GGI has been excellent in carrying out various job in my home with excellent staffs telling you ahead and taking time and patient to explain what to expect, process of the job and how long the job will take. Julie and Paul carried most people through the process hanging around to make sure the job is done to people's satisfaction, and at the end of each job asking if you are happy or still needs anything doing. Credit to Julie for great organisation 👍

USELESS! Had our assessment for cavity wall and loft insulation first week of November. Advised it would take 1-2 weeks to get back to us but almost 4 months later we have heard nothing. No emails replied to, no calls returned, completely left in the dark since before Christmas. Complete waste of time!

Great company great service from start to finish still in shock that I got my loft turned into a fully functioning room aswell as my bills being lower all for free

Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. PLEASE AVOID!!!! We used them in 2021 for the grants to get our roof insulated when they got the government grant confirmed it all changed. They got £5k for government and I'm certain quote was overinflated to get the maximum after checking later on when it came out, this scheme was taken advantage of by businesses.They hired an external contractor which was against the criteria including aggressive face to face contact from guy in Green Grant installs who ran the business. When around 4 insulation sheet left on the job by contractor and spare we were told. We passed to neighbour, days laters Green Grant installs demanded them back to knock on and get them off our neighbour as they were his. These sheets costs around £30 each. An independent Asian guy came some month later (I think), he made Green Grant installs wait outside. He told us some of it wasn't fitted correctly in places, he told this directly to Green Grant installs and he promised to put face with assessor there to sort it. I called many times to be ignored, I was even asking who was this assessor guy and given no contact details, including emails, I even independently contacted government grants scheme in 2022 but it was closed for any business and wound down this particular scheme FAST FORWARD 2025 Green Grant installs get in touch because they want new business and to check out government schemes. I have emails and proof I have been ignored!!

Steven and his team have just finished work on our dormer roof insulation. The work is of an excellent standard and we were kept informed of every step of the job. The team were really friendly, courteous and professional. Steven sent photos of each step when job finished. Thank you for a good job done.

Excellent communication throughout the process of insulation kept me updated throughout the whole process and worked around what was suitable for me and not for them. Excellent work all the way around couldn’t ask for anything more.

So pleased with the work we have had done, Solar Panels, loft installation, windows and doors, extractor fan waiting to be done. Everything from start to finish, we were informed of each step, all the workmen worked non stop, they were all very we’ll manors, cleaned up after they had finished a job, credit to the team, I would most definitely recommend GGI and thank you to all involved

Updated review: UPDATED REVIEW – 3★ I am unable to leave a higher rating as the work completed is still not 100%. However, I would like to thank Pete for all his help and for trying to resolve matters. Pete has been brilliant. He has had regular contact with me and tried to help resolve issues as they arise and responded to any concerns raised. Previous Review: If I could leave a review of negative a million stars I would! From start to well I can’t even say finish because it is not by any means finished!! The service and work has been diabolical the level of incompetence and lack of respect for my property is diabolical! I am not one to leave bad reviews but this needed to be done! Work was started on my flat roof dormas for insulation to improve the energy efficiency of my home. This has not been completed correctly not once but 3 times now and still remains in the state of the following pictures! I have sent photos and videos and been left with empty promises of this being rectified. My facia’s and soffits should be together without any gaps yet I’ve been left with a huge gaping gap which completely defeats the object of having my home insulated! Roof tiles have been broken and not replaced. Rubbish has been left at my property! My drain pipe hasn’t been attached correctly! The list goes on! It is not only my self who is unhappy! On my close alone, never mind the wider estate 3 of my neighbours have also had a negative experience and again things remain incomplete and completely shoddy work!!!!

Had a quote for solar panels, and the sales manager Hannah was very friendly and professional. I was very impressed with the customer service and sales process, and hope to have the panels installed in the next few months.

The company did my house installation such as solar panel, insulation, roof ing , loft , electric, window , doors and plumbing . I am so pleased and happy . They let me know step by step what is going on. They make sure everything cleaned up . Very professional work . A big thank you to everyone

Did a delivery here only yesterday. Lovely girl I spoke to guided me to the right place and the lads were really helpful getting the delivery off the wagon with me. Had a couple of fans through the window also haha 😁

Please feel reassured that you will get a professional job done, I feel very lucky that they contacted me, I got both flat roofs replaced, under the grant scheme and therefore didn’t cost me anything, the lads were all really polite, worked fast and cleaned up after themselves too! We are exceptionally pleased with the work that has been carried out by Callum's team! Professional team with a true work ethic - they worked tirelessly to get the works completed in a swift amount of time and to a high standard. They also showed great respect to my elderly mother and that didn't go unnoticed. I would highly recommend. Looking forward to a reduction in energy bills too!

Awful company with nothing but empty promises, we had this work done through our landlord MSV and from start to finish it was a nightmare. The plasterers were decent but it quickly went downhill from there, the decorator ruined my whole house by not cutting in and wrong colour matches splashed paint all over my flooring. The front door was ordered as a template only with no letterbox or privacy glass and the management didn't care how things were left. I chased them for months before anything was even sorted and when it was this was half hearted. Be very careful if you agree to any work on your property because this company is a nightmare to deal with.

Excellent and efficient company. Very pleasant and helpful workers. Callum was was always available at the end of a phone and was very adept at sorting out problems. The whole process of externally insulating my roof, which I thought would be stressful, was infact very smooth and unobstrusive,

UPDATED REVIEW – 4★ After my initial review, I was contacted by a lovely gentleman named Ian who went out of his way to ensure the outstanding issues were resolved quickly and to a high standard. While the delays and lack of communication earlier on were frustrating — particularly around getting the correct ventilation fans installed and chasing remedial works — once they got involved, things moved swiftly. The insulation work (both loft and cavity wall) has been completed to a high standard and has made a noticeable difference to the warmth and comfort of my home. I appreciate that GGI eventually took responsibility and saw the work through properly. It’s just a shame it took persistence on my part to get there. That said, I’m now satisfied with the result and happy to update my review accordingly. Previous Review Very disappointing experience. GGI carried out insulation work at my property under the GBIS and another grant. While the insulation was completed, they caused damage to my ceiling and fencing in the process. Despite over three months of follow-ups and 10+ phone calls, they’ve failed to carry out the promised repairs. I even have written confirmation that they accepted responsibility — yet nothing has been done. Poor communication, no accountability. Would not recommend.
