Professional, personable and straight forward. Tony and Alex did a great job installing our solar panels on our garden room. They even advised and made good of some less than ideal wiring left by the previous owners. Battery and new inverter next! Would not hesitate to recommend!

Tony & Alex ran our solar project from inception, through planning, fitting and configuring the set up. New garage build with inset solar panels (6kw capacity) on south facing roof and (16kw storage). We Know Energy delivered on the remit of high quality products (panels, battery system and car charger) provided drawings and quotes and liaised with the electricians on site. The panels sit on UK designed metal trays and the team worked with the roofers. The panels went on in 1 day. The system is managed via a Solarwatt App. We are very pleased with the outcome. Tony and his team were so helpful in installing our EV charger. They were fantastic at advising us on the requirements which for us, included a new consumer unit, along with advice on the different types of EV charger to purchase. The installation went smoothly and when we had to have our charger replaced due to a fault with the product (not the installation!) they were fantastic at liasing with the EV company on our behalf and getting a new unit installed quickly. We had a few issues with our car and charger talking to each other, Tony has been so fantastic at talking to the car manufacturer and EV companies on our behalf and giving us some tips to try! We would highly recommend Tony and the team!
