I had found out that one of my SolarEdge optimiser had failed on one of my panels, so reached out to a few local installers for a quote to replace. Green Solar Footprint were very prompt with a response and very reasonable quote. I have used them in the past and was happy to proceed with them. They had the replacement installed in just over 2 weeks, and set it up on my system to enable me to monitor on my app. They were very professional throughout with regular correspondence and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any solar installations!

Highly recommend this company, they installed a full solar panel, battery and car charger system a couple of years back and recently installed a hot water controller that works with the solar panels. 👍

I wanted to add more battery capacity to my existing Givenergy system. Green Solar Footprint provided a competitive quote, the process the easy to engage with, professional, they showed up when they said they would and were polite and knowledgable. When it came time for the work to be done, both communication and delivery were good, the work was done and they left leaving no mess at all. Very happy, I would employ them again if the need arrises.

I contacted Green Solar Footprint late October 2025 and arranged for their surveyor to come to look at my property. Their Surveyor was very knowledgeable and helpful in talking through the alternatives. Within a few days we received a couple of detailed quotations based on different numbers of solar panels with alternative size batteries. Their quotes were very competitive. We made a decision a week or so later and installation started on 1 December and was completed on the 2 December. The installation was very professional and the team very polite, efficient and tidy. Their post installation help was brilliant, sorting out the paperwork required to register the installation and always available on the phone to handle any queries. I cant recommend them enough

Having used Green Solar Footprint in May 2019 to upgrade my existing solar panels to Solar Edge and being extremely satisfied with both the workmanship and results, I contacted them again last year about adding a solar battery to my system. Once again, I was very happy with the advice that they offered and with the installation process. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I would like to thank the whole team from Green Solar Footprint LTD. From start to finish they were extremely professional, knowledgeable and most importantly friendly. The price we paid for the system was very competitive and the free bird protection was a nice bonus. We also had a Ev charger installed at the same time, as we we're offered a very good price if we had it installed at the same time as the solar system. I explained that i was looking for a company that would indulgle our slight OCD, with having everything installed as aestheticly pleasing as possible and complete all the relevant legalities and registrations and they really did deliver. The 9kw Sigenery battery, paired with 13 panels, producing a system capable of producing 6.11kw's are already creating great savings, eventhough 5 of the panels are on the North face of the property and won't really contribute much until Spring and Summer hours kick in. Even as I write this review, the Battery has been fully topped up to 100% since around 11am and we're producing 2.1kw through solar and 1.7kw of that is getting exported to the grid, meaning we're making money, even in the winter months. A great company to deal with. From point of contact, to the installation of a solar panel solution, everything went smoothly and everybody I had conversations with were very professional. I would highly recommend Green Solar Footprint if you are considering for a PV Solution. They were very competitive price wise, the installation was excellent and all paperwork delivered efficiently.

They gave good clear advice about building a full solar/EV system in stages. Conner did a very tidy job fitting my new Zappi glo EV charger in a tight location. Excellent service at a reasonable price.

From the first call right up until the final follow up call Green Solar have been nothing short of perfect. They kept every deadline they promised, polite and supportive every step of the way. The quote was very reasonable and all the information simply laid out and carefully explained. The whole team went above and beyond to ensure the system was installed to meet our needs, keeping everything neat, tidy and unobtrusive, inside and outside of the property. All work was completed in a timely manner. The system was up and running immediately and with a simple to use app, we can see how well the system is working for us. I cannot recommend Green Solar enough and we have already recommended them to our friends and family. Thank you for an excellent job, offering great value for money.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Green Solar Footprint after the PV and battery installation they did for me in August 2025. I was after a Fogstar battery which a lot of installers are hesitant to install as it's not a system with a same-brand inverter, but they happily paired it with a Solis inverter and all is working amazingly. They did a remote quote which was itemised, which I really appreciated, and worked with me to get as many panels as possible on my south facing aspects. Even after coming to view the house and the slightly difficult cable routing needed between my smart meter and the inverter, it didn't change the initial quote. I also asked about them rerouting the EV cable Octopus had run which they did for a small extra cost. Thanks again Jaime, Connor, Matthew and the rest of the team!

All of the dealings with Jamie and his colleagues, right from the initial enquiry to completion of the installation have been a joy. This company show great professionalism and empathy, particularly in regard to explaining the technical details of the project in a way that the layman can understand. Everything about my dealings with Green Solar Footprint have been trouble free and I would recommend them very highly without any hesitation.

We recently had solar panels and batteries installed by Green Solar Footprint Ltd. The process was really straightforward from start to finish. Jamie visited to discuss our requirements and explained everything we needed to know beforehand. Our requirements were that a SigenStor battery and gateway were used for the battery system. It really seemed like no trouble at all for Jamie and the team to take care of this for us. The quotation was very competitive and reasonable for the work being carried out. Installation progressed really quickly and a couple of very small issues (not of the team's making) were sorted out quickly and with good communication. Jamie and the team worked to a very high standard, always happy to take care of small "extras" that popped into my head and made the installation suit what we needed exactly. Handover was handled swiftly. A small documentation confusion taken care of efficiently and promptly and in good spirit. We couldn't have expected any better service. Jamie came round to quote - very pleasant, amenable, knowledgeable - but definitely not a push salesperson. Answered all my questions in terms I could understand. The quotation was clear, the supporting information very helpful. When the team turned up to install they were all polite, helpful (and cold !). Connor commissioned the system and then talked me through the app and how to monitor all the information. I'm now looking forward to seeing the impact on our electricity use ! Would thoroughly recommend.

Highly recommend and would like to thank them for their work as we are very pleased with the outcome. They installed a power wall 3 battery unit at a domestic property with solar panels already installed. Everything is working nicely. Quote was reasonable and Jaime explained things well. If there are any issues in the future we can contact them for help. We went with them because they were a local company and came across honest in our initial meeting with them.

We recently had Green Solar Footprint install solar pv and a battery to store what we generate to use in the house. The team from start to finish have been superb. Great communication from our initial enquiry to more that one option for a solution to what we wanted to achieve. The fitting team were excellent. Efficient, fast and tidied up after themselves. We also got great training on how it all worked. So far, a month later, we are using less energy from the grid, even during these grey winter days. We also moved over to Octopus who offer good rates for Solar users. Can't recommend the change enough if you want to cut your household bills. We helped finance it through an interest free loan from Broadland District Council. Win, win!

Green Solar Footprint are a great company to build your solar panels and battery project. From the initial visit to the completed system it was all very professionally managed. They work in a very tidy manner and they arrived exactly when they said they would. They offer great quality products and I’m so pleased we chose this company and the finished system is so impressive.
