Awful company rush job on installation then call after call getting them back as system doesn't work properly very disappointing and communication is diabolical never reply 2 emails or return calls

Talk the talk this company. Will come in and ruin your whole house and leave work incomplete. Plasters well there is no words for them but rest of lads are lovely. Don’t leave paper work for any completed job. Avoid them

Had our boiler installed today by eco by assure, such a great team of lads , James, Ross & cayman , a team from Blackburn, so impressed with their work and attitude to it , could not have been more helpful, they advised us before hand of everything it would entail the boiler was installed in the day and cleaned up after themselves and all in a professional and friendly manor , brilliant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This company did a dreadful job on our detached three bedroom property and a year later ECO by Assure has left us without the working system that was specified and which they guaranteed to complete and without any means of cooking because the system was not - in the end it transpired - capable of being connected to the AGA. The work is all done by people based in Lancashire. They all drove to East Sussex each time from Blackburn and surrounds (although ECO By Assure will categorically tell you when trying to get you to sign the contract that they use contractors local to you. This is completely untrue). All the supplies come from the Blackburn area too and turn up without notice at all hours. The installation team arrived in East Sussex at around 10 am after leaving home at 2 or 3 am - they were exhausted each day and rushed the work to get off and round the M25 as early as possible. The work - particularly by the plumber and electrician - was lazy, shoddy and messy. Do not be fooled by them telling you that the system they install will work or that you can stay in the house during the work - that is not possible. We had all measures carried out including internal insulation, solar panels, air source heat pump, and ventilation. They have sacked the plumber and electrician who worked on our property and who did not complete the work - a child would have made a neater job - but they still have not put everything right. One year later we have no cooker because despite assurances that it would be made to work and repeated confirmation of this, the company could not do it and are now telling us that we must do this at our cost. I have tried many times via email and conversation to resolve this but the company and Directors are only interested in taking on new work (as they have to complete a certain number of installations each year in order to retain their registered status). Do not trust anything they say. There are much better companies than this and it is your choice. The Government scheme is a great idea but more and more is now being shared on line about terrible companies who are registered as Eco4 grant installers. My recommendation is to find a registered installer located very close to you, get everything in writing (e.g. we were promised verbally that our loft boards would be put back but then this was denied and wasn't done along with a number of other verbal promises that were not kept). Local companies use tradesmen who will be able to pop back if things aren't right. The ECO By Assure tradesmen were 6-7 hours drive away from us and rushed everything and now hope to wash their hands of all the problems they have left us. These companies make fortunes from the Government schemes but are not willing to complete or rectify the work they have not completed properly and as contracted. Formal complaints to the funders and regulators will now follow.

Just like to say what great service we had from Gary and Danny who did our loft insulation brilliant workers left everything very very clean after a dirty and dusty job would recommend these two guys to anyone Keep up the good work Harry

My personal experiencewith this company has been very professional and thorough in all their work. Every process has been carried out carefully. The workman are genuinely very caring and helpful. They work together as a team and have looked after our property throughout the work. Tidy and clean and helpful in moving things around for us. I would highly recommend this company...if your lucky enough to get accepted...don't hesitate...your property will be in a better condition.

Having quite enouhg of this service. They do not work on my house and still managing to mess around like it doesn't matter. Plastic sheet cover wrapped around the lines in front of my window, remains of construction compound poured in manhole, and my front of a house used as a storage. Workers leaning on all neighbours bins around the street and in front of their houses having a cigy breaks... Treated me with lovely names when asked them multiple time to keep it tidy.

Had the team in Jim carl (rapid) scott treated the house with utmost respect, very clean workers always tidied up after themselves, left no rubbish around once finished, very polite when talking, very professional would recommend for people to use,

What an AMAZING team,these guy's are 🥰!!(Professional,courteous, helpful and very friendly)Jim,Ash and Carl (Rapid),the insulation team,were absolutely brilliant. Explaining every task to be undertaken,throughout the whole process in a clear and understandable language. They were very professional, courteous,friendly and helpful,clearing up as they went along,as well as doing a thorough clean at the end of each day. Then Ross and Johnny,the extraction fan guy's,who again, explained all they were about to be doing in layman's terms,again cleaning up as they went along. Then today I had the pleasure of meeting the joiners, Ollie and Dan,who are exactly like the rest of the team,informative, professional,and courteous as well as friendly(like ALL of the team). The work carried out by the WHOLE process has been to such a high standard and a positive experience and I am so happy with the results. I would highly recommend this company ( ECO BY ASSURE)to anyone who is wanting/needing this type of maintenance doing to their home/accommodation! Very unprofessional company, took them 6 months to send someone out to fix my light switch which was messed up by the workers. When you ring up and speak to a member of the team they say we will call you back to resolve the matter but never call back. My blinds in all 5 rooms have been messed up was told will get it sorted it's been 8 months and nothing has been done.

Excellent group of lads, went above and beyond. Took the time to do a perfect job of installing the echo four insulation, ensuring the rooms in the house were cleaned, in fact cleaner than when they got there. The Plumbers, Joiner and Electrician showed they were also highly efficient in replacing fans, boxing the boiler in and putting the blind and curtain poles back up. Nothing much for them. If you get the chance to have Eco 4 put in your house choose Eco by Assure you wont regret it. I hall-the loft space insulated, all of the external walls insulated, plastered and vents putting the widows by Jack and his team then the joiners came in and replaced the knobs on radiators and enabling me to manage the heating via phone app. The electrician replaced the fans in kitchen. And bathroom and put a panel heater-bin my hallway and then finishing it al was Olli the joiner who closed in the boiler and then hung the blinds leaving the house over a 6 day period altogether a much warmer place. Im looking to my bill reducing 😀

Just speaking with John who was clearly hung over and couldn’t speak clearly enough to be understood. He did not identify who he was calling from - took 7 or 8 requests before he gave the name. Then he is asking the same questions over and over. If the boiler hasn’t been replaced it still won’t be replaced if you ask 3 times or more. Sometimes it’s difficult to understand what ‘No’ means doesn’t it John? Then suggests I was rude to question him. It works both ways doesn’t it? Have enough about you to identify yourself, speak clearly and take note of the answers then there can be no misunderstanding. Well Johnny you are doing this company proud. Keep it up!!

An update from my original review...it was all fixed n works like charm when the heating works....when something happens (which is indeed rare) i know i can count on these guys for help...i was sceptical at first about the heating system so i took a little time to say more but honestly...its awesome,im always cosy,the bills have gone down so much the electric bill is constantly in the black,n theres nothing to do w it...all i need to do is to put the heating to 22.degrees n keep it there n i nevee have to worry or think about it...in the cold i turn it down a little when airing the house but most of the time i dont n it heats up the house quickly...today the wifi stopped working n somehow the whole heating system isnt working...no idea what happened but i thought nah nobody in today cant be calling anyone on their mobile...its Sunday...well my partner did contact lee n he gave advice what to do as were in scotland so quite a journey from him,n as it didnt work we have someone coming first thing tomorrow morn...now thats amazing!!!!!!THANK YOU...i was really worried about the weather n im anyones worst nightmare when im cold,so to be going out of your way a yr after installation to come here n look at this im beyond grateful...i wanted to write a new review but it wouldnt let me so im doing it this way hope thats ok...so yeah awesome job thank you for everything n i hope this will help you get more happy customers 😊 L

I’m now the proud owner of a full insulated 112 year old quarry man’s cottage on the Mendip hills. I’ve lived here for 23 years in my cottage and qualified in may for the Eco 4 grant and Eco buy Assure from start to finish have been excellent easy to communicate with and all work from Martin who surveyed my house and Leigh the plumbing survey Paul and the insulation team Dan the plumbing and heating team and not forgetting the electricians have all been very professional and easy to talk to throughout the entire installation and I must not forget to thank Lisa and the office guys and solar team who were here and gone before I new it ! Many thanks to Eco by assure I highly recommend the company 10 stars ⭐️
