Paul from Graceway Electrical Services installed a new external socket for electric car charging beside my front door in November 2025. The work involved running a new under-floor spur from the main circuit board, feeding through a number of brick supports, drilling through a brick wall, and fixing a specialist external socket to take the current drawn by car charging. The work was carried out very quickly and to a high standard. No mess, no messing about. I would recommend Graceway for any electrical work.

We’re in the middle of renovating our home and needed several electrical jobs done - adding a few sockets, removing connections from a wall we were taking down, converting an old immersion heater supply into usable sockets, and fitting back boxes for Ethernet cables. I’ll admit, I was that customer who kept thinking of extra things while Paul was already working - but he handled it all with great patience. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Paul even came back at very short notice to tackle a few last-minute additions, which helped me out enormously. He’s professional, meticulous, and clearly takes pride in his work. I’ll definitely be calling him again!

Incredibly impressed with the work that Paul and Ben have carried out this week. Having recently moved into an older property, a few items required attention such as installing ceiling lights and fans, disconnecting obsolete lighting and heating controls, updating the consumer unit and replacing the old garage electrics with new sockets and lighting. They carried out excellent work professionally, cleanly, and in a timely manner. Nothing was too much trouble and invoice came through exactly as quoted. Graceway is a company I would definitely use again, very highly recommended.

We can’t recommend Paul highly enough. He has done a fantastic job of installing ceiling lights and shelf lighting as well as electric sockets in our home. He helped with the selection of fittings and gave excellent advice. He always replied to text messages and arrived promptly each time he visited. We would definitely use him again. He’s a very tidy worker and left the area he was working on cleaner than it was when he arrived!
