Impeccable work today from Brett, who changed every light in my kitchen in record time. Explained everything in detail, asked my opinion and cleaned up every speck of mess. I’m extremely pleased. I’d definitely recommend Imp Electrical Ltd.

Having the need to get some electrics checked, Brett @ Imp Electrical was recommended by a friend. From the initial contact to completion, he understood the request, explained the issues and finished the work to a high standard. He is diligent, courteous and highly recommended.

Fantastic first experience of Imp Electrical, having been given recommendations to use their services. Excellent communication with Emily in the office. A booking was made for the following day. Jarrod was polite, friendly and professional. Showed me the finished work and explained what he had done. Left the area clean and tidy. Very pleased with the quick and efficient work done.

We were referred to them by one of our friends and they are absolutely fantastic..No request will be denied and they will make it work somehow.. From replacing or creating sockets to hanging lights they did really good work and we are very pleased with them...Very professional and courteous as well...

I contacted Imp electrical to supply and install an EV charger. The whole process was extremely straightforward and easy. Brett and Poppy installed the charger yesterday and were very neat and tidy. They were also very friendly and I would not hesitate to have them back in my home in future. For new EV owners the process of selecting a charger and having it installed can be fairly daunting with many electricity suppliers pushing a particular brand of charger which is then installed by a third party contractor. I found it difficult to find which company would actually be doing the work and could not assess how ‘good’ they were from reviews. This is the reason I initially contacted Imp Electrical and I am so glad I did. They know their stuff, and made the process easy. A local, family run company which I will certainly use again in the future. Cannot recommend them enough.

Imp Electical Limited has recently carried out a full rewire on my bungalow. Brett and his team absolutely delivered and so much more. They used their initiative where necessary and delivered over and above. They guided me with any decisions which needed to be made, which I appreciated. My bungalow was left clean and tidy which to me demonstrates care and professionalism and respect for their customers. I left my home in Brett’s care and I am so delighted with the rewire and cannot thank Brett and his team enough. I would recommend Imp Electrical without hesitation. We had just had Alex and Poppy carry out a few electrical jobs at our home today, and we can’t tell you how impressed we are. After some poor experiences with electricians in the past, we were a little doubtful however, we really didn’t need to be. Their attention to detail, pride in their work, and excellent customer service were fantastic. We’ll certainly use Imp Electrical Ltd again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, hard-working electricians. Great work, and thank you!😀

Matt came out to me a couple of days ago to install my Zappi charger. He was brilliant, very knowledgeable, and patient - very, very patient helping me to get the charger installed. I was let down very badly by Glow Electrics Ltd. I was left in the lurch - solar panels and charger were put up OK (I think), but they went into liquidation very soon after my panels were fitted and they would not respond to me at all once I had paid their invoice. I had no idea how to get the charger working and found out after 4 months that the system had not been reported to Octopus as they had promised to do. Sorry won't go on any more there was such a lot of misery. On the other hand Matt was a breath of fresh air. So helpful. He really knows his stuff and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I wish I had contacted Emily at Imp Electrical Ltd earlier - it would have saved me months of worry. Thanks to Matt I now have full confidence in my solar panels and charger. Also have peace of mind knowing that I will be able to contact them again if anything is needed. Brett and his colleagues installed an EV charger yesterday, and made a really good job of it despite the length of cabling that needed to be installed. It looks really neat. They arrived on the scheduled day, were very friendly, clean and tidy in all that they did, including demonstrating the use of the charger and the appropriate phone app. A job well done!

We had an outside garden office electrical installation through Brett and the team at Imp Electeical. From start to finish, the service was outstanding with clear, sensible consultation and advice given. Brett was excellent and gave us all the information and options we needed to make an informed, high standard and cost effective decision. I have been very impressed with Imp Electric LTD. I met with Brett at my property, briefed him on what i wanted doing and he fully explained what i would require and more importantly why...After receiving their quote, which was communicated professionally and was easy to read and understand, I accepted it and agreed a start date, all very simple. I particularly appreciated the text and email message reminders prior to install date and throughout the day he was courteous, polite and efficient. I thoroughly recommend him for any electrical work and will definitely use him again.

We called IMP at approximately 8.30am, having been let down the same morning by another electrician for a car charger install. IMP managed to get to us the same afternoon and completed the job quickly and with utmost professionalism. We are so grateful and can't recommend them highly enough.

Imp Electrical fitted an EV charger for us; Brett came round to give me some advice and a couple of quotes of different EV chargers they offer/would be sufficient for what we needed. Brett went above and beyond when he came round to install our charger, was clean and tidy and very knowledgable. They are very approachable and I know I can contact them if I have any further questions. Highly recommend

We have used Imp Electrical a couple of times for electrical jobs. Today they installed a EV charger for us and did a great job. The whole team are lovely and very accommodating. Brett was able to advise and help us choose the right EV charger for us and lots of advice for solar panels which will be our next job; we will be using Imp Electrical for this too.

We have had an ongoing problem with nuisance RCD tripping. I booked in IMP electrical to investigate. A full consumer unit upgrade to the latest RCBO's was completed with minimal disruption, very very professional and considerate to our needs and times. A full electrical certificate issued following the work and after Matt found a nail I had put through a cable lol. Very Competitive pricing and and on the back of thier quality work there is additional work coming their way. Absolutely brilliant..thanks to Matt, Brett and Poppy

So pleased with the service throughout! From the quote all the way through to the completion of work. We wanted some nice outdoor lights and some internal lights fitted- we were given advice on which lights to buy. The worked was impeccable. Highly recommended.
