Worked with concept providing retrofit assessments on a large social housing project recently and can honestly say it was the best experience I’ve had and all credit to the professionalism from everyone at concept it was a pleasure and I look forward to assisting on future projects.

Ally and the team were exceptionally friendly, considerate, helpful and extremely professional throughout the whole process in relation to underfloor insulation installation. Would highly recommend their services, such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish

Amazing experience with concept heating. Had a new boiler and radiators installed, all mess was cleaned before they left and communication was outstanding from the start. I would recommend concept heating to anyone! You will not be disappointed.

From Tracy first calling me onwards, I knew this company were going to be good . Martin and his colleague were prompt and courteous, they covered the carpets with protective film and cleaned all the mess during and after the job was complete . I’m not technically inclined but they showed me how to use the new boiler and the following day the new thermostat was fitted and everything was great . Seriously if you require a new boiler fitting then go to concept .

Excellent time keeping, work rate and communication. Not often you can say that nowadays. Engineers Martin and Luke put a graft in to get the job done.

Work carried out efficiently on the days and times advised. Everything including the benefits of the upgrades explained well by Nicola who was lovely and polite

Did exactly what they were supposed to be doing. Did the job with no faffing about or time wasting. Covered the carpets with protective film and cleaned all the mess during and after.All really friendly from the admin to the workers. Specific thank you to the plumber Martin who did the majority of work at my home but also to John. Didn't drag the job out all completed within the timescales. Highly recommended. Thank you

Communication was fantastic from the start, Nichola was brilliant at relaying information to us about the whole process. The lads who completed the job were fantastic, polite and super clean and tidy. Any problems that occurred were solved within minutes. 100% impressed with the service and staff.

I rang this morning very friendly and helpful responsed to my issue within the hour of reporting to them very polite engineer who came to my home my puppy a jumper and the lad who came didn’t mind maxi at I CANT FAULT THEM all nice and friendly staff

My name is Mr O'Mara, i am a tenant with the Wythenshawe Community Housing Group. On the 14/2/25 the Concept Heating Systems Ltd fitted me a new boiler in my kitchen, and you wouldn't have known anyone had been in my property. My place was absolutely spotless, when i got home. The 2 heating engineers, Matt and Luke did a lovely job. So neat and precise. Plus they fitted new valves to every radiator in my property, and again, you wouldn't have known they'd been there. Didn't even have to wipe down. Quality. Plus over the next few days Joe the electrician, and John the joiner/builder carried out the electrics, and construction work to finish the job. Again, work brilliant, plus again, left my property spotless. Massive thanks to all the lads who worked in my property, for showing respect, where my properties concerned. Plus a MASSIVE thanks to Tracy, for organising the job/work, picking up the keys, running about and sorting things out. Many thanks to you all 👍.

Had to have a new boiler and radiators fitted, via my landlords, I'm in a rented flat. The measuring up, fitting and installing was all done professionally and politely. This was all held together by the fabulous Tracy in their office who stayed in contact every step of the way, and kept me informed. If you miss a call, she will find you, message you etc. Had a small problem with pressure about one week later, she was on the phone and had it all done and sorted the same morning. Good old fashioned service that i thought had all disappeared. She is an asset to any business, headhunters you know where to look !

Martin and Luke fitted my new boiler they were very professional and polite and respectful very pleased with the work they did I would definitely recommend using them

I have just had a new heat pump system installed. The installation went very well. Kept informed about the process. The work is to a very good standard and the team left my flat with minimal cosmetic repairs. Overall happy with my new system.

Great communication from concept to installation. The inevitable disruption caused by a project of this nature was kept to a minimum. I work and had to leave the installation team in my property for three days. I came home to a tidy home every day. The installation is more aesthetically pleasing than my old heaters and all of the pipework has been boxed off. Initial smart meter readings indicate a monthly saving on my electricity bill of approximately £70/pcm (I have my heating on a timer 24/7). Very happy all-round, a very positive experience.

Brilliant service from all involved in the replacement of my gas boiler. The staff were all polite, professional, courteous and positive, especially Nathan the engineer. Highly recommended!

Please do not use this company, we rent from the housing association and had a tantalising offer of Q robot technology (basically they spray insulation foam under your floorboards) we accepted. Someone came and took pictures of every single room in the house and said we were a candidate to have it done. Then someone turned up and did very shoddy work putting airbricks in. They put 4 of these in and then planed the bottom every single door in house down as soon as this was done there was (and still is to this day) cold air being circulated from outside around each room of the house. It is significantly colder. We were not informed this would be part of the process (we would not have agreed to it had we known) concept heating told us we can't put draught excluders down and if we replace our doors they have to be planed down or we risk damp /mould issues from the stuff they spray!!! We were reassured it would be warmed once the work was completed. Then when they came to do the work or spraying and they made such a mess. They left rubble under the carpet and underlay and the foam expanded out in places above the floorboard making it uncomfortable and lumpy underneath. I know from word of mouth in our local area we are not the only ones who had the same problems. Response : the picture with orange circles shows the foam that expanded through the floorboards after being evened out just before laminate flooring was put down. I am kicking myself that we did not take pictures beforehand to show where the foam had come through and was uneven on the top in the living room and entrance way. This actual photo my partner took to show me how badly concept had put the floorboards back and not to show where the foam had expanded through. There were actually several places where the foam had expanded through. This company is lying and has the audacity to suggest we are lying!!! From our experience I would not recommend taking advantage of the government grant to have this foam installed. Listen to the 6% of people who are raising genuine complaints!! Also they wrote that a site person will reach out to rectify the shoddy work they did. My review was posted 2 months ago noone has reached out regarding fixing the issues shown in the photos. Also we had also reached out to them privately several times before I wrote that review and was told they would send someone out to sort the issues ... But they never did. Read their response to my review. They even put 'bad experience' in quotation marks. Unprofessional and ungenuine response from a terrible company.

Underfloor insulation was done via WDH, the lady that came out Nicola was so nice and friendly, she was very informative regarding work to be done, she put me at ease as I am an anxious person when it comes to new people in my home. The lads that did the insulation were good and got the job done in a timely manor, I am hopeful to notice a difference with my house holding more heat during the winter months (think I live in the coldest house in Wakefield ) Thanks to all concerned and to Nicola for putting me at ease.

Had my underfloor insulation completed by concept through WDH. Professional throughout the process. Everything explained and floor was reinstated to how it was prior to the procedure. Very satisfied. Nicola and the workmen were efficient and very personable. Would definitely recommend and used again. 👌

I was contacted by these on behalf of Wakefield District Housing to install some underfloor insulation. From start to finish an excellent job! What a credit the employees are to this company polite , well mannered and got the job done! Which we like being a busy family home. We’ve seen some great results from the insulation its self house feels warmer heating doesn’t escape. Overall really pleased this is the first thing the housing have put into my property and it’s been a tidy and quick Job. What an absolute pathetic excuse for an organisation. I don't know how they have won any tenders with housing associations at all. Came to my house without any warning notice and decided to rip up my back garden. Used materials from my front garden to cover the botch up job on the back garden. Then when I decided to call and get an explanation they decided to give me "we forgot to cancel the job". When i then confronted them they put the phone down on me. Absolute disgusting and disgraceful

Service used through housing association. Heat source pump installed, and in working order. I went to the community center in which the liaison officer was based, to explain staff were leaving rubbish in the garden. In which he called another employee saying that someone was in the office going mad about rubbish, I wasnt at all. Then asked why I choose to have mental health issues, and asking if I had 'pulled' on the weekend, offering to come and sit at my house with me. Upon returning home one of the carpenters working next door called their manager to explain I had come home very upset due to this. (greatly appreciated, thank you!) This manager came to take a statement, although I wasn't made aware of what happened from this. Site manager had a spare set of keys, in which he let himself in my house without knocking. I took my keys back, and he explained he always knocks.. When moving furniture work men broke my bed and hid the bed leg in a box under my bed. I verbally reported twice in which I havnt heard anything since. Would not recommend.

Stay well clear of them

Don't trust this company unfortunately our local housing association are using these I've been left without heating twice now and they don't care. I'm still waiting for a phone call for them to fix it. In December I was left 4 days with no heating or hot water, absolutely rubbish

Remove radiator and service.

Used Concept to service my boiler and remove a radiator, called in at short notice. Arrived on time and did the jobs as required. It is good to have quality and reliable service from a firm.

Used twice recently for works needed on my bathroom radiator and an annual boiler service/safety check.    Fantastic first class  service.  Very professional, punctual and informative.  Would definitely recommend and use again.
