Very happy with our recent solar installation from Cre8Zero. Jake provided several options for us to look through and we didn't feel pressured at all. Once we had decided to go ahead, Dan came round to confirm where the battery would be going and he also popped in on the day of the installation to check everything was going OK. It's reassuring to know that we can contact them if we need any help or advice in the future. Highly recommended.

Cre8 Zero project managed our solar installation including panels and battery storage. The process from beginning to end, including assistance and direction with the financing has been faultless. All the steps they said they would do they have done without our having to chase up the stages - as we have with other building projects. This includes all the project steps up to and including an external survey on the roof structure to carry the weight; through to the necessary paperwork and application with the electricity authority for switching to a solar tariff. Cre8 Zero are the only “building projects” company we have used in our recent renovations who we would recommend without reservation, having met and exceeded our expectations for every step of the project. A huge thank you from us.

Had solar panels installed by Cre8 Zero and couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, the process was smooth, well organised and clearly explained. Jake was great to deal with day to day, and Robert was very hands-on and reassuring throughout. Dan popped round after the install to walk us through the configuration. Professional install, tidy workmanship, and everything delivered as promised. Would highly recommend.

The installation was done efficiently, and their communication was excellent. They helped me navigate a few technical issues with ease, making sure everything was perfect before they finished. The person who sold me the system was extremely knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions and really understand my needs. We had great experience from start to finish with the Cre8Zero team. The decision to go solar with Cre8Zero was a no brainier after seeing the financial benefits. The whole process from when the young man knocked on our door to the end of the installation ran very smoothly. They fit 18 panels onto the roof and a 10kwh battery for storage. No problems from start to finish would definitely recommend

Couldn’t recommend this company enough! Zach knocked on my door a few months ago and we were in the market for solar. Got us booked in for a free assessment where we sat down with Rob and he drew up a system exactly to our needs. We were very happy about the price so agreed to go ahead. We now generate 95% of our electricity through solar meaning we’re going to save a lot of money over the years. All thanks to Cre8Zero!

I'd been looking around at installing solar for quite a while, so when we had a knock at the door from Cre8 Zero Ltd, I was genuinely interesting in what they had to say. That developed very quickly into a no-obligation site visit with Jake who was very receptive to my needs and requirements. I started from a position of 'well as this is no-obligation - max it out. Make us as self-sufficient for electricity as possible', thinking I'd probably have to scale back plans due to cost. Not at all. Cre8 Zero proposed maximising solar generation from our roof space with 28 panels and a 20KW battery / 10KW inverter combination. I was VERY pleasantly surprised at the total project cost. In just over a month from initial conversation Robert and his team had dealt with our DNO for export, we had a superbly installed solar system which has slashed our electricity bills, and is earning us money by being paid to export electricity to the grid. A brilliant service provided by a great team. I can't recommend Robert and his team highly enough.

We would definitely recommend Cre8zero to anyone who is interested in getting solar panels fitted. The service was excellent from start to finish. We had a lot of questions initially which were all answered thoroughly and they were more than happy to speak to us, coming back to us promptly each time. Ollie was the first person with whom we had dealings with when he knocked on our door. He explained everything to us with no obligation to proceed and no pushy sales talk. Once we’d decided to go ahead he was with us every step of the way. His prompt responses to messages was a big tick for us and he helped provide info that was needed to enable us to get the green light from the developer of our build. Rob was also on board at this point and his knowledge and expertise was exceptional and no question was too big or small and again his speedy responses were timeless. The contractors doing the install were polite and very professional and had great respect for our home. Once installed we were contacted by Rob to make sure we were happy with everything and to tell us that Dan would be the next person in contact to explain to us how the app worked. Dan visited us and talked us through everything and told us to contact him with any issues going forward. Every member of the team we’ve had dealings with have gone above and beyond expectations and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cre8 Zero as their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced and the ongoing aftercare is priceless.

I had a really positive experience with Cre8 Zero! Fran initially knocked on my door and explained how solar works. Fran and her team made everything easy to understand with the paperwork. The installation went smoothly and everyone was so courteous. I’ve started to see an improvement in my energy bills which is wonderful.
