UK Solar Generation recently supplied and installed our solar energy system including the 14 panels panels, storage battery and a clever device to save surplus energy by heating our hot water tank. They responded very quickly to my enquiry, made a site visit the next day and provided their quote the next morning. Russell provided advice about the system configuration and we asked for some extras which meant a couple of updates to the quote were needed. We were very happy with the whole process and reassured by their knowledge and responsiveness. The installation was super-smooth and trouble-free. Russell and his team were delightful. My wife commented on how courteous and considerate they were, even helping her in with her shopping! I appreciated the clean and tidy approach that UK Solar took and that they left the site clear each evening. Highly recommended.

We were lucky enough to come across UK Solar Generation as our 'local' choice. We'd tried two other well known UK companies but we're not impressed by their lack of personal contact. Doug at UKSG was brilliant, happy to meet us at our home, on more than one occasion, and listen to our requirements. We now have a 28 panel solar system with 10kWh battery at a very reasonable price. Our thanks go to Russell and Matt for a professional installation. We are so pleased, it's working exactly as Doug promised and our savings were instant. Highly recommended company.

Had a solar PV and battery installed. UKSG we're brilliant from beginning to end. The initial sales team were great, very patient answering my many questions and not at all pushy. The installation team were professional and polite, arrived on time and left everything clean and tidy. They were very responsive to questions afterwards and managed to fit me in at short notice to add some additional optimisers. Would definitely recommend.

TESLA POWERWALL INSTALLATION Would highly recommend Russell, and his team Dario & Matt. We had looked at solar panels for some time but the massive cost of 17 panels would only give us 30% of our usage. The companies were also trying to push me to have backup batteries which didn't make sense to me as I didn't see us having excess. Eventually when I spoke to Russell, we looked at the option of two Tesla powerwall batteries that charge from the grid off peak without any panels. Once I worked out the financials it looked like a great option that would reduce my electricity bill by 75% (which it has) and also provide a back up in the event of power outages. They came on the day agreed and were very professional. All up and running and very very happy. Very slim and discreet under the window.

We spoke to UK Solar Generation as part of our decision to install domestic solar panels They we’re responsive professional and gave us valuable advice. There was a three month wait between ordering and installation but I can see why. They are in demand! I appreciated the way they showed me what would work best for us which actually saved us money. Installation was quick an efficient - a day and that included commissioning and showing me all the features ans a tour of the app that controls system. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and we were pleased we were able to support a local business that was both competitive and professional.

Had a 14 solar panels added in 2015 and was a fantastic money saving & earning system. We moved to a bigger house & had 32 solar panels, hot water heated by solar10 kilowatt battery added. It was a no brainier as my first months bill was £1000 & 300 a month on heating oil.As this place had a pool, hot tub & electric arga cooker Also oil hot water heating system. I haven't had to turn on the oil to heat water since April. Through careful management & timers my electric bill average is £100 a month &!I haven't bought any oil since may. We arranged a Solar Panel system with batteries and a backup unit to be off-grid if needed. They were incredible precise with estimates in both cost and time. They came on the day agreed (not a single day of delay) at 8am and they did all of the job in one day (they stayed until all the work was completed leaving at 8pm). Very professional, explained everything we needed to know and all queries that I have even few days after installation. I couldn't recommend this company more and already referred some friends. I have recently had solar panels installed on my roof by UK Solar Generation and can strongly recommend this firm. They provided an excellent service. They were unfailingly friendly and professional and the installation has surpassed my expectations. The solar panels and the battery fit neatly and look good are already, in the middle of winter, generating a lot of power.

Top notch service from Russell and his team. They installed solar panels on the roof of my house 7 years ago, and my queries over the years have wasted plenty of his time until I finally found myself calling up to ask for them to extend the marvellous service to installing a new solar battery. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for my solar installation needs. Knowledgeable, courteous, patient and responsive.

Russell, George and Ela put together several options for us to consider, explained in plain language what we'd get and were incredibly knowledgeable and flexible, even deciding last minute to change the planned installation to maximise the power output. The installation was Covid safe and very professional, even on quite a complex roof. The panels look great and it only took a couple of days to complete. The power output is amazing giving us 30% of our needs on a cloudy Feb day and more then enough when the suns out. Next car is definitely electric and the kids are over the moon we've gone renewable. Highly recommended!

From quote to installation the whole process of having a new solar system installed was very straight forward. Really friendly and genuine guys who have done a great job, and in no time at all - initially inquiry to installation took just over a month (including the time spent with me making up my mind as to what I wanted), and the (4.2kWp) installation itself was done and dusted in a day. Can't recommend them enough.

Highly recommend Russell and his team after their work installing my solar panels across two different roofs. They did a very clean job and aside from a minor issue with some micro-inverters, which they fixed free of charge a couple of weeks after the initial install, the system has been flawless so far. Russell also helped walk me through the Feed-In-Tariff forms and got them submitted the same day. Will be using them again for future house solar projects.

Excellent job completed for a 27 panel solar 10kWh battery system + ASHP installation by Russell and team. Job followed much due diligence on what solutions to go for and where Russell provided better advice patiently without being pushy compared to two competing firms. Work was done neatly and organised with care. Very positive disposition by the whole team and the system works really well. Strongly recommended.

Russell organised everything perfectly for the small system of 5 panels including a system to use the excess energy to heat our water. Worked well and installation was straightforward and quick in just one day although we had some electrical problems he quickly had someone around to fix them and sort them out. Great after sales service!

Excellent Solar installation by the professionals. I had 13 solar panels installed on my house & inverter and hoping to get a battery system soon!
