Excellent service

Acen provided an excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again. The Engineer was professional and arrived early on the arranged day. Communication was excellent both arranging the appointment and on the day. I will definitely be using Acen for any future electrical work I need completing.

Acen Solar did a fantastic job on my Solar install. I had got quite a few different quotes and was finding a lot of companies were overpriced and inflexible. Aras was the complete opposite and I found him down to earth, helpful and willing to work with me to provide the equipment and install I was looking for. The quote was also itemised in terms of equipment / labour/ scaffolding which incredibly no other company seems to provide. Aras came round to do a survey within a few days and had the job done about 2 weeks later. I ended up fitting 14 panels which far exceeded my expectations in terms of generation and I’m over the moon about it. All documentation and MCS certificate was provided a few weeks after which was longer than I expected but understand there is a wait for DNO. Thanks Acen Solar, highly recommended!!!

I've used Acen for three installlations and all have gone very smoothly and offered great value. Aras is a very honest, hard-working guy. Highly recommended.

Having undertaken a fair bit of research and looking for a local installer I came across Acen Solar. Aras spent much time with me going through a few iterations with my constant questions he was very patient and was always very helpful to draw up proposals, eventually settling on a optimum configuration. He and his team did the install within a week. System is now up and running and exports also setup and I'm definitely seeing a return on my investment. Highly recommend Acen.

So I recently had Aras and his team install and commission my solar and battery storage system, everything was explained and taken care of right from the start. It’s been a pleasure having the team onboard can’t thank them enough and highly recommend to anyone looking to get solar. All paper work inc registration with the DNO and MCS was taken care of. Excellent work, I have used this company for a number of years both on solar panel and battery supply and installation. This time to install a manual switch to be able to use storage batteries in case of power outage. Prompt, knowledgeable and reliable.

Flexible, quick and affordable.. no fussing, they got the electrical rewiring work done ahead of the quoted schedule and the quality was fine. I'll work with them again for sure!

Aras and his team were very professional in getting the Tesla charger installed at my residence. They are very thorough and expert in their field. The best part I liked, which I didnt see other doing, they also cleared any waste materials including vaccum cleaned drill dust both inside and outside my home. Would definitely recommend them.

I have used Acen Solar for installation of solar panels and batteries. I would highly recommend them . They have excellent technical knowledge, did a very professional job and were also very competitive on price . When one of my batteries broke down they were very promt in coming out and getting it replaced by the manufacturer! Five Stars!

Whole process went smoothly and we're very pleased with the result. Aras is super knowledgeable and helped us with getting us set up properly with or supplier. The work was completed quickly, neatly and exactly as quoted. And over the summer, our average monthly electricity bill was less than £5

Aras from ACEN SOLAR & ELECTRICAL LTD installed and commissioned my solar and battery system, taking care of all the paperwork, including registering with the UK Power Network for export and obtaining the MCS certificate. He also provided workmanship insurance and gave me around 70 pages of documentation. I waited to leave a review because I wanted to experience the after-sales service, and I’m happy to say it has been excellent. Aras is exceptional in his focus on customer satisfaction and care. He was honest when issues arose, provided prompt assistance, communicated clearly and concisely, and treated me with respect throughout the process. I’m more than 100% satisfied with the after-sales service, and today marks the anniversary of my installation. A big thank you to Aras and his team!

Acen did a very good job installing my…

Acen did a very good job installing my solar panels and battery storage system last year. This year we found that pigeons were trying to nest under the panels and realised we needed bird proofing. I contacted Acen and received a very prompt reply and quotation for the work. Having accepted the quote, the bird proofing was quickly and efficiently installed and my wife and I are very happy with the result. A very good company to work with.

Experienced, professional, competitive We have used Acer Solar for two projects and they delivered on both. Aras and his team were professional, stuck to deadlines and competitively priced. Happy to recommend them.

Ares came as a sub-contractor through another company, and installed a solar PV system at our property. His communication was good both before the installation and during. They turned up on time and were very tidy while on site. I had a lot of questions about the installation and a few things we wanted to see if they would work, and Ares was very accomodating to help with those even if they didnt work out in the end. All in all more than happy to recommend ACEN Solar to others and would be happy to have them back again.

A great service, The guys were experts in their field, starting on time, and finished as planned. No issues with them at all, were very tidy, no mess being left and explaining what they were doing and listening to the customer (me) regarding any comments I had made. Once again a great service, would use them again!!

Aras from ACEN installed and commissioned our Solar and Battery system and did an excellent job. His work was neat and precise. I am a retired electrical engineer and found him easy and professional to work with. He was also reliable and flexible with regard to site dates and times. Communication (usually by WhatsApp) was generally good. In our instance ACEN were working for us via Glow Green Ltd, but I understand they undertake work directly. From our experience I would thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent service on 2 out of 2 occasions 1) Solar installation 2) upgrading consumer unit to 100 amp and fitting Tesla wall charge Professional, thorough and courteous just some of the words to describe them. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again
