I cannot fault the service we’ve had from Menai. The installation went smoothly, Alex, Rich and all the guys were absolutely fantastic. Follow up inspection from Steve, again fantastic. There are lots of companies touting for Eco4 business. Not all of them are made equal. You will not be disappointed if you choose Menai. Thanks for making this such a positive experience for us.

Menai have been absolutely fantastic! Steve has really looked after us pre and post install. The folks here doing the work were amazing. Everyone was polite, left the place tidy at the end of every day and the work is to a really high standard. Rhys and the plumbing team, Alex and the electrical team and Connor and the roofing team ALL excellent. I'm interested in how this stuff works so I've had a lot of questions and they've been really patient/helpful. I'll be using them for all of my servicing etc going forward as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Menai Heating!!

Very impressed with the service and professionalism, recently had eco4 system fitted, solar panels, loft insulation and heatpump and radiators. Communication has been fantastic, everything has been explained well and the expectation set and met throughout. Very friendly service, Rich and Llyr did a fantastic job on the install and explained the whats and the whys, they were very clean and tidy, went above and beyond ensuring everything was tidy and clean and safe every night for my little one to be comfortable and safe at home. Mark did a very tidy job on the electrics and took the time to explain everything. The scaffolding was fitted and taken away promptly leaving no mess. I regret not getting the install done years before. Thanks to their help in teaching me how to use the heating app its more than halved my bills. Steve came to do the final inspection and was very patient and explained all of the bits that I'd forgotten and taught me more. Faultless service. Thanks all x

We had the full system install completed over 2 weeks. The process itself is intense but over quickly. Menai have been great from start to finish. Steve has been honest in terms of the process and responsive to any issues we had. Mike was super clean and fast with the insulation and plastering. Gareth had his work cut out with the plumbing but got it all complete in the week. The electricians were professional and tidy as were the scaffolders who took care getting a massive truck up our tiny driveway so thanks for that . Erin and Will were really helpful with our inane questions about batteries and processes So happy we’ve had this done. Thanks to Menai for all the hard work. Would score you 6 out on f 5 if there was an extra star to select. Highly recommend you to anyone who asks. Good luck

Had a full system upgrade , heating , solar and insulation with Menai Heating.Cannot praise highly enough. Everyone has been totally professional and competent through the whole process. Well organised, brilliant trades and lovely staff in the office.

Outstanding service and customer care has been my experience with Menai from the initial enquiry until today where I am sitting with my new heating and water system working seamlessly as promised. A rare experience these days with anything and everything involving customer service. I enquired with several companies which were appalling and not interested in my experience as a person. Steve oversaw the project ensuring the best solution was offered to suit my specific circumstances...other companies had just given a quick offer which would have not been in my interest at all...don't get me started on how I feel about the misuse of taxpayers money by these other companies. All the team from Menai worked hard and communicated well to ensure the project was completed swiftly, Erin and the guys in the office went to great lengths to ensure it all ran smoothly and any issues were delt with professionally and at speed. Gareth and his team even adapted the plumbing installation to squeeze extra inches of space for me to fit my bathroom around and Alex's team were careful to ensure I understood exactly how to operate systems. I have just had work completed by Menai(new heating, solar) and the install was amazing with minimal amount of mess and the whole site team have been courteous and thoughtful during the whole process. I would definitely recommend Menai Heating to anyone thinking of having this type of work done.

Very happy with the heat pump, solar panel and battery installation by Menai Heating. All of the trades people who came to the house were polite, professional and hard working. When minor problems arose they persevered until everything was sorted. An excellent job - thank you - and the house is already feeling warmer!

I had a eco4 grant and this was installed by meani heating. I can not fault anything, work was carried out to a very high standard and in a timely and efficient manner. Every process was explained throughout the works and any questions were answered to a very satisfactory level. Sean and Mark the plumbers were very tidy and extremely efficient, as we're the electricians, Ash and his colleague (didn't catch his name) and the solar panel installers. Ash explained how to operate heating and hot water using the Apps and ensured that they down loaded and that I was able to log in ok. Loft insulation was complete very quickly and as I had 6 workmen in the house at the same time they all worked around each other to ensure the job still got completed without stepping on each others toes. Scaffolding was erected and taken down within a week and the lads were careful whilst doing this. Ian and Erin at Menai heating was also very good, great communication in regards to the install with any questions answered efficiently. Steve who has been to do the final inspection, was very polite and came out quickly on a day when I was available (as the original date was not convenient) he explained things again and confirmed that if there should be any issues to call him and he would get the right person out to fix it. As previously said I can not fault any aspects of my installation and I am extremely happy with the outcome. I would recommend anyone to use Meani Heating for any future needs no matter how big or small. Thank you everyone at Menai and the associated traders.

We have had a full installation from Menai Heating everyone has been extremely professional, Steve and Martin gave us a full run down and everyone that has been to the house to complete work has been so aware of our needs and worked with us. One slight issue with sorting electrics took longer than expected but on the whole a great experience. One improvement I could suggest is just more information throughout the process to the customer.

Excellent organisational team and we are happy with the end result. Its a hard process to live through for three weeks so I'd recommend leaving if you have somewhere else to stay especially the first week when the internal insulation gets done. Steve and his team were respectful with our home and made the process as easy as possible for us.

The whole company have been supportive throughout the eco4 installation, from start to finish. The improvements Menai Heating have put into our home have made a huge difference, keeping the warmth in and our costs down. We moved into a freshly renovated, almost 200 years old house in April this year and noticed immediately that it was a very cold house which contained a modern electric heating system but it didn’t heat the house at all. We asked Menai Heating for help and within a few days Steve from Menai Heating came and inspected the property and told us what needed to be done to improve the heating. The work of installing a complete gas heating system and insulation was completed in less than four weeks time. The services of several expert teams were required, every member of which was friendly and finished their task to our satisfaction. Today Steve visited us again prior to making his report on every stage of the work to the office. Thank you Menai Heating. You helped us a lot and we can finally enjoy the coming winter in a warm home.

We’re very happy with the work completed by Menai Heating. Our project included 22 solar panels, a heat pump, new radiators, and insulation. Understandably, we were a little nervous about such a big job, but each team delivered to a very high standard. They took the time to explain their plans, consulted us on practical and visual details, and made sure we were comfortable with every stage. Everything was finished in just four days, and the results exceeded our expectations.

Excellent service, all teams including plumbers, plasterers, joiner, electricians worked so professionally. Really impressed with how quickly the work was completed, bang on schedule. Steve managed the whole project brilliantly, delivering on every communication and was always at the end of the phone if we needed him. It's not often you receive this level of service across multiple teams, would highly recommend Menai Heating and will definitely be using them again for future works.

We qualified for the ECO4 Flex offer, funded by the power companies, because of a family member illness that is exacerbated by the cold. The Flex element of the scheme is managed and authorised by the local council, who we contacted to find a reliable supplier. Everyone we spoke with referred us to Menai Heating, based on Anglesey (and thank you everyone for doing that as it was a great experience). The initial phone call we made was efficient in explaining the basics to us and checking to ensure we would “qualify”. We qualified to have a “room in roof” insulation package to vastly improve our heat retention, an Air Source Heat Pump, ventilation systems in bathrooms and kitchen and a roof mounted solar system. All of the above was fully included in the funding covered by the scheme. We did opt to make an additional contribution to “upgrade” our heat pump to a Vailant Arotherm plus 7kWh with internet gateway (our own personal choice with no pressure sales involved at all) The installation started very quickly with the insulation of the attic room taking place first. The gang arrived and took great care in preparing the house to ensure cleanliness throughout. The room was finish plastered with all of the electrics extended to accommodate the extra wall thickness of applied insulation. This took about 3 days in total, after having me spent two days clearing out all the contents (junk) to enable the work to start! Meanwhile a ventilation test was carried out to check what measures needed to be applied- a reassuring test that didn’t just default to “every window needs a vent” type thinking we had previously experienced. The plumbers then arrived and did a fantastic job installing a very quiet and efficient heat pump and hot water cylinder. The work was well laid out annd they took pride in ensuring it “looked good” as well as operating efficiently. Electricians completed the set up and preparation for roof top solar install. Again an excellent and efficient process to complete this stage. Scaffolding erection followed, allowing the roofers to install twelve solar panels on our slate roof (5.4kWh). They took great care during the install and any worries I had about our c1825 slate roof was unfounded. The panels used for us are bi-facial and very aesthetic so they actually look very good, unlike some that just appear very cheap looking. The overall effect of these measures has produced a permanently warm, healthy home, with efficient performance that is affordable to run. For the first time ever our smart meter reads £0.00 running costs for most of the day (in grey cloudy weather). All of this covered by the ECO4 Flex scheme, except for our requested upgrade on the heat pump, which was entirely our own choice and certainly not forced on us. The various trades that attended all provide friendly, professional service that could not be faulted. My only concern was that they informed me that most people don’t even offer a cup of tea as they work! Come on people get the kettle on and some biscuits at least, these guys are doing an excellent job for you, at zero cost to you! The Menai Heating office staff and project manager, Steve, could not have been more helpful with constant updates provided and attempting to support any reasonable request without fuss. Since installation we have received all of the various guarantees (some upto 30 yrs) and are currently awaiting the final “pack” which will include the MCS registration for the solar install. There are various add ons available if you should need them and I would recommend getting a “battery” installed with your solar as this will almost certainly add to your energy savings. A provision was made to accomodate a future Tesla Powerwall 3. Totally recommend this company for any work you may need doing at your property. No hard sell, a professional approach, rapidly executed from start to finish in approx 2 weeks - amazing and thank you very much to you all! All of your team are very welcome to pop in for a cup of tea anytime you are passing!!

All paperwork completed by the office staff, scaffolding erected, Craig and the team completed all the work efficiently, were extremely professional and everything was cleaned up as they went. All debris and rubbish was bagged and taken away. My house was left how they found it all I had to do was a bit of extra dusting!! They even built me a shelf so the my tumble dryer could go back the the airing cupboard, they certainly went the extra mile. Can’t praise them enough and the system works brilliantly. Everything to do with using the controls was explained in full. Well done Meani Heating you went above and beyond from the team in the office to sign off. THANK YOU

From start to finish, Matt at Menai Heating was brilliant. Professional, friendly and super responsive. Menai Heating kept to their appointments and did a fabulous job on our solar panels and battery. All the team worked incredibly hard and were courteous and polite. Awesome company to deal with and their prices are reasonable. Fully recommended!
