure shower heads, still perfectly usable and more economical on water usage, which is good. Need to do a bit of decorating where the gas boilers have been removed but overall we are well pleased with the professional service and installation - thanks for a great job well done.

What can i say assembly renewables from start to finish were fantasic,they went through everything with me, first of all sending a surveyor to go through what he is doing, and then send a second suveyor out, this i found was of great use. They have just not left me to do the paper work on my own, they have been there at all times and sent every thing off to make life easy for me, the quality of there work was lmpeccable so clean at all times, through out my experince with this company all of the staff have been there for me. Air source heat pump made easy. Assembly renewables made the whole process easy, including managing the £7500 grant. The surveyors were great and the contractors who put in the system were brilliant. Very happy to recommend Assembly Renewables - in fact I already have and my neighbour is now following suit but with solar panel installation

An Honest & Caring Service

After much deliberation and having had the opportunity to discuss with three different air source heat pump companies, I decided to go ahead with Heat Pump installation in my property by Assembly Renewables for their honesty and their intention to address the needs of the customers. The previous companies could not provide the assurance I was looking for in keeping my house warm at the height of winter as there is a high energy loss in my property. So far, it has worked well and has met my expectations, although we are not yet in the thickest of the winter. The Engineers were experts in their own field and completed the work with due diligence and on time. There was timely and active support from the management of the company all the time. I have been so impressed with their service that I have asked for further expansion of solar panel installation to meet my electricity energy needs in the future.

We reached out to Assembly Renewables last summer and following a conversation with the sales team, we agreed that they would install an air source heat pump for us. They were courteous, efficient, and pleasant throughout. The admin/support team back at the office responded promptly to our queries, and the installations manager responded outside normal hours when we had a hiccup with the system in the early days. So now we are considering the installation of a battery to optimise our solar panels, obviously we have contacted Assembly Renewables again. This is a company that understands what customer service - including after-sales service - actually means, and delivers!

The installation was quick, clean and the fitters were professional and helpful. The 60 day check up was reassuring and very helpful - including guidance on making the most of different electricity supply tariffs in my particular situation. I would certainly recommend based on a very positive personal experience!

Assembly renewable made the whole process so straight forward from initial consultation to instillation of our heat pump and solar panels. They kept to time and worked efficiently in a professional friendly manner. Could not fault them and highly recommend. Our energy bills have now halved and we have become more aware of our energy usage and how best to manage.

From start to finish everything ran extremely well, surveys were conducted thoroughly so we were matched to the correct system. The engineers who fitted the system were excellent and worked with us in positioning the pump and cylinder. The system was commissioned and is simple to use. I cannot recommend this company highly enough for a job well done from start to finish.

The gentleman that came around to servay my property for the first time was very helpful and informative, giving me confidence to place my solar panel system order with assembly renewables. My experience has been very good though out the whole works, everyone that came to my home from scaffolders to installers were all so polite and friendly. Works were started on time and completed on time, no fuss at all. The system is working better than I expected making 14.4 kWh today . In a world where service appears to have left the room, Liam and his team offer a devoted and extremely friendly service from start to finish and beyond. My solar panels were repositioned on my new roof in perfect time and with absolutely no fuss about the various issues encountered. When I suddenly found that things weren't working the aftercare was immediate. After sending photographs the engineer called immediately and ran through the various possibilities and solved the issue straight away. I would have no hesitation in using Assembly Renewals again.

Couldn't be happier with standard of professionalism, workmanship, equipment etc The heat pump works perfectly and is quiet, and I'm pleased with it's grey exterior which fits in well outside. The team work together well, and solve any glitches that may occur. My house is a small mid-terraced 1864 property and because of the proximity to my neighbours' properties on both sides I was worried there would be sound issues. Locating the airsource heatpump slightly away from my property meant it ticked the building regs boxes, problem solved by laying cables under concrete access path and making good afterwards The pipework through my walls and roof space fine. Very tidy workmen managed to navigate my untidy cluttered house without too much obvious angst, bless them. When a slight glitch occurred with an inbuilt Legionnaire's weekly raise in water temperature triggering trip switch a week after installation it was instantly sorted and fixed the same day. After comparing four quotes I chose this company and I'm really pleased with the consistent temperature, constant hotwater and quiet and smooth running of the system. The new radiators all work well and look nice, and were tailored to fit into my small rooms both in size and aesthetics. All in all very pleased.

It was unfortunate for the installation team (Rob and George) that they had to work on the roof over the 2 days of constant rain - 5/6th September. Despite that, they did an excellent job and apart from the panels on the roof, you wouldn't know they had been here. They took all of the accumulated rubbish away and were always polite and as helpful as they could be. The staff in the office are also on the ball and are ready to answer any questions. It remains to be seen how much money I have gained by drastically cutting my very expensive electric charges but am certain that this has been the best move that I could have made and with a very professional company. Thank you!

At all stages of the process – through initial survey, to installation planning and carrying out the work – Assembly Renewables were professional and efficient. Their communication at all times was friendly and helpful, even before the installation began. Added to all of this, the tight-knit friendly three-strong team of installers – Rob, Luke and Jake – worked with us and around us to cause the minimum of fuss and chaos, even though the installation of a heating system in a small home seems to be almost guaranteed to create oodles of both. Everything was clearly explained to us, and they were happy to make changes and tweaks to everything we spoke to them about as they went along. We're now looking forwards to many years of clean, convenient and cheaper heating and hot water.
