All the staff were professional and helpful. Dustin and Mirek our installers worked extremely hard and were very helpful and polite There were some teething problems with the solar panels and Mirek was immediately on the phone to us before we knew there was a problem. \ All is working very well now. I would highly recommend Anglian Renewables

Don’t expect any support from them

I purchased a solar panel system from this company two years ago. The director and salesman, Mr. Ali Yama, who handled the sale, oversaw the installation, and managed the handover, was an exceptional professional—knowledgeable, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. The system has been functioning well, and everything was fine until I switched internet service providers. After the change, I was unable to connect the solar panels to the new network and had to reach out to Anglian Renewables for support. Unfortunately, my experience took a sharp downturn when I spoke with Bobby Chandi. I have never encountered a representative from any company as rude, arrogant, and aggressive as he was. He insulted my intelligence, accusing me of being unable to follow simple instructions, and mocked my profession as a computer programmer, sarcastically asking, "When was that, 50 years ago? Ha ha ha." He even said, "Do you think I have nothing better to do than guide you for two hours?" To make matters worse, he lied, claiming that Mr. Ali Yama no longer worked for the company. His attitude was so appalling that when he offered to visit and assist in person, I declined. I wouldn't feel comfortable allowing someone like him into my home. At handover, no instructions were provided on how to connect the system to the internet, and Mr. Chandi eventually sent me copied-and-pasted instructions from another solar panel company. I eventually figured out the connection process on my own, which turned out to be quite simple—just a couple of steps, easy if you know how. While most companies seem great when you're purchasing a product and spending a significant amount of money, you truly see their character when something goes wrong. Anglian Renewables has shown itself to be unprofessional and disrespectful, and I deeply regret not choosing a reputable company.

Installation of a new heat pump, cylinder and radiators

Information really clear from the very first call to Anglian Renewables - responsive communicators. Installation team for our ASHP were incredibly efficient and considerate. It is really great when you genuinely get a great quality product and service, and the experience significantly exceeds your expectations.

Mixed Experience but unprofessional owner/director

Normally, I do not really feedback especially negatively but I felt I must on this occasion. The survey and installation went generally well apart from an issue with the tiles not being suitable for an in roof solar solution and the solar diverter either not being wired appropriately to the immersion or the plumbing set up not amenable to making this useful. All of which I put down to teething problems and I was happy with their flexibility, after care and understanding about delayed building works. Yama their salesman and their installer were both pleasant and competent. However, when I tried to understand the problem with the Solar diverter, I was treated very rudely and unprofessionally by one of the other owners, being called 'petty' and frankly shouted at - never have I experienced something like this as a consumer. If this is how they treat customers, I would stay away.

Very pleased with Anglian Renewables installation

Anglian Renewables installed our solar panels and 2 batteries a year ago, and we have been very pleased with the installation, which has worked well since. (There were a couple of minor issues: it turned out there wasn't room to install 14 panels but we are quite happy with the 12 that were installed, and I had to chase up the lady administrator for some of the final paperwork, but this was all received.) I found Micky, Bobby and Yama friendly, helpful and efficient. Recently, a power cut and/or power surge affected the batteries, and Bobby was most helpful in coming over as soon as possible to reset them.

I am pleased with the installation

I am pleased with the installation, friendly survey followed by scaffolding and a very quick solar panel installation on the front main roof, then couple of days later for the inverter to be installed and connected to the power supply. Probably about 6hrs total. - Scaffolding: 28th March - Roofing Works: 31st March (AM) - Electrical Works: 3rd April (PM) All personnel friendly, easy to chat with and clean tidy work. A good experience, definitely would recommend.

I choose Anglian Renewables Ltd for their honest information on what I could expect from the instslation I wanted they talked me through my options came out to complete a survey, from start to finish 3 months their staff are professionals and tidy 2 days to fit 18 solar panels and 4 batteries woukd certainly recommend them

Overall very good service

Overall very good service. They were helpful and quick to respond and stay in touch. Always checking in to make sure everything was alright. All the people who came to install the panels were super helpful, knowledgable and friendly. We had a neighbour who had some queries and rules in order to install the panels. Everyone who dealt with her was super kind and kept to her demands perfectly. Just had a few issues with the quote changing a few times which caused us a few problems. Once that was sorted everything was great.

Mixed experience

Mixed experience. Installation went smoothly, had to have the converter and batteries in the loft, only told afterwards that important not to let the loft temperature exceed 40 which in can do in the height of summer. Had to wait for batteries, and then told I could not have anymore as the newer ones not compatible with the older ones. Also had to install a whole new circuit for the solar diverter to the immersion heater, again not told about that before installation. So better communication from the start, but had the impression company was learning as it went along.

The company did what they were contracted to do, as soon as the DNO allowed them to. Made a very useful suggestion during the installation and chased up the DNO again after the installation.

These guys are very good...

Having had a bad previous experience in attempting to buy solar we took a long time to search and reference different Solar Panel companies. Anglian came out best and we were not disappointed. Their prices were competitive, the system has worked flawlessly and their installers were polite, efficient and turned up when they said they would! Their customer service was excellent before, during and after the installation. My electricity prices are down 50% + since installation. I would highly recommend them.

Anglian Renewables provided an excellent and professional service. I have an inverted flat roof and to protect the roof and ensure the Solar Panels were secure, they mounted the panels onto a grid which in turn was secured to the roof; it's been nearly a year now in all weathers and everything is fine. The savings particularly during the summer months is excellent.

I think anglia solar are a good company but!!!

I think anglia solar are a good company however in my case the installation could have been done with an incline on the panels. This was not none and when it rains there is puddles on the panels for days. The issue was raised with the company director but to no avail. There was plenty of room for the installation to be done with incline in the flat roof. Mehmet

Can't fault the experience

Communicated well, plenty of notice pre installation. People who done the installation were friendly, efficient and respected the property.

We cannot recommend Anglian Renewables enough! It has been an absolute pleasure allowing them to come and install an entire new heating system in our home. The two installers were so hard working and I have to say, is a rarity these days. They do not stop from the minute they arrive, and leave the property each day clean of rubbish etc. We are very fussy and they really went out of their way to accommodate all of our requests. They were also very knowledgeable with the air source pump heating and explained everything to us at the end. Bobby is also first class and was so helpful throughout the entire process, and even helped me complete our grant application at the end, which was successful. We are VERY happy customers!!
