Highly recommended
They contacted me out of the blue some time after I had solar installed, telling me my system was not optimised effectively. At first I was cautious, suspecting a scam, but their rep, Fahad, was responsive, helpful and courteous, and there was no charge. I hear Capture is a fledgling company. They deserve success and I wish them well

Brilliant product, brilliant support. This is a real no-brainer. I think I'm saving around £40.00 / month.
Very satisfied customer
Capture is great it gives me real time data on the import and export of the energy from my solar pannels. Customer service team is absolutely first class, very helpful nothing too much trouble. Great service all round.
Capture AI (capture energy)
I have a solar PV system with batteries (Fox ESS). Before I used Capture to manage my system, I was constantly changing my charging times to ensure I charged my batteries at the lowest rates, especially in the winter months. Now I leave all this to Capture AI. It was simple to set up with Capture's support team. I can turn off Capture AI at any time if I feel the need to regain control of my system. The exciting new part is that they are looking to supply my local grid provider with excess electricity in peak times. (pilot phase) I recommend using Capture as a peace of mind management of PV Solar systems with batteries

Capture AI - highly recommended
Having been somewhat bamboozled by the complexities around my FoxCloud2 app controlling my system of solar/batteries/heat-pump and some alarming anomolies around it's supoosed optimisation I turned to the Fox website that then listed their link and so endorsement of Capture AI. I pursued, had a helpful and informative Zoom meet with rep Fahad and very soon after all optimised to max efficiency.

I noticed an error and emailed the team, it actually turned out to be user error and I had not enabled the app correctly. The team was amazing and sorted it quickly and I was up and running. Saving money ......

Full marks for customer service. Extremely responsive and helpful. They manage my home battery much better than I ever did.
Excellent service
Excellent service from day one (over a year now). Always on hand to answer questions and give advice. Looking forward to further optimisation of my system in 2026. I have now increased my battery storage and Capture were very helpful in making sure their systems reflected the new capacity. Hopefully this will now enable more flexibility with the pilot scheme for supplying excess to the local grid supplier.
A new approach to Energy Management
Capture are really trying to break the mould for energy management. I can't fault the responsiveness of their staff, or their willingness to engage with their community to further develop their offering.

Positive forward looking company
I have been with Capture since the last week of July and so far it has been a positive experience, they are always friendly and quick to respond and look in to any support requests I have made such as changing the when/how the battery is charged now the weather is turning colder. They have managed my system very well which has enabled me to be able to just forget what they are doing except I like to keep an eye on what I am generating. Currently I don't have anything negative to say about either the app or company which is the complete opposite to the people that fitted my system. I am also very interested in where they go in the future as I like the sound of where they are going.
Great Product
I've been using Capture Energy to manage our battery system for six weeks or so. Whilst the app is new, so far its been very reliable, makes sensible choices about when to charge at off-peak rates and is saving money. The customer service is excellent, prompt responses and coherent answers. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience from start to finish
Amazing service from start to finish! The guys at Capture where great at explaining everything throughout the process so we really knew how the AI would work itself, and how it would work with our InstaGen battery and Octopus Agile. We are already seeing the benefits, would definitely recommend!
Helpful and attentive
Helpful and attentive to my battery only idea, though while we decided not to pursue this model. The use case they have shown looked very promising, but we went with a solar panel with a moderate size battery solution instead. Hari has been very good with our enquiry, with that level of support they deserve this positive experience.
Good value and excellent customer service
We purchased a 10 kWh house battery from Retrofitted (partnering with InstaGen) to complement an existing 3.75 kW solar panel set-up. The purchase decision was assisted by Retrofitted's friendly sales person, Claudia, who answered our pre-sale questions thoroughly, promptly, and without rushing us into a decision before we were ready. After the battery was installed a configuration problem became apparent which had been caused by a cable from the original solar panel installation having been mislabelled in the consumer unit. Unfortunately this was not double-checked by InstaGen's installers. (It was successfully rectified subsequently.) Even at this stage Claudia followed up the sale to ensure that we were happy with the result. Her friendly and caring support has been very reassuring. I should mention here that her colleague Johannes also got in touch. He talked us through the decisions involved in optimising the totality of the set-up, including recommendations for suitable tariff packages offered by competing energy suppliers. This too has been very helpful. I have withheld one star because of the teething problem that should have been avoided during the installation.
