Everything on installation day ran smoothly. Ken kept things on track and made sure the team knew exactly what was happening. The work was done neatly and professionally, and the house was left clean at the end.

Jack and Dan came to my house to install trickle vents and an extractor fan in the bathroom. They were professional and considerate and explained the work being carried out. They answered any questions that I had. I hope the team that complete the insulation install are just like these two. Thank you.

We added ventilation alongside insulation and it’s made a real difference. Chris explained why it was needed and how it would help. The system was fitted neatly and quietly, with no disruption to the house at all.

Cavity wall insulation was recommended for our house and it’s already paying off. Ali explained what would happen and kept things moving. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the place spotless afterwards.

Giving a second chance

After a rocky beginning Stellar Energy have done the right thing, accepted thing do and have gone wrong and are doing something about it, using a simple 5 letter word Sorry is not that difficult to say and they have done so, due to a lack of communication I was frustrated regarding my claim for assistance over a period of several months, it has been explained to me that their system failed them and they accept opportunities were sadly missed and things could have been handled a lot better when I reached out to them but again they have fully accepted errors were made. I want to make it very clear I have rewritten my review because Stellar Energy accepted they were at fault and apologized and have assured me they will adapt and improve. I did not accept any financial reward to rewrite this review. After speaking in an open, honest and courteous call from the managing director I will be staying on Stellar Energy books for when grant become available in the future. I do hope the challenges in the future can be overcome by Stellar energy, I am assured what had been a negative experience can be used as learning experience to prevent it happening again, Hopefully all future experiences will be positive ones. Thank you Stellar Energy for doing what was right, Its very much appreciated

After a survey they offered me a granted insulation but never started the work and after several chasing they said that they are not in rush, in a rude manner To Stellar: you surveyed my home on Nov 19th. Stellar energy Eco4 funded project

Stellar energy project managed my Eco4 insulation, air source heat pump and battery installation. They were quick securing my grant funding. Each stage of the work was inspected and any snags were sorted quickly. The teams of skilled workers were courteous and respectful of my home. They worked fast and were a pleasure to have around. I am delighted with the services I received and the quality of the workmanship. Highly recommended.

After a lot of research we decided to pick Stellar energy. 1) Because of the good reviews and 2) Because they are a local company. Unfortunately after a promising start I feel we have been wasting our time. Communication to start was excellent bordering harassment to be honest e.g receiving text and emails constantly during the first phase. Unfortunately after the survey things have gone down hill and they have completely ignored my numerous messages and emails sent on a weekly basis ( Having read the other 1 star reviews it is obvious that if you property isn’t worth looking at you get the cold shoulder) We had our survey on the 12/6/25 and we are still waiting 8 weeks later to see what’s going on!! Does the next stage take this long?? Why don’t you answer my messages/emails?? I wish I had gone elsewhere to be honest. Very disappointed after excellent communication during the first phase. If our property isn’t suitable for the work then please let us know. Diolch!

Following our ECO4 funded installation of an ASHP, plumbing, radiators and ventilation we had a couple of minor snags / queries that we asked if Stellar Energy could advise on and correct if possible. The company was very helpful and promptly arranged for Dan and Sean to visit today. The snags were sorted and the house left clean and tidy as they have all through the project. Thank you to Dan and Sean for help today. Your professionalism, politeness and friendliness that you both display ensures that you are both excellent ambassadors for your company and hope that they appreciate you.

We have really enjoyed working with these guys. From the initial assessment through to getting everything fitted. It has been very professional and a positive experience. Highly recommend. From start to finish Stellar energy were brilliant. Covered all aspects From the first phone call. Came out to my house to see what needed doing. After 3 months had solar panels, air source heat pump and radiators, internal wall insulation (insulation/boarded&skimmed), Loft insulation, all installed. The Grant has made a massive difference to the house and will help save money on my gas & Electric bills. They literally cover everything if your thinking of upgrades on your home get in touch with Stellar Energy.

All in All good experience, the installers were absolutely excellent, clean and tidy. Would like to have had a more detailed handover if I’m being very picky but would definitely recommend people to go ahead with the grant because it’s definitely the way forward, and stellar are a brilliant company to go with.

I own a 300 year old cottage in Cardigan west Wales. I recently took advantage of the government’s ECO4 grant to install solar power and an air source heat pump and central heating system. I had Stellar Energy do the work and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the first visit from their surveyor to the signing off of the finished job I found them courteous,efficient and very approachable. If anything needed explaining they were happy to help. Whenever I had a choice, they helped with simple thorough advice. I recommend Stellar to all my friends and am happy to do so here. They do a great job with minimal fuss and mess and leave with everything clean and tidy and the job well done. I am happy to recommend them to anyone. Brian Wright

Overall we are happy with the work. We had a load of upheaval and the works took longer than expected. Our house is completely different it’s a warm house with a constant heat. The heating isn’t as expensive as people make out. You need to keep it on. I would recommend this type of heating.

Amazing work from start to finish. They arrived on time the plumbers, electricians and most of all Robert the Plasterer, who did an outstanding job. Worked non stop, we highly recommend him, he was so polite and trustworthy, and an excellent overall tradesman. All workers 5 stars! We would highly recommend, thank you.
