Fantastic service, people great and really hard working. No discrimination towards me as a disabled deaf client and kept upto date via a lovely lady called carmel bell.

Right from the start of getting my roof done carmel and another guy made it clear what would be happening,and true to there word it went straight forward and if I did phone carmel she was there within half an hour or less to listen to my concern,the workmen who done the roof were pleasant and the aftercare of cleaning was 10 out of 10

Can’t even comment on their services but I can say after receiving abuse in the form of very unpleasant hand jesters and having the driver close up behind my car that we were practically touching all because I slowed down and came to a stop at a roundabout instead of flying across it when the was vehicles coming from the right, this has definitely left a negative view on their firm and what’s more disappointing when I sent a email to the company in regards of the driver in their company vehicle and giving the registration (MX69 VBU), I have not even had a email of acknowledgment of the situation. I wouldn’t haves cared as much if it wasn’t for the fact I had my infant daughter in the car with me and to have your employee trying to intimidate me and act in such a way all because I wasn’t speeding around and breaking the speed limit like this driver clearly expected me too. If that’s the kind of representation you want for your firm then so be it.

Friendly and great service in Wigton, can really tell difference with new windows and roof keeping heating in. Would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful lady knock on the door the other day asking me if Everything is ok with my property, said only problem I had was a sticky front door. We had a lovely chat about us both being from south east London. She was a very friendly lady. Well today she just knocked to say someone is going to look at my door today. Wouldn't have got this treatment from my old council. Great service from a lovely friendly lady.

DLP Services Northern recently installed a bespoke roof on our container at Eden Gardens, primarily designed to harvest rainwater for our allotment. While the purpose was a little unconventional, the result is exceptional. The workmanship is top-notch — solid, precise, and clearly built to last. The roof looks fantastic and has genuinely elevated the site, both visually and practically. It’s not just a structure; it’s a solution that supports sustainability and strengthens our community infrastructure. Thanks to this installation, we can now collect and store water more effectively, improving growing conditions and reducing reliance on mains supply. It’s a win for the environment and for everyone who volunteers here. We’re incredibly grateful for the professionalism, quality, and care DLP brought to the project. Highly recommended.

DLP is the best company you can hire highly highly recommend, there is one group who came over New Devonshire square, M7 4AD project, they are amazing each and everyone of them very friendly, understanding and helpful with anything they can. I can't stop THANKING EACH AND EVERYONE OF THEM specially David , Rick and Canron their are amazing and loving people to have them around. Even my 3 years old daughter she been asking for them when they having a day off or weekends ☺️. They all working together one hand but they not just colleagues they are like family to each other and to us. Big big thanks to Canron for everything and all the help he gives me. We will miss you guys ❤️

After contacting our local council to convert an existing bathroom into a wet room for elderly relatives, DLP were used to renovated and complete the works. The lads worked really hard and never stopped. Cleaned up after themselves and overall were very friendly. And have checked up with us regarding the works post completion to check we are still happy. Would highly recommend

Our block of flats has, in recent months, had a new roof fitted and I am so relieved as I have experienced many leaking problems in the kitchen and bathroom. Carmel from DLP visited my property and I cannot fault her understanding of my plight, she was most helpful. When it was decided that we were to get a new roof, Carmel kept myself and others in our block informed of what would happen and when. The men doing the work were very pleasant, working very efficiently and they done an excellent job. The difference to just the look of the block is so much better and now that it is watertight, that gives me peace of mind knowing that my home will be dry and not having to worry about anything leaking through. My thanks to Carmel, Andy and Amy for all their help.

Horrible firm. The workers leave their rubbish on your property (when i told their boss about it she said "can't you pick it up?) and are extremely rude. Customer service manager was very helpful till the work started and after that her phone was never switched back on, after the work had finished they leave the scaffolding and pallets of slate on your property for sometimes weeks before removing them. Don't use them, much better firms who do a better job and would be a lot more considerate.
