We have officially completed on our house renovation project with Rubik Builders. They were recommended to us by friends and we absolutely made the right decision in choosing them to carry out the work. When we initially met Wehid and Abdul, we found them polite, accommodating and professional, which continued throughout the project. Our project consisted of a single storey extension above existing room, ground floor extension to create a kitchen/diner, building of inglenook, garage conversion, creation of 2 en-suites and lifting of roof in one room to full ceiling height. It was a huge undertaking and all of this with 2 children, 2 dogs, 2 cats and a surprise baby on the way that was born in the middle of it all! The team did their utmost to keep us in our house to avoid us having to move out during the works. It wasn’t easy by any means but I’m very grateful that we could stay in our home. Whilst it is very strange having to open your home to lots of people you don’t know, the Rubik’s team and other trades they employed were polite and respectful. I actually really missed their company when they finally left site! The work carried out has been completed to a very high standard and we have had many compliments from visitors when they have seen the house. Wehid has very high expectations of the people he employs and if he felt something wasn’t 100%, he would get them to start it again. Any issues, queries or concerns we had were dealt with quickly and without hesitation. Wehid would come and catch up with us regularly to keep us posted on progress and if we wanted to make any changes, he was accommodating and pro active in trying to find a solution. Any snags following the project have also been dealt with promptly. Thank you to Rubik for helping to turn our house into our forever home. The changes you have made are quite phenomenal and thank you for putting up with us probably getting in the way! Thank you also to Mihai, Bubbly, Floaty, Ali, Hada and all the many, many others that helped to change our home into the amazing space we now have. I would not hesitate in recommending Rubik Builders to anyone.

Professional management and tidy site.

Have been waiting over a year for my windows. Covid was part to blame. But total lack of communication I dont think they wanted my custom. Thank goodness i paid nothing

We used Rubik for our bathroom renovation/refit and couldn't be happier with the end result. The price was competitive. They maybe took a couple of days longer than others might've, but was definitely worth the wait. Wayne the tiler was a good guy and his standard of work was very high. Wehid kept tabs on what was going on and kept us updated throughout. A couple of snags at the end as you'd expect and they just came in and sorted it out, no messing about. Great company and look forward to using them again for other projects.

The plumber was very good excellent manners and very professional. Very honest and professional work man. The second job I have had done from Rubik Builders. They pointed out a faulty valve when doing some remedial work when I had a sink removed from my utility. They said its no harm to the system but the isolation valve was seized and was no longer functioning. If he did not mention this I would of been unaware for when I would of needed the emergency isolation valve for the water tank if it had leaked at a later date. He we very fast and efficient worked very well and was extremely tidy he cleaned as he went and kept my carpets clean by placing protection on top and brought his own vacuum cleaner. He replaced a stop valve in my airing cupboard and sealed a leak on one radiator also rehung a radiator that was falling away from the wall. Best workman I have had, extremely happy with his work will hire again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

Quoted me for green homes grant and never heard back from them again after trying to contact them so I lost out on £10,000 worth of work I could have had done. Very unprofessional, would avoid

One of their plumbers spent half an hour fixing a small leak from a radiator valve but they did something to stop the flow in it. They refused to come back and left me with a cold radiator in the bathroom. It had flow in it before they arrived. Just useless and rude too when i asked them to sort things out.......don't used them beware!

From start to the finish of this project Rubik Builders were excellent in all departments. Extremely transparent and superb communication with great attention to detail and keeping me informed of schedule. Building works were completed within quoted time frame and to a very high standard. Employed workman were very professional and polite. Thoroughly recommend

I found Rubik construction through the rated people website, after being left with a mess and unfinished work from a previous builder, I found Wehid to be both extremely helpful and professional, always willing to offer advice and help where and when it was needed, I was made to feel like nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in using Rubik for any work in the future, and would whole heartedly recommend them

We are very happy with the massive repair job Rubik carried out on our wetroom. The wood had rotted  under the existing floor covering and insulation in walls had gone mouldy. Rubik have done a great job and everything has  been newly fitted to a very high standard. The work began as arranged and was completed in the time agreed. Team members all very professional and friendly. Covid safety procedures followed carefully. We were all very pleased with the end result and should we have any more work to be done,  we would definitely call Rubik.

Bathroom conversion and internal building work - great job, fair price - a really professional outfit!

Rubik Builders recently did some work on my house. They removed a load bearing wall, installed an RSJ and also moved a stud wall. They were extremely quick, kept everything clean, were polite, friendly and very professional. I really can not recommend or thank them enough. Thank you very much.
