We had our Air Source Heat Pump installed by Geowarmth. Tony, the installation manager, was great throughout, as were the two installers. The installation was delivered on timeline and they even came back and fixed a couple of superficial issues as soon as we raised them. What is particularly impressive is their aftersales service. We had some initial queries which we were talked through by Tony and then, during our kitchen installation and, when our kitchen installers have any questions, the Geowarmth installation team (Dan and Tony) have been fantastic in answering questions about the system to them making the whole process much easier. Final shoutout to Catherine in the head office who is always really good at ensuring messages are passed on and keeping everyone on the straight and narrow!

Problems getting Repair Work Undetaken

Geowarmth's service has fallen very short of what they used to offer. After installation of a replacement heat pump 18 months ago (during which incidentally, significant aesthetic damage was done to the rear fins of the heat pump that could not be repaired and for which I acceoted a small amount of compensation), I employed them to undertake a yearly service on my entire Mitsubishi system. After the service the need for replacement of the expansion vessel on my Mitsubishi hot water system was identified. Geowarmth's engineer stated that he would order the part and arrange fitting. I chased an appointment 2-3 weeks later as I had heard nothing. I then chased Mitsubishi myself 5 times over 2 weeks to confirm whether the part was under warranty or not - not apparently. After receiving a quote from Geowarmth for supply and fitting if the replacement part, I chased Geowarmth again for weeks before a definite date for supply and installation was confirmed. Frustratingly, the appointment was then deferred and rebooked at short notice by Geowarmth. The rebooked appointment was then cancelled again at very short notice with a promise that they would contact me to arrange a revised date soon. Several weeks have passed since and I have received no further contact. So I have had the runaround over several weeks about a routine service and replacement part (2 weeks of this several weeks delay accepted while I chased Mitsubishi directly). And now it appears that I have been abandoned completely by Geowarmth! I trusted them to replace my heat pump and service my Mitsubishi system. I thought I would be looked after, how wrong I was!

I am delighted with the service provided by Geowarmth, installing PV panels, battery and EV charger. At the start of the process, Ronan did a great job explaining the different components and providing quotes for the work. The installation phase was led by Kyle who dilligently fitted and commissioned the equipment, helping me to get it all just as I wanted it. It was no small task fitting everything into my meter cupboard, but somehow Kyle managed!

Great value for money. Took their time to do it right, kept updating us while installing and checked in whenever anything unexpected came up. Pricing is mid-range from the quotes we got, but for us this was the best price for what we wanted, and the service definitely delivered. And now we're already saving on electricity, which is great.

Very pleased with the installation of our solar panels, battery and car charger. The solar panels were installed by Ben and Brad who worked quickly and efficiently. The battery and charger were installed by Kyle who did an excellent job and all three of them kept me updated as the work progressed, letting me know of any issues and how they planned to solve them. Quality heat pump installation, good service

Had a Daikin heat pump, plus hot water tank and radiators installed in 2024. Geowarmth were excellent, handled the BUS grant smoothly, and responded quickly to fix any teething problems with the system. Happy to say that the house was cosy throughout the winter, even when it hit -10C outside.

At the quotation stage we were provided with all the information we required to make an informed decision about installing a green energy solution. Installation was delayed significantly by Covid and the Suppliers inability to supply, particularly Mitsubishi with the heat pump and Tesla with the battery. However as soon as the equipment became available Geowarmth arranged for the installation. The installation team were first rate and went out of their way to ensure that everything was done properly even to replacing some cracked roof tiles before the solar panels were fitted. The installation team were meticulous, not taking any short cuts to finish sooner. All in all, a very good job with everything working as it should do.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Geowarmth, who installed a ground source heat pump at our house 2 years ago and regularly service it. They're a very efficient, friendly and organised bunch who always do a great job!

I had a fantastic experience with Geowarmth! We had a consultation to discuss what kind of heating would work in our flat and they helped us to decide to replace our terrible old storage heaters with brand new programmable storage heaters instead. Everyone was so helpful and efficient, the whole job was done in one day. The new storage heaters are fantastic and work so much better than the old ones. We haven't had any problems with them at all since they were installed. Solar panel and Tesla Powerwall battery 🔋 install

Recently had solar array and Tesla Powerwall battery storage system installed. John the owner was absolutely brilliant at going through all the particulars in great details (which I like lots of data and info) and took time to answer all my questions via phone and email on multiple occasions before I made my mind up to go with the install. The installation itself was seamless and the fitters were polite and curtious. Great job made and really happy with the end job. We had a couple of teething issues which John and his team were able to correct for me at a later date. Always nice to get a great service even after you have paid your monies so you know they not going to ditch and leave you when a problem arises Thank you so much guys 👌 we really appreciate it

Geowarmth Review

Geowarmth Review. Geowarmth is the only supplier of Dimplex Quantum Heaters in this area. These heaters are a 'Quantum leap' in electrical storage technology and the additional Dimplex Hub which allows 'App' control over all heaters is fantastic and worth every penny. From the ordering to the first inspection, the electricians who installed the system; were speedy and courteous. My Error; When the electricians/engineers came on-site to install the heaters I should have gone into each room and discussed my expectations, I did not and this led to confusion on both sides. This installation took place in Jully 2022, would I use Geowarmth again: YES I would!

Geowarmth - absolutely first class...!!!

Outstanding personal attention - John (the boss...!) put a huge amount of time and effort into working out, planning and recommending (and explaining...!!!) the optimal positioning and size for our solar PV array, particularly given the slightly idiosyncratic nature of our roof layout. And despite it being an entirely west-facing installation, we're already a net exporter of energy to the grid. Special mentions also to the guys who came to fit the panels, and the electricians who came a day later to connect everything up and get it all working - all extremely professional, efficient, and clearly very well house-trained...! :-) We couldn't be happier! No hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company.

There were a few delays, then a decision about a slight change of equipment, but we are now left with an excellently functioning system, that very neatly fits in the space available.

Geowarmth installed a Mitsubishi…

Geowarmth installed a Mitsubishi Airsource heat pump and central heating system during Covid, and in December last year relocated the heat pump from our balcony into the back yard. At all stages they were very helpful, from the assessment of the property and advice on what we needed, to the installation. With the change in heating system, combined with double glazing and insulation, our Georgian flat has gone from drafty and cold to warm and cosy. Friendly, good communications, clear about times and costs, and reliable. We would definitely recommend Geowarmth.

Energy efficient upgrade

Geowarmth installed 16 solar panels on our roof, as well as a Mitsubishi Ecodan Heat Pump, underfloor heating and radiators as part of an extension. The house is now lovely and warm and far more energy efficient despite being an old property. I was particularly impressed that all the pipe work, 300l water tank, buffer tank and two expansion vessels were all neatly plumbed in under our stairs. Overall the company has been great to deal with, very responsive and helpful. We strongly recommend them to anyone looking to improve the energy efficiency of their house.

Highly Recommended, Great communication, great workforce, great support

Throughout the process from written estimate to the inauguration of the IT system the communication was excellent. All workers and workmanship was to a very high standard. We were kept up to date with delivery dates and once the items were with Geowarmth a time was agreed for them to be fitted. The advice about size, position and the fitting of the PV panels and 9.5kW battery was very useful and over the last year has proved correct- as expected for such a good, 'can-do' company. I would highly recommend Geowarmth

Geowarm fitted my Mitsubishi Airsource heat pump and complete central heating system. They did a great job, very good attention to detail by their plumber. They were easy to deal with and did what they said. I trusted them enough to get them back to do my solar panels and GivEnergy battery system which has been a great investment. Delighted with our PV system from Geowarmth

We used Geowarmth for the installation of our PV and battery system on our new build property in Alnwick. We received excellent advice and assistance throughout the process of planning the system and the Geowarmth team then liaised closely with the builder for the in-roof installation of the solar panels. We are delighted with what we now have in place which not only covers all our energy needs but in fact enables us to make money exporting electricity to our supplier (Octopus Energy) during the summer months.
