Brilliant company! I wanted a ground mounted solar set up and storage battery. We met the company at the suffolk show and I knew they were who I wanted to use. I am a very hands on practical man, and they actually let me buy all the groundmount components, and panels and cable and fit it myself. This saved me a lot of money, and gave me the satisfaction of knowing I put the system in. They helped at every step if I needed it. They obviously came and fitted the battery and commissioned the system. The two electrician who came to wire it all up were amazing, their level of detail of making it all look right was superb. They worked hard and did full days. I cannot rate the company high enough. Anthony was my main contact, and he has been superb throughout, answering all my questions and emails. Thank you.

East green energy provided a JA solar panel system with Tigo optimisers and installed a SigEnergy inverter and battery system. Anthony provided a lot of information during the survey and some good recommendations. Will and Luke came to install the system and put in extra effort to minimise the appearance of the cabling. Very impressed with the install. The system has been running for a few days now and is running very well.

Professional and friendly throughout. Excellent design discussions / information and fair price negotiation with Anthony meant I was happy to go ahead with them. The installing team of 2 electricians (Tom and Tommy) and roof panel fixer Luke were / are a credit to the company doing a good job. Office back up also helpful.

The installation went perfectly. All the folk involved were excellent, from start to finish - the surveyor, the scaffolders, the electricians and the roofers. All were polite, tidy and worked hard. A great job, thankyou.

The system works brilliantly; installation was great with a really friendly team; but above all Anthony worked really hard (and was amazingly persistent) to overcome structural engineer's initial doubts about the feasibility of the plans.

From start to installation (yesterday) excellent and prompt communication. Comforting to have a named contact who answered all my questions and sent additional information. The installation was on the scheduled days and the team were efficient, tidy and very professional explaining all they were doing at each step. They were respectful of my property. Today the admin team proved to be just as good as I've received all the necessary paperwork. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend East Green Energy.

I am a trustee of the Bungay Community Centre. After a competitive tender we chose East Green Energy Ltd. to supply and install a 21kWp solar array and Tesla Powerwall 3 battery. Excellent service, from the design of our solar pv system through to its installation. All done on time and with no complications. I used East Green Energy to fit a Tesla Powerwall system. I have to say that they were great to deal with from start to finish. Anthony came round to do an inspection of our house and gave great advice on the options. The quote followed very quickly and was a decent price. They were able to fit fairly soon after we confirmed the order, and the installation team were great. Install was done in a day, they were very cheerful and helpful, and they gave us a really good run through how to use the system. There were one or two difficulties in the install (our house, not them or the equipment) and they took it in their stride without a grumble. Follow up was good with the battery handover pack following very quickly. I’m really glad I chose East Green Energy and they are a really good, straightforward local business I’d be happy to use again or to recommend to others. Good people.

I have had a 3.32 kWp Solar PV System combined with a 9.5kWh battery installed by East Green Energy Ltd. The whole process has been straightforward and I am delighted with the completed system. East Green Energy have provided an excellent service from start to finish, with good explanations of the technicalities involved, and I would recommend the Company to anyone thinking of having a similar system installed.

Great service from beginning to end. Very helpful advice from Jodie about the VAT status of batteries post Feb 2024. The installation team were polite and professional, they did a truly excellent job aligning the two Powerwalls. A very happy customer!

Fantastic friendly competetive service from start to finish; from planning/execution to a ''how to use' tutorial. Installed 20 'in roof' solar panels which look great with a synthetic black slate tile plus a Tesla Powerwall. Actually enjoying being in control of our electricity production and timely consumption. From the initial enquiry to the final install, East Green Energy have constantly given a superb service. If I could, I would give more than 5 stars. The mark of a great company is when things don’t quite go to plan. We had a hiccup with the battery system (manufacturer issue) and East Green worked so hard to rectify it quickly and professionally. Whilst some installers may have run from this issue, East Green Energy tackled it head on, kept me informed and fixed the issue (again this issue was no fault of East Green Energy) and I now have a very effective solar system. A particular thanks to Anthony and Tommy. They will deliver above and beyond what you would expect.

The team at East Green Energy did a fantastic job. All the installers were hugely diligent and thoughtful, very tidy, did what they said when they said they would, and completely trustworthy. They explained everything carefully to me.The scaffolders were considerate and careful. The lead consultant took time and trouble to get the specification spot-on and made sure that everything was installed as neatly and efficiently as it could be. The panels look unobtrusive on the roof and all the equipment is nicely placed. I am looking forward to good savings going forward and also feel that I have made a small contribution to reduce my carbon footprint.

Absolutely delighted with the service and finished product from the team at East Green Energy. I had solar panels and an electric car charger fitted and they are already saving me money. The engineers who fitted my panels and connected it up inside were all extremely professional and left my home incredibly clean and tidy afterwards, as well as doing a great job. Highly recommend.

Everyone I spoke to, and those who came to do the work, were professional and courteous, and we have been really impressed with the results.
