Dave Taylor came out to us as a weekend call out to sort out an electrical problem with our immersion tank in our property. As always Dave was very punctual, professional and managed to diagnose the fault. The fault was repaired and the guests staying had hot water. Excellent service from DTES, we will use them again.

Fairly simple job, but quickly completed. Appointment was to make and arrived right on time. Will use again when needed. Recommended.

I had broken a lighting circuit when trying to replace an old fitting. Multiple (baffling!) cables everywhere. Matty arrived bang on the scheduled time and patiently unravelled which cables joined to which others, restoring all lights and installing the new light fitting. All-round excellent work, and the speedy response to my cry for help was much appreciated! Very happy to recommend Dave and his team.

Dave Taylor Electrical services are brilliant. Sami who answers their phone is very helpful, efficient and friendly. They arrive when they say they will. They are so clean with their work and I find are more than competitive with anyone else. I will never use anyone else for my electrical work.

Fantastic experience with this small local company. We had several long standing electrical issues at our properrty which Kyle and the team sorted out quickly and efficiently and unlike many companies they are actually local to south Shropshire. We highly reccomend this company - not only was the work to a very high standard, but their charges and callouts were entirely reasonable.

I was impressed by every aspect of the service provided. An appointment was made to undertake the work within a few days of my request. The work was undertaken very diligently and very welcome advice was provided when I asked questions. Before invoicing me, follow-up was also undertaken to ascertain whether the work had successfully solved the problem.

The installation of 3 new sockets in my house was carried out professionally. However, the price of over £200 was not cheap and - on a old age pension - I won't be able to afford further services in future. In short, highly satisfied with the work, but highly dissatisfied with the cost.
