Came out over the holidays when my heating failed. Fixed the problem at a price well below my expectations. Having problems with my debit card which can't be sorted until the holidays over: no problem to this company who did the work with a promise of delayed payment because I was cold and disabled, and contacted me the following day to check all was well. Polite, efficient and worthy of a 10 star review. Words cannot express how grateful I am. Highly recommend

I would recommend getting this company to give you a quote. Steve Monnery listened to my design needs and recommended all the equipment to meet my requirements. The installation went well and the attention to detail was perfect as I'm a very pernickety person. I'm very pleased with Artimus Renewables and would recommend them to all of those seeking to move their energy consumption to off peak tariffs. Artimus are an MSC installation company which gave me the confidence to place my order with them.

Review for Artimus/Steve Monnery from Norman Palmer. Oct 2025 We attended a good explanation by Steve of the work done for the major installation of 70 plus solar panels as well as heat pumps and air conditioning for our friends at New Life Church in Market Rasen. We had been thinking for some time about having battery storage added to our own 10 year old solar panel system and this company seemed to be the one to deliver. Steve did a thorough preliminary survey ready to prepare a quote, unlike some other companies which gave the impression that a few photos from us and some information would be an adequate basis for a quote. He is that unusual combination of having both the detailed knowledge of the product he is selling as well as the technical expertise to weigh up the best way to do the job. In both he shared his expertise answering my many questions with patience and some jest. He resolved problems with weak wireless signals, suggesting more than one alternative, brought my garage consumer unit up to standard and worked beyond normal hours to track down problems in my house consumer unit involving a failed RCD and still made time to demonstrate the software giving us confidence to use it before going home. Considering that ours was a small job we felt that he gave us as much attention as one would expect on a job worth far more and we thank him for that.

I decided to install batteries so I could use cheap overnight electricity during the day. The first 2 companies I tried really had no idea what they were talking about despite being specialists. I came across Artimus online and started talking to Steve, who clearly knew his stuff. I agreed on an 80KW system which is quite big for a house and Steve installed it very quickly and professionally. It is a great piece of kit and has reduced my electricity bills by almost two thirds. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Frank & Lorraine Charles Artimus Ltd installed air-conditioning to our property and from initial contact to completion of work it could not have gone any better. Steve (Bossman), Matt, (Steve's son),and Gren ( good friend of many years) provided excellent service, workmanship, communication, installation and banter. Installation is of the highest quality, tidy and clean up brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for them, clear instructions given on matinence and care. In all we give them 20 out of 10. I had solar panels and a storage battery fitted by Artimus in 2023 Excellent, neat installation with good tidy cable runs displaying a high standard of workmanship. Steve the M.D. is a highly competent engineer who willingly shares his knowledge. I have experienced a few minor problems caused by Broadband suppliers. Steve has always been happy to help and has done so without hesitation. The service I have received from Artimus has been to a very high standard and very customer friendly.

This is the second time i have used Artimus to do work for me the work was completed in a good time frame very professionally with all rubbish being taken away the my home was left clean all members of the company are professional as I said but also willing to stop and discuss any concerns or questions you have it is vert rare to find a company ware all the members are genuine people person always to go the extra mile to make sure that you are 100% happy with the job I would recommend them to anyone looking for a excellent company.

I found all employees of artimus to have a good work ethic , down to earth and easy to talk to. I found it unusual to find good trades people to actually follow up and do what they said they would. Because they covered all the trades I required it ment we didn’t have a load of different people in the house that you didn’t know and didn’t trust. I’m 100% happy with the service and will definetly use them for any future work.😃😃😃

Over 3 years Steve and Matt have fitted me an AC coupled battery (to add to existing solar) and a recent car charger. They turned up when they said and fitted them in a professional manner. They were both polite and tidy in their work. Both items had minor teething problems getting them to recognise 3rd party equipment but Steve and Matt continued their support to resolve these issues. I have had trouble free use since which confirms they know their stuff. Thank you both.

When quote obtained and during pre installation discussions both my wife and me immediately felt Steve was trustworthy and honest, giving sound advice and recommendations. We did not feel the same way about other contractors who quoted us. Ours was not a straightforward job due to the age of our property and various plumbing alterations made over the years. Steve was very knowledgeable, most patient and accommodating in resolving the issues as they arose. To us it was a big job, 2 heat pumps on the main house, 1 heat pump for annex and the fitting of a solar power array with batteries to store the generated electricity to mitigate the fact we needed 2 heat pumps. The team arrived promptly every morning and worked flat out, were very respectful and tidied up after themselves. Absolutely delighted with the quality of the work they did and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

All workers worked hard every day and got the installation of our air heating pump done in four days. They were all trustworthy, friendly and really knew what they were doing. We can recommend them wholeheartedly.

Steve was so helpful and very knowledgeable! Very pleased with our heat pump service as it was the most thorough one we have ever had. Steve worked hard to fit us in for the service and then explained everything during the service. Fantastic job and would 100% recommend.

We’d just moved into a property about an hour away from Steve at Artimus, our Samsung ASHP died, and the local ‘renewables’ company were worse than useless when it came to helping. I found Artimus via the Samsung-approved list of installers and gave him a call. We went through the issues/error codes, and he said he’d pop by that week when he was in the area to see if there was anything that could be done – given that the unit was 12 years old. Sadly, it was beyond trying to save as it would have been throwing good money after bad. We sourced a replacement ASHP ourselves, and Steve managed to fit us in around his busy schedule to get our heating working again in what were the depths of winter. Steve says it like it is and explains everything as plainly and easily as possible so even the complex is understandable. He’ll give advice rather than ‘sell’ and help you out as much as he can within a strict budget. I trust Steve and his advice, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Artimus Renewables; who truly exceeded our expectations. We had a hybrid inverter, solar battery and an EV charger installed, and we also asked Steve to service our air source heat pump. From the outset, Steve was very understanding and took the time to listen to our concerns. He was always very friendly and considerate to our needs, which made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Not only was he efficient in his work, but he also delivered excellent results and cleaned up when he had finished. He made sure that we fully understood everything that had been done and also provided instruction to help us going forwards. I spoke to Steve (Artimus Renewables) several months ago regarding heating installation at my mid-terrace property and the work has been carried out recently at the agreed time. I opted for air-source heat pump option in an attempt to be environmentally friendly and with the government grant available for renewables, Artimus realistic pricing was favourable over gas. The job incorportated full central heating installation (from scratch) of air-source heat pump, tank, pipes and radiators, along with insulation of 4 internal walls. Whilst the work took a little longer to complete than estimated, Steve has been reliable and trustworthy, communicating clearly throughout the whole process and everything has been completed to a high standard. I would recommend Artimus to anyone wanting similar work done

Fantastic customer service, was in a really difficult situation with previous heating system and Steve and his company supported us through it. Great knowledge with Steve’s engineering background, it’s rare you can find a heat pump engineer with both plumbing and electric skills and makes things so much easier dealing with one person. Always contactable and honest person, this so somebody you can put your trust in. It’s been a few weeks since install now, and I can already tell the new heat pump equipment is cheaper to run, reducing my energy bills. Hopefully In the future I will be dealing with Steve and his company again Thanks again Eddie and Laura

We had our solar and battery system installed by Artimus. Stephen did a great job throughout. Communication and responses were very prompt and detailed. All questions answered asap. We are very happy with the standard of the work and the aftercare has been excellent. Would highly recommend. The whole process has been made very easy.

Artimus recently completed a solar and battery installation for me. Steve was brilliant to deal with, discussing various systems and helping me to refine my requirements.
