Very friendly & efficient from booking service for air source heat pump. I've been in my new build for just over a year & Arthur took time to ask how I was using the system & gave me some useful hints for getting the best from the system. Would definitely recommend

Every member of staff that we dealt from the Senior to the less Senior were both friendly and efficient. They were all willing and able to move outside their own specific job if doing so enabled the Company to provide a better service/solve a minor problem. They all obviously enjoyed working for the Company as no one said anything even slightly negative about their employer. Geo Green seems to be a good Company to work for and is definitely a good one to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

The engineer ( Arthur ) arrived…

The engineer ( Arthur ) arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable and efficient with the work needed on my Samsung Heat heat pump. Explained all my questions in a very accurate and simple way.

Superb engineer

Geo Green Power have been efficient since our initial contact to them, arranging a “troubleshooting “ visit from one of their engineers. We’ve had various people come in the 3 years since our ASHP was fitted, and for the first time we have now had someone in whom we can say we have complete confidence. Anand from Geo Green Power clearly has an outstanding knowledge of his subject; he additionally responded to our many questions thoughtfully and with courtesy, giving clear explanations which helped us to understand the issues and possible solutions. At last we feel we have a way forward.

I recently had my solar setup serviced

I recently had my solar setup serviced, and three optimizers were replaced after a decade of use. Sam and John were amazing; their expertise in the systems is impressive, and they knew exactly what to watch for. Their knowledge was extensive, and they were always enthusiastic to address my questions, and if they didn't have the answer immediately, they found it. Living in Worcestershire, I had difficulty locating someone willing or able to service my system. These professionals were top-notch, and I plan on relying on them in the future. Much appreciated!

Had a problem with my solar PV meter

Had a problem with my solar PV meter, GGP were really helpful and serviced my PV system and changed the meter quickly. Also came back to me re adding a data logger to the system and altering the PV wiring following having a new consumer unit. Harvey attended on both occasions and was friendly and professional. All good. P.S. thanks to all the office staff as well that I dealt with re the issues

Excellent first service for our ASHP

First service for our ASHP. It was very easy to make the appointment, the engineer carried out the work on the agreed date. The engineer was polite, respected our property and explained the service and minor recommendations once the work was completed.

Not often I give 5 stars as I do not usually trust them…

Office helpful in booking a convenient slot. Arrived at the appointed time having rung with 30 min eta. Carried out work efficiently and answer questions. Report emailed same day. Happy to pay invoice which was the price quoted

They do what they say they're going to…

They do what they say they're going to do. They call you back, talk you through what's needed, and come out if necessary. Very reassuring, professional and efficient. Five stars really isn't enough!

Very friendly and knowledgeable heat pump service from Arthur. As well as carrying out the service, Arthur explained how our system wasn’t setup correctly and then put this right. Our system is now running more efficiently. I would certainly recommend Geogreen power.

Full marks for Geo Green Power. Excellent speedy response to our call following central heating breakdown in a cold spell. Engineer Arthur did a great job replacing a pump, re-setting and balancing the system, and he stayed long enough to confirm his efforts were working well. His explanation of the work done and the system's workings inspired confidence and was much appreciated. A great job all round.

Brilliant company to deal with. From the initial site visit to the roofers and electricians, all brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

Geo Green Power installed our PV system in May. We have an unconventional roof which made the install a little different from a typical house. The install team were extremely courteous and honest. When a small problem occurred they came straight to me and the situation was resolved quickly and efficiently. The install is neat and tidy, but most of all it works really well. Granted we've had a great summer for "sun juice' as I like to call it, but we have been delighted with out new system. Geo Green are also extremely responsive when you have questions or believe something unusual is happening. I had a question recently and they had phoned the manufacturer, run a test, fixed the problem - which had been caused by a power outage our side, within a few short hours. They also now service our ASHP which they have also brought up to spec with some simple improvements. Really excellent service all the way through the company

Absolutely top notch organisation,we have a ground source heat pump installed and these guys have been out to service it for us on several occasions, currently we have 2 of there engineers rectifying some faults the original installer caused, (not geo green). All the engineers are an absolute credit to the organisation,I can't commend them and geo green enough. Refreshingly, pleasant, honest and professional in this day and age. If you want anything,solar, heat pump etc these are the people to use 👍

I needed an assessment of my PV Array and Adam came from Geo Green Power. He was delightful and efficient, told me exactly what he was doing, what he found and what needed to be done. A pleasure to have in the house. Office staff also pleasant to deal with, they arranged the appointment and gave me a reasonable window of time when their engineer would call. He came on time. I would happily recommend Geo Green Power.

First time using this company to service my Air Source Heat Pump. From initial & continuous communication with Marie who was professional,prompt at replying and very helpful to the engineer himself Anand who arrived on time,was polite worked tidily and explained everything to me so that I was happy with the work that had been carried out and made suggestions that could save me a little heat loss or money ie lagging pipes etc. I would highly recommend this company and dealing with these two particular members of staff, a credit to themselves & their company.

The workman was professional and explained what he was doing and talked through stuff. Set the controls for us as they should have been. Sorted out issues from the people who installed our equipment in the first place. Well happy.

Completed the annual service of our Air Source Heat Pumps. We were able to book in easily and we were kept updated on our appointment. The service was very thorough taking over 3 hours with a complete strip down of the system which we have not seen from others in the 7 years they have been installed. The service included a clean of all of the outside casing too; they look like new. The service engineer was very friendly, keeping us updated as he went and cleared everything away as he left.

Really thorough and knowledgeable service of our heat pump and heating system by Anand. Much, much better than any company we’d had before. Not the cheapest but well worth the money - you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

Superb service from Geo Green. We initially had PV panels only but have just added a battery system too. From initial contact with the office through to installation this has been one of the smoothest contracts we have had. Without fail, all of the engineers who visited the site have been polite, friendly and quietly efficient and the support staff in the office kept us fully advised every step of the way.

Please, pass on our thanks to our engineer for his visit today. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, informative and a pleasure to work with. Equally the support and communication we’ve received from the office team has been second to none. Thank you all.

I ordered a Tesla Powerwall, was installed and have to say the installers were professional. Upon completion was told by the installer that it won't perform as expected, namely during an outage the PW will not charge. I was told the opposite during the sales process and the Geo engineer said that he's told the sales staff this before as they've had many complaints. I held back my 30% balance payment. It has taken Geo about a year to resolve this, no exaggeration whatsoever. Failed visits, no follow up, promised resolution didn't' materialise and even though it stated clearly in Tesla's documentation the PW will charge during a grid outage. Extremely poor from Geo, I had to prove again and again it didn't work and it was very evident Geo didn't understand the Tesla PW, it's functionality and they kept referring it to Tesla. The test of a good provider is to assess how they react when things go wrong, and Geo failed massively. I wouldn't use them again, just my honest feedback.

We have had our heat pump and solar panels for 2 years now. Initial installation was efficient and the system works very well. Long term customer service is great and everyone at Geo Green Power is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

We have just had a Solar Panel installation by Geo Green Power. After contacting multiple companies for quotes, Geo were one of the very few to respond. Their initial consultation was excellent, very knowledgeable and easy to understand. The team of technicians who installed the panels and the electricians who performed the wiring and testing were all very professional, polite and extremely neat & tidy. Very pleased thank you.

We do not recommend working with this company. Unfortunately, we had to resolve our issue with Geo Green via arbitration, of which an independent body reviewed the case and awarded in our favour. Not only did Geo Green install the wrong specification of system (not a big enough hot water tank to meet our property’s needs) which resulted in not being able to have a hot shower for four months, but they also completely overestimated the grant payments (by £6k). The issue is now resolved but we are yet to receive an apology. There are many alternate renewable energy companies to work with and we would recommend that you avoid this particular one!

made an online enquiry and was told i sales rep would call me, after a week i chased this up , after another week i chased again and was given a sales rep who seemed not to have a clue what he was selling. In any event i told him my customer requirements and explained the whole job to him. He was very energetic and confident that the quote he came back with would be more than ample. I told my customer of this and they where happy and told me to place the order. after getting the official quote , the rep had ignored that its an off grid system , ignored the loadings , ignored everything i had told him. He came back with a new quote 400% more expensive than the original quote . not only was it more expensive it was his recommendation that the system would only work in the day again ignoring the fact that the system we where trying to achieve was to be off grid whilst being able to store electricity to run lights in the evening. after finally having enough i forward correspondence on to the two directors i had done business with on a previous project to see if they could help, i was simply ignored. I would recommend you look else where rather than use these people. It is just a waste of time for everyone involved.

Geo Green Power installed a 13kW ground source heat pump and 6kW solar system at our residental property near Leeds in Dec 2019. The quality of the work has been excellent throughout including potentially messy external groundworks. The installation was prompt and undertaken by obliging engineers who made sure to reduce their impact on our day to day lives. We were kept well informed on what we needed to do wrt to various paperwork required by their admin team, with unambiguous and fair pricing and a clear overall economic assessment of the system's value and pay-back time. In short, our experience was one of high quality professionals doing what they are clearly expert at, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to others looking for this sort of system.

Our new solar energy system (JA Solar panels / SolarEdge inverter) was installed and commissioned two days ago by Geo Green Power. We received an extremely professional service from beginning to end, and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a solar installation. Our main contact, Jack, impressed us with his enthusiasm and knowledge of renewables when we first spoke to him, and he kept in touch with us throughout the process, ensuring that all preparations for the installation went smoothly (for example, dealing with Western Power on our behalf to fit an isolator switch ) so we didn't need to worry about a thing. The installation team were very pleasant and very professional, they finished the project within a single visit and we were up and running with our solar system on the same day. They did a great job of tidying up after themselves (all we had to do was sweep up a little brick dust and wipe down some windowsills). Geo Green are highly committed to renewable energy, a well-established company who provide an efficient, no-fuss service from start to finish. They are also reasonably priced, and didn't hassle us for payment even though we were late paying both deposits! We were delighted with the finishing touch, a floral arrangement, which was delivered a couple of days after we "went solar". Highly recommended.
